Everything is really convenient and accessible. Items are always in place and never out of its designated location on it’s shelf. Everything is really clean and dust free. I do have to admit the eating area here is really clean, I never have seen a single piece of trash or a dirty table. The employees are always kind and helpful and always make it a pleasant shopping experience.

Very good Publix location, I would l would give them five starts but the staff a the deli seemed a little rush even though it was not busy, I love the fact that there was a place to sit and enjoy your sub.

And Publix is easy to get in and out there is also a gas station with shell gas that is convenient to use

I can find most of what we need here. It’s not as crowded or hectic compared to other Publix stores in the area. The staff are always friendly and always ready to help.

Ok so they make the best sandwiches here and they offer great service with a smile. I was really looking forward to one of their sandwiches my whole trip down from Colorado and the first bite was even more amazing then I remembered it being. I’ll take a picture and post it up next time I go, bye for now.

Publix store was clean, organized and filled with good quality products. Also the restrooms were very neat. However employees were not friendly none of them said good morning or hi to me. These words are simple, easy to say and at the same time very important to make rapports with customers.

Publix is good most of the time. Great subs, wish they would use the original beano oil for the subs, the boars head oil is not the same. Everything is always fresh, love it.

Bagel Point is on point - great bagels (boiled not baked) and cream cheese & lox selection, great friendly and fast service and room outside and in to eat.

Clean store and great sandwiches, but their donations to anti marijuana organizations make it a hard pass for me.

Well, just moving to Florida. Yes, I had been there before. The price of everything is much higher ! We came from Cincinnati and always shopped at Kroger, much better prices and great.quality . So Ill be looking around to shop somewhere else .

Don’t let the 4.2 stars fool you. This place is by far the worst Publix in north/central Naples. I have lived near this store for two years and only visit in an emergency. Otherwise, I purchase groceries at the Bonita Beach Road locations. The quality control of their produce department is nothing short of deplorable. Seven out of ten times, the item that I am looking for is rotten and molding. Their selection (on all items) is abysmally limited, and obviously only caters to the specific elderly demographic that inhabits the adjacent neighborhood. Their meat department is acceptable if the representative understands English. Awhile back I asked the butcher for eight marrow bones, and he produced eight cuts of ossobucco, which he became angry about when I corrected him. Since then he has seemingly refused to provide me any service outside of what is displayed in the meat case. Aside from needing new management in the produce and meat department, I have been pleased with the deli and bakery. If this store could remedy these deficiencies, I believe that this location could elevate itself from a glorified convenient store to a proper grocery store. Unfortunately, due to their monopoly in Florida, this is most likely wishful thinking. After having lived outside of Florida for a number of years, I can tell you that Publix is no better than low-end grocery stores such as Tom Thumb and Food Lion.

Doctor sent me here since they give some antibiotics free. The Pharmacy had my prescription ready in less than an hour from the time my doctor sent it. I had arrived to Publix, checked in, and gone to my car to wait when shortly afterward, I got a text that it was ready. The Pharmacist was really nice and helpful. I asked a question not related to the antibiotic but related to my sickness and she took the time to look it up. Walked around the store a bit and it was just as clean, well-stocked, and friendly as all of the best Publixes :).

Manager instead of politly saying anything. Just stuck his arm out and says were closed. And shuts the door. I get it. Youre closed. Idk show some manners. Im sure momma raised you better

I dont care much for the Publix at the Strand. I like Publix markets but the one at the Strand is not so good. It is organized differently from other Publix and that makes finding things difficult. The deli and bakery is not that great either (at this particular store). In general, I like Publix.Update 20190117 - stopped in to get a sandwich at the deli. I like Publix sandwiches and the bread they offer. One female behind the counter was having an extensive conversation with a customer and taking FOREVER to make his sandwich. I swear each item took five minutes to put on the sandwich. They were just chit chatting up a storm while the other woman assigned there took her time to make a sandwich. She then started to clean up for the night. This was at 6:45 on a Thursday!!! A fellow came by to stock up the deli products and noticed the long line of people and jumped in to help. Low and behold, when the female that was too busy chit chatting and making a sandwich got done, things picked up a bit. How about you pay attention to your job and quit flirting with the customers?!?! Rating lowered to two(2) stars.

Clean but just used ATM

Extremely clean store. The staff are courteous. The deli counter can back up on occasion but the management is on top of it and swings people over from other departments to help. Walmart may be cheaper but this store is so easy to get in and out of Ill pay a little more for the convenience.

This has to be to the top tier Publix assortment (most upscale selections for the most affluent areas.). Its fancy - and I loved it!

I love shopping in Publix. You always receive fantastic service. Everyone who works there is so kind and so sweet and most of all very professional.

I had a problem with the sale price and size of a loaf of artisan bread. The manager on duty took the time to discuss the entire issue with me and gave me a refund. That is one of the many reasons I shop at my Publix Grocery.

3 men working in produce...standing around chatting with bananas in boxes, not displayed not marked with price. Bags of onions without price, same with many other items. 1 bag of crappy looking romaine hearts. Sad looking premade salads. Wine selection set up weird. Would have give 1 star but Dakota, the cashier was the best thing that happened in the store

The Deli customer service area is horrible the lady that took care of my husbands order was very rude and so messy with his order. We will not be returning even though it is very convenient. Rather drive for better customer service.

I rarely get out of this store with everything on my list. Today there were 3 items not in stock. If its on sale, Chances are they wont have it. Very poor at keeping shelves stocked.

Deli always has tons of people working but the line never moves... for example the sub line has 4 ppl making subs 3 of which are making online orders and the fourth person is making subs for a line of 15 people. If you want deli meat it takes for ever. If you want something from the hot food section you have to wait for them to stop making subs in the sub line. Needs better management asap.

Publix is Publix- the costumer service is awesome,and the reason why I dont give them 5 Stars is because I personally think their prices are high for most of their merchandise... but overall theyre great.. Thank you Publix team..

Ive always shopped at that Publix and all the sudden my favoriteBirds eye Steam fresh Rotini and veggies, were taken off the shelf, quite disappointed. For someone who lives in and efficiency quick meals like that where convenient to me then they go and Inactivate it.sad

I had a discussion with manager about there Lettuce . I been here 3 years and every time I go in there to get lettuce it bad. There lettuce is like a spunge not solid . It has never been good. To day I seen mold on it . The lettuce is always looks old and going bad. A head of lettuce should be solid and hard not spunge and has lot of air in it. Will not go back. I go to other Publix and this one is by far the worst store in naples.

The short version. I went into Publix (Pelican Strand) pharmacy to get Accutane for my daughter, which Ive done every single month for the past 4 months. My daughter took the ipledge 30 min. prior . We went to the pharmacy, the assistant manager Michele Calabria-Costanzo told me that she was TOO BUSY to get the necessary authorization code, yet for 30 minutes while I waited, she helped many people who were picking up and dropping off, she spent 10 minutes talking to a customer about over-the-counter cold medicine for her sniffy nose. She made me feel unimportant and she was inappropriate, I wasnt there because I had nothing else to do, it is a timed medication and urgent that it gets filled or the medication has to be put back on the shelf and my daughter has to go through the process all over again. Drs. visits $$, blood test, time from school and time from work $$$. Lets see if management ignores me the same way the pharmacist did.

In a 2-week span I purchased shrimps and crab legs that ended up in the trash bin. They were that bad! Thats totally unacceptable. Will shop elsewhere from now on.Also I noticed that the management doesnt bother to respond to these reviews. Big mistake...

Great publix tucked away in this shopping center. They have a red box up front and the staff is always helpful.
