Purchased a fruit bowl for my kids yesterday today is the 13th I noticed it looks weird I was looking at it and it has Mold in it and it’s not even expired so my kids were sitting there eating Moldy fruit thanks Publix 🤮😡

This area is exploding with construction. For both single family condos and rental properties.Publix is in the perfect place the selection top quality. the staff is always friendly..I do enjoy the bakery selections ...the store is clean as well as the local CVS..liquor store ..ATM

We ordered our wedding cake which was beautiful & delicious. However we paid extra to have it delivered and they came into the room when I was getting ready to tell me they had it all set up and were done I just needed to sign. I was already rushing so I signed and said thank you. Didn’t find out till after the ceremony that the Publix people dropped our cake topper and broke it into four pieces. Used clear packing tape to put back together wrapped around the top!!! And they didn’t have the decency to tell us. It was actually embarrassing our beautiful topper had big clear tape on top holding it together. Absolutely ridiculous and unbelievable.

My favorite place to shop and be shopped for me. Prices are reasonable.. BOGO is great.. staff is great..

They dont take advantage of their local monopoly. Always packed, but somehow never a line. Everybody in the store is a true professional CSR. And you and I both know that dedication and professionalism trickles down, dont we? 5 🌟 stars.

This was a great publix. Untill I was judged by what I looked like I was followed around like I was going to steal. Was very uncomfortable will not return.

Its a supermarket where you can buy all the groceries for your home like meat, vegetables, fruits, canned food, frozen food,candies and birthday decorations.There is drinks like beers, wines and juices and more.If you buy alcohol, dont forget to bring your ID to show that you are over 21 years old.It takes around 20-30 minutes to buy all your groceries.Prices are affordable.The staff is very helpful when you are looking for something.The parking lot is big.Publix is open till 10pm.

This Publix is close by my house.Like it, clean, friendly staff, happy to help with anything, if you dont find it. If they dont have, they recommend something else.The Publix make bread is always fresh, love the smell on the fresh bread.You have to try this Publix ❤😉

This Publix at Orange Tree is usually pretty busy. There is a pharmacy and a deli both of which usually have lines.The prices here are more expensive than Walmart or Target. There is a store brand, Publix Premium and the quality of the food is good. Ive tried shopping for various items using Publix store brand and they are very comparable to the leading name brands.The pharmacy has good customer service and they get you in and out in a decent amount of time. Drive thru is usually busy but nothing like CVS. Dont get me started on their pharmacy.The deli has quite a bit to offer with more store brand foods available. Their dinner rotisserie chicken is delicious and their sides are tasty as well.As far as customer service goes they are courteous and polite. Id shop here again however Ill be less likely to buy more than just a couple of necessary items. Just know that their prices are more expensive than other grocery retailers.

Be careful buying products here. I have found on multiple occasions expired products on the shelves. The bakery department leaves stale products out for sale. It never seems like they are stocked properly for their weekly sale products. I am very disappointed with this Publix.

Just another Publix. Nothing special. Matter of fact i went in for 3 items and they only had 1 of the 3. Since the pandemic..... stores just dont have what they use to have in them. Its a shame!

The managers should be ashamed of themselves! I purchased a little over $300 in groceries this evening. I had TWO full carts and two young children with me. No one came to help the cashier bag and the groceries were filling up at the end of the counter so I soon realized I had to bag my own groceries. All the while the department MANAGER just stood there with his hands in his pockets doing absolutely nothing. After everything was bagged and paid for I wasnt offered any help out to my car. I was forced to push one cart all the while pulling the other behind me and trying to keep my children from running out in front of vehicles. What ever happened to perpetuating the Publix culture? My husband worked for Publix for 25 years and today I was so ashamed!

Unfortunately the items are overpriced for similar brands at other competing grocery stores, such as Aldis! Publix does make a convenient to shop if thats what you like! Additionally, the Skylake store in Florida has no shopping cart return stalls. It is dangerous to try to park with shopping carts scattered about.

I have never been to the Publix at Golden Gate before. People that were working with very nice and helpful. I thought a box of fried chicken, it was fresh and delicious. Like I said Ive never been there before and it was difficult to get in from the rear entrance. I couldnt make a left into the parking lot so I had to find a place to turn around and come back to it. Id say if youre out in that area its the place to go.

Tl;dr ordered and paid for a $60 birthday cake online, they gave it to the wrong customer and accused me of lying and trying to scam them until they finally looked into it and realized they gave away my cake to somebody else.I ordered a big sheet cake for a birthday party 2 days in advanced. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid for the cake fully online ahead of time so it would be quicker picking it on the day of the birthday party. I even called them first thing in the morning on the pickup day to confirm they had the order and it would be ready in the afternoon for pickup. I got out of work late and showed up 45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, went to the bakery, and the associate there said she had no knowledge of any online cake orders for that day. She went back into the cooler and said she doesnt see any sheet cakes or info about the order I placed. She called an assistant manager over and I explained the situation to him, he already seemed angry and impatient to begin with. I didnt even mention anything about getting a free cake as compensation, I just wanted the cake I had already paid for, but the first thing he did was to accuse me of lying about the whole situation and making it up to scam them out of a free cake. He offered no real solutions, offered no compensation, and didnt bother to look into the issue to verify I had ordered and paid for a cake online. His only suggestion was to come back the next day and talk to the store manager about it. I went to the customer service counter next, and they actually checked and confirmed that I did in fact order and pay for a cake online, but that they had mistakenly given my $60 sheet cake to someone else 6 hours prior to the pickup time. She refunded me for the price of the cake, but I still ended up leaving the store empty handed without any cake for the birthday party.I had to explain to the 20+ people at the birthday party, including the birthday girl, that the sheet cake I had been promising them was given to somebody else, and the manager didnt believe that I had ordered a cake to begin with.Save yourself the embarrassment, shame, humiliation, frustration, and false accusations from the management when they make a mistake, dont shop here.

