My shopping experience here most recent, out of regularly using this store for grocery shopping, was excellent. I have a bad habit using self check out and forgetting to put the last bag I fill, into my cart.I realized I did not have all my items once I got back to my base location and I called the store and they happened to be familiar with recently finding these items at a self check out and putting them back, and to bring back my receipt and my forgotten items were noted, so when I went back to the store with my receipt the next day and they knew instantly what I was there about because the notes were properly passed through to make the ones who read the the pass-down information so I had absolutely no issues during this tiny error I had made. True professionalism.

I wish the Publix closer to my home had this many ready-to-go fresh food, prepared food and deli items! Instead of using prepackaged tuna salad on their subs, they used fresh, which made a WORLD of difference. We found these cool taco kits I am definitely coming back for, eggplant rollatini, crab cakes and more. Definitely recommend this Publix for the busy parent who needs some meal shortcuts!

I’ve shopped here before, I have not been there recently. Everything is really convenient and accessible. Items are always in place and never out of its designated location on it’s shelf. Everything is really clean and dust free. I do have to admit the eating area here is really clean, I never have seen a single piece of trash or a dirty table. The employees are always kind and helpful and always make it a pleasant shopping experience.

Prices too high meat not that great either. Choose another grocer for good value

We found everything we were looking for, everything was properly stocked. Staff was not very engaging today and self check out was a chore on this trip. Maybe the check out machine needs service. It kept telling at us about adding and removing bags from bagging area even though we were complying. It called attendant every other item scan.i never had this problem before but Ill still return for more

Publix is always on point with their food quality, cleanliness, organization, and friendly employees. Every time I go there, I always find more than I need.

I love Publix but at times I dont have time to shop... Instacart.. I downloaded the app Instacart on my phone and selected what I needed and it was delivered within an hour! Super easy and time efficient! Love Instacart. They even have an option to pick up your groceries at the store which I do at times when I get off work I go pick it up and its ready waiting for me.Instacart is a must have for all busy families.

The store is always well stocked with quality fresh fruit and vegetables. There is a fresh fish area staffed by knowledgeable, helpful staff as well as a butcher area that will cut to order. A wide array of pre-made meals in the deli and the best fried chicken Ive ever eaten. Cashiers and baggers are efficient and friendly. Our favourite grocery store.

The pub subs at the pine ridge Publix are absolutely amazing and will rock your world as well as your testbuds. I swear by the fact that the pub sub makers are very nice. If you are deciding between this publix and the Vanderbilt one, do not hesitate to go here.

I go to this Publix for lunch at least three times a week and I am officially over the poor service I receive at the Deli. I am demanding that changes need to be made in the very near future.Let me preface this by saying there was no line at the deli whatsoever when I arrived and for my duration at the store.I used online ordering and pre-ordered 3 sandwiches for my coworkers and the pickup time was set for 1:05. I arrived 15 minutes early and two sandwiches were already done. I walked around for 5 minutes before picking out a salad for myself and after another 10 minutes of waiting in front of the deli, the manager, Mama finally came over and very rudely asked What do you want? I respectfully replied that I was waiting on my third sandwich from a pre-order. She asked what type of sandwich and walked away before hearing my reply. Another woman overheard the conversation and said shed make my sandwich, but she as well took 5-10 minutes before giving it to me. It was 1:30 by the time I received all three, 25 minutes of waiting for a sandwich that should have been done already.My salad was absolutely disgusting. It wasnt cold, the lettuce was very soggy, watered down and brown on most of the leaves, all of the tomatoes were sour, and the dressing seemed to be previously opened. The only enjoyable parts of the salad were the apple slices, pecans, and chicken, but they were not filling at all.The majority of the staff at this Publix are very friendly and accommodating but the Deli staff are extremely rude and disorganized every single time I go. I sincerely hope they make some changes in how they prepare the food, but mostly on the customer service.Im sorry for not being sorry

When I asked Marlon at the register if masks were optional in Public, he responded, You can take that off if you want. When I asked him about the man in the picture talking with Marlon with his mask hanging from one ear, Marlon responded, Thats above my pay grade.I approached his managers, Jeff and Danielle, and related the story of my conversation with Marlon, and Jeff responded with, He wasnt supposed to say that. This means that, clearly not wearing a mask is allowed, but Marlon was not supposed to tell people; only in this way can Publix continue to support endangering our lives and health, by being sneaky and dishonest.Danielle couldnt have cared less; she never look at nor acknowledged me, and kept her eyes on her clipboard she clearly was not reading. Enforcing rules that protect the public safety is not something that Publix is interested in, clearly. Lie, cheat, steal and be sneaky with the goal of making money? Sure, thats just fine.

That plaza has so many great stores, But if I can avoid going there I totally will only because of the stupid person that designed the parking lot! And thats my only complaint.

I had to drive 300 miles to get my first COVID-19 vaccine, I asked a Publix near me they said they could not give me a second shot. What a stupid system they have.

Publix is near Walmart Grocery so the prices are less here than Vineyards, Pelican Bay or Neapolitan locations. Good BOGO on Thursdays. Deli, Bakery, Fresh Fish, Butcher, some Florist, Produce, Gift and Card Shop, Rug Dr, Coin Counter, Beer and Wine, Lotto, Money Exchange. Its my favorite grocery.

