I was looking for lift for my truck and talked to so many shops but they just wanted to sell and didn’t care about quality. One of the employees wasted my time talking back and fourth about getting a set of rims and tires, and then stopped communicating. The owner Jordan called me and apologized about it and tried to help me get the order done and did the exact same thing his former employer did. 2 people i have wasted my time with and yesterday i ordered a set of american forces off another company that took care of me and they are already on their way to being made.Not a very good customer service company at all.

We took a truck to Wicked Customs to have their lift put on it. We traveled about 5 hours to get there and drop it off and then return to pick it up the next week. Service is absolutely the best, and the guys are awesome. Truck looks fantastic!

This company has the worst customer service i have ever seen. They tell you your parts are getting shipped out and they dont send it. Its sad someone is willing to give this small company money and they would treat you like this.

Ive called multiple times trying to get in touch with Jordan. Ive left messages, talked with Andrew and I get sent to voice mail, then when I call back no one will answer the phone. This had been going on for two weeks. I seen a truck online they built and I was going to see if they would build my truck in much the same way, but I guess Ill take my business elsewhere. I needed my 1 ton built. Coilovers in the front, airbags in the back, air horns, bigger Wheels 35 inch tires blah blah blah blah blah. I guess they dont want my business.

Wicked Customs is AMAZING! Jordan and his staff are top-notch people. Even though I dropped $4K into aftermarket / modify my 2008 Dodge Ram 4500 TOWTRUCK I know I can bring the truck back for any minor question / problem or a simple cleaning of the air filter and I get charged $0. They always answer the phone and even work on weekends. I cant believe I drive all the way from North Fort Myers to S. Naples just to find the best diesel performance shop. Very Professional! AAA++++
