Went for walk in booster shot...Had to sign up and return 3 hours later. Then MUST check-in at pickup window. I didnt and they went right past my time slot. They fixed it and I was all sdt.

Its a grocery store, is there really much more to say? Better, does anyone really read reviews about grocery stores before they go? I think not. They offer most of the standard things one would expect a grocery store to offer. Nothing special or unique about this location that Ive seen. Nice staff.

Great Publix plaza. Couple different restaurants. Tacos and Tequila is great. Also has a pet store and a Starbucks available. Parking isnt usually a problem unless the restaurant s are really busy. You may just have to park on the other side of the plaza.

So sorry to say, we had a bad food experience. It happens. Fried chicken was dry and hard and so was chicken and waffles were overdone and the fireball bourbon in the syrup made me ill for 2 days. Also the smokey flavor didnt go away for that time either. We took what we didnt eat home but threw it in the garbage instead of taking it in the house, I felt so sick. It was 3pm in the afternoon so maybe it just wasnt cooked fresh. 🤔hopefully this was a unique experience since we saw all the good reviews. BTW the plating was gorgeous.

It is Naples, where 999/1000 times ANYTHING ANYWHERE is better than 99% of the rest of our quickly devolving 3rd world Nation!Good Times!

It had been over 4 years since I stepped into a Publix since Arizona didnt have one. I stupidly forgot about the deli sandwiches until I was walking out! In Arizona, I bragged be about them & I still forgot. Next time! The store has not changed much & I believe that its the deli that is the foundation of these stores. Soups, salads, sandwiches, tea, lemonades, ect... All of it good. Glad to be back & glad you havent changed much. Guess what? I also forgot the pink lemonade! 🤬

Smaller store but has all departments. Had to get use to! Really prefer Publix at Hammock Cove...but this store has dog treats & sweet potato chips we love and this is only Publix that carries them😍. So we try to go to this store every so often.

I am on vacation here in Naples. This supermarket is definitely a cut above. They have an endless selection of all the favorite foods anyone could want. I was amazed at the wine and cheese selection. Prices are competitive too. Great place to shop.

Publix is a good clean store with a wide selection, but it is becoming increasingly expensive to shop there.

Close to work and always a friendly experience when I make a quick stop to pick up lunch. The order ahead for subs saves so much time.

Love this publix. Always clean/fast and courtesy. The only thing I was very specific about a Power ball ticket with the extra and she gave me the wrong one. I took it any way but I couldnt purchase another with the extra because I used my cash money. So I was a little disappointed. But I love Publix

Busy store so waiting in line at the deli is to be expected. This deli is not prepared for the lunch rush though. Cashier did not greet me or make eye contact.

Good store, clean, easy to navigate.

Had to do an exchange and was denied, on a product that it was bad asked to speak to manager Allan Morris and he still beside the exchange because i did not have my receipt and i even showed him my bank statements showing that in the last 14 days i had spend over $500 with Publix he still refuse to do the return and even told me that i needed to leave the store and that he will not do the exchange on a bad fix that i had bought that week from them. I will not go back to this location ever again, worst customer service at this time of crisis when all i needed was an exchange. On its policy said they will honor exchange but i guess he did not read it. Moving forward i will be going to a different location since i been shopping at publix for the last 30 years and i have never been denied a exchange. he needs to learn customer service and honor their policy and culture.

This Publix has completely lost my business. They completely ignore CDC guidelines, customers are ontop of eachother waiting in line, employees keep taking of their masks, some arent even wearing masks, and to top it off their manager in customer service was extremely unhelpful and they do not stand by their Publix guarantee. If I wanted this kind of service I would have gone to Walmart.

This is the best Publix in Naples. I travel 30 minutes just to shop at this store. I have 2 Publix 10 minutes from my house.From theLayout, the organization of product, the produce and the meat and fish department are the best. I loved the store, but when I got back home and was eating the second half of my Ultimate Sub from the Publix Deli, I found a HUGE ..human Hair as big as a piece of fishing line in my submarine sandwich. Ive been sick here at Naples a LOT and had campylobacter and was hospitalized. I threw the second half out! May think TWICE before I shop here again.

I visit here about once a week when Im on my way home from work. Its clean, the sale items are usually available (unlike other locations that seem to run out constantly) but nobody here apparently knows or cares how to bag groceries.At least 3 separate times my items were haphazardly thrown into bags with no concern of what they are. Last time it was one of my bags of lunch meat thrown into a bag with a bottle of powerade. The cashier put my ice cream in a random bag with the dog food, and my juice with a bottle of detergent.The last time I came the bagger put my wine with a loaf of bread.Im not picky and I know its stressful right now. But when I have to hunt for my lunchmeat and cheese thats all in different bags and my cold stuff is crammed in with the cleaning supplies it bothers me.

Good selection of produce and grocery store items. Kinda pricey for the Figi and Evian waters, but most other items were fair priced. Checkout attendant was very nice and even thanked me for shopping there. Would definitely come back.

Publix is an experience, it is a huge supermarket, with pre-cooked meals as well as made to owner sandwiches. We stopped in for made to order sandwiches a few times on the way to the beach, just be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes for 1 or 2 sandwiches. The workers have no sense of urgency (I know I was in Florida), and if there are more than 2 people in line, they might move even slower. The employees are very friendly though, and make great suggestions when you are not sure what you would like.

Very nice store, ample parking, clean well stocked. Staff is friendly and efficient. Store is well organized, clean. Stock is rotated regularly. Give it a try, I think you will agree, this is a great store.

Awesome, Publix, only downside is people driving in the parking lot! I have a service dog & still noone lets you cross IN the crosswalk! Shame people are so much in a hurry they dont care about anyone else.

I shop at Publix on Davis Blvd. on a regular basis. Its been so many years that a know quite a few of the managers and associates. They are always kind and courteous and helpful. However, today they were out of pool salt, but they ordered it and it should be in by Tuesday morning. It is clean and orderly.

The prices are really getting ridiculous.I,m not sure if it,s just publix,or if the price of food is sky rocketing,7 bags and I didn,t even buy any meat.Are they price gouging????

Helpful clerks and cashiers. Management is on the spot if a question or need arises. Just a good store in general glad we have it. Also very handy to get to in my neighborhood.