ITS A GOOD STORE WITH FRIENDLY STAFF BUT DONT BOTHER ONLINE ORDERING! IT WILL NEVER BE READY FOR PICKUP ON THE TIME YOU CHOSE. THAT IS WHY THE 3 STARS. ALMOST EVERY TIME IVE TRIED TO ORDER LUNCH FOR PICKUP (AN HOUR EARLY EVERY TIME) THEY HAVENT EVEN SEEN THE ORDER YET. THEN WONT EVEN LOOK AT YOU WHEN YOUR WAITING TO SPEAK TO THEM TO ASK WHERE IT IS! ITS UNDERSTANDABLE TO GET BACKED UP BUT THIS HAS HAPPENED TOO MANY TIMES. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION ANY LONGER!

Just your average neighborhood Publix. Nothing fancy. Getting in/out of the parking area is frustrating during season.

The best! Im less then 5 minutes from this place, I can go in and out quickly. I have to say that its not the nicest Publix but they handle business at this store no problem. The other day I was speaking with the manager (who I see all the time). He let me know what the slow times were and how they are going to designing the store to flow the customer back to the exit quickly. The specials are weekly and they take pride in the work they do. Buy.

I love shopping at Publix. I have been going to this store since it first opened. Since moving there are other Publix stores that are closer but I still come to this store. Its convenient, well stocked and the store isnt to big.To quote Goldilocks its just right.

Went to the deli to get 2 sandwiches, line was 5 deep but service was fast and accurate. They have a new gentleman named Leo who is very customer centric. Glad my local store has it under control. 5 stars because Leo made me feel like I was the only customer!

The produce area needs a lot of attention. Every week when I come in, almost everything is expired (the pre-packaged vegetables, spinach, sliced apples, etc.) and I always give the attendants all of the bags I find that are expired (today I found some from 6/2 and the current date is 6/14--thats pretty significant). If customers can pull the items, why cant associates? Some customers dont check expiration dates because they expect things to be current and then they get home and have a bunch of expired items--so always check dates at this store. Every time I told someone about the issue over the last few weeks they always blamed it on the morning shift and then never consulted a manager or went over to pull the expired items. Not impressed.

Staff in general is helpful. Well located (there is a target next to it) so you can shop at Publix and get some other goods as well. Only reason of why I do not give a 5 stars review is because I think that the staff working in the Deli department could do better. I feel they slack the enthusiasm of other store associates in other areas of the store.

At kids games around the corner. Knew time would be limited between games so ordered on app and it stated in 45 minutes all the subs would be ready. This would be perfect timing so completed order. Games ended with just enough time to run and grab subs and be back in time for everyone to eat before next game started. Waited 10 minutes past the time was told they would be ready and finally was able to flag down a deli employer and inquire about the subs. They hadnt even started making them yet so had to tell them could not stay and wait at that point and headed back to games where kids got no food before next games. The point of online ordering and letting people know when they would be ready is so that this kind of thing doesnt happen. If would have just stated from beginning that it was going to take a lot longer then 45 minutes could have just saved the trip and gotten kids food elsewhere and never placed order but took them at their word and suffered. Luckily not my home Publix so never have to deal with again

Incredibly clean, incredibly friendly with reasonable prices

Ive shopped here for years, 15 actually, and have never really had any complaints until today. Black Friday around 11:30 or so and there was 1 register open, plus the self checkout area. With two people in line in front of me I decided to try the Express lane, 10 items or less and was scolded for it. Yeah, I had more than 10 items, but hardly. No one was behind me and I had to stand there and listen to the cashier scold me and explain to me what the express lane was for and told me she was doing me a favor. The whole time no one was behind me and instead of just ringing me up, she wasted more time giving me a lecture. I like Publix, but that was ridiculous, open more than one lane and I wont try and use the express lane. So today two stars because thats the amount of registers open on Back Friday. Other than that I like this Publix.

Our favourite grocery store when visiting Naples. Fresh fish, meats and fruit & veg always delicious, helpful staff. Good selection of beers and some drinkable wines.

Terrible customer service, rude unapologetic associates, managers MIA. I’ve been going to Publix my entire life, I rave about Publix’s to people who have never been and this Publix continues to disappoint, if you go in after 8 find your self completely out of luck at the sandwich station, because they never have any bread. Not only do they run out of bread, they give you absolutely no alternative, it’s eat what they have or don’t eat. I do not like the wheat at all, I came in and all they had was 3 rolls of wheat, I was provided no other option and not apologized to when visibly upset that I couldn’t get a sandwich on any other kind of bread whatsoever, I was explained that the manager makes an estimate on how much bread they’ll need a day and when they run out they run out. No alternatives no back up nothing. I left with no food. I will drive farther to visit other Publix from now on, maybe they will be less condescending and have an accessible manager.

Last night(2/16/17) I was in one of those frazzled moments that come with motherhood. Im a single mother with three sons, two of which are toddlers. Yesterday was one of my first days off in a while and we had a long day of doctors appointments. They missed nap time, had lunch late, and needless to say they were going at it full throttle by late evening. By the time I got in line I was juggling them, a phone call I hadnt been able to deal with because Ive been working, and loading the conveyor belt at the same time. At this moment my 5 year old decides he needs to use the restroom. My cashier, Kathy calmly told me the bathroom was near, and as I was apologizing she said we all need to stick together. She rang me up so calmly, so politely, and with no judgement as I dealt with my little bit of minor chaos. Being a single mother can make you feel like youre very much alone at times. Kathys words and demeanor last night lifted me up in a way I cant even describe. THAT is customer service.

This publix on pine ridge and airport pulling rd. Is the finest place to shop of all. Employees are always kind and have the yes I can attitude. It is always clean and fresh. Thank you.I can not afford to shop there all the time, but I try to splurge on my family at least once a month.