I hope the regional manager commends this customer service relations team and handles the horrible neopolitan way store in naples! I would literally drive 35 minutes over ever stepping foot in Neopolitan Way Publix.

I was greeted by a young gentleman who is in charge of cleaning the carts and have them ready as you walk in the door.. Found the groceries I was looking for and others I had forgotten to put on my list to buy. Very happy I did not have to wait long in line. People are friendly and everything always looks clean and organized. I love it, but wish the prices were a little bit more economic even though they do have some specials. I have not been working since June of 2020 so it would greatly help. But, I have to say I managed saving about $8 on this last visit.

Great place to get your groceries.

This company has been overcharging everyone, plus there workers are very rude. The store is never stocked and employees think theres nowhere else to shop. However winn-dixie is a great value oh and there always clean and comfortable atmosphere. And no managers or assistant managers with a little power going to there heads. Especially in respect to the customer!!! Sadly my Publix days are over. They have lost my business. Plus Ive saved so much money and thats a big plus $$$$ Go to Winn-Dixie and watch how much the money you’ll save💵

I just had the best customer experience of my life. Yesterday, for lunch I tried Publix Caesar Salad and it was amazing! Hand carved chicken really made it so good. Today I went back in to get it again and though they had tons of other salads, they did not have the Caesar. A manager named Craig walked up and asked if I was finding everything alright. I told him about the Caesar Salad and how delicious it was. He said he would check the back. Then he said to give him five minutes and he would make me a fresh Caesar Salad. Wow! I was thankful and told him I would shop for a few more items and be right back. Less than five minutes later, here Craig comes, walking down the aisle I was in with my fresh Caesar Salad in hand. I was jaw dropped at this! Craig made me feel like I was the only customer in that store. He went above and beyond for me and it really made my day. This has made me a Publix shopper for life!

I would just like to just say thank you for opening your store for the seniors during this time of need. I’m a senior n my husband he has been going to the store every day trying to get just one pack of toilet paper for over a week every time nothing. By y’all doing this for the senior he was able to get one package of toilet paper that we needed desperately. So to all of you thank you so much for thinking about us seniors. Been shopping at your store for years n will continue to do so.

I just returned from Japan, so Im very used to the smell of fish. Fresh fish doesnt stink. Most Publix fish counters smell really bad! This store is no exception. I was really shocked, though, when I walked into this store today and was absolutely nauseated by the smell of rotten meat. This was at the front door, and the meat section is in the back of the store. I would NEVER buy any fresh meat or fish at this store and hesitate to purchase any produce.I cant imagine having to work here, but I guess the employees become accustomed to it and probably dont even notice anymore.

Giving 1 star because “Mariana” or “marina” from DELI, was super rude and she had a really bad attitude and I understand she wants to go home but it’s 8:00pm and she told us it was close which wasn’t true bc we asked another employee .. Publix always has a good costumer service but she need to fix her attitude to work for Publix.

They have floors marked treating people like cattle. Imagine thinking 6 feet or a face mask will do anything to protect you. Hahaha. Common sense is dead these days.

If you want fresh seafood, go see Michael. He is awesome, suggesting new seafood items, different types of fish from around the world, shares recipe tips and will special order in your favorites. While there pick up some fresh sushi too! Awesome store, deli team is great, fresh local produce.

Normally have great service here. Tonight I stopped to grab some groceries. I injured my leg so Im using crutches and I forgot my wallet in the car. I asked the cashier if he could suspend my transaction while the person I was with ran to the car. I parked only one car back. I had the cash in my hand before he finished totaling the transaction of the person behind me. He pushed my items to the side but then didnt even finish bagging them (only two items) and when I let him know I had the money instead of finishing my transaction he waives me off and starts another transaction with the next person. His demeanor was rather rude, despite me being pleasant. Again normally this store has great service, thats why this stuck out.

Excellent pharmacy! They will take the time to answer all questions you have about medication and health.The Deli, Fish, and Fresh produce are wonderful! I shop daily the way I did in NY and London because the market is very close to me. This store is a game changer for all of us Golden Gate Estate residents.

Great publix

Much better experience here than at the Ave location. The store was extremely busy, but I still had 2 different associates ask if I was finding everything. The lines moved smoothly. The cashier greeted me with a smile and chatted me up while ringing my food up. She informed me that one of the products I bought was on a BOGO deal. This will be my new shopping location. The managers at this location should take a run over to Ave and train that staff what good customer service is.
