Dianna Williams was extremely helpful in dealing with an hearing aid problem. She called the manufacturer and the doctor that prescribed the device to provide us with the best options for our needs. She made sure that we understood what the options were. We appreciate her strong desire to help.

I found Connect Hearing through an online ad. I went in for the free hearing test and felt that the person(audiologist) provided me adequate details in regard to what we were looking for, an understanding at what the test results would like etc. I was offered my test results and was recommended for some hearing assistance due to a moderate loss of hearing. The prices for the hearing aids was a shocker; $5,950.00! As I have researched, the cost is a little higher than what I have seen at other vendors and I was not offered any finance options or pay as you go.. I give 4 stars as to my experience, 2.5 stars to affordability. Also, they wanted me to bring my wife with me to the appt. I was curious as to why, however, it turns out that they wanted her there to make the financial decision and get us to buy the hearing aids right away. Now, they do offer a 90 day guarantee to get my money back, however, I will be buying my hearing aids someplace else.

I took my mom to Naples Connect Hearing & was attended by Dianna. She is very nice & has a great personality, but besides that she is very knowledgeable about my Mother’s hearing aide. The hearing aide had passed it’s guarantees & she helped send it out to get it fixed for a nominal fee. After the initial fee my mother broke the hearing aid a couple of times & she helped get it fixed without any further cost or issues. Connect Hearing & Dianna Williams in Naples I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience here! I have been going to connect heating for several years up North so it was very convenient to transfer to the Naples location. The staff was awesome!! Very thorough and thoughtful (really wanting to know your goals). The district manager was also there who co-ran my hearing appointment. I was there for well over 1.5 hours where they broke down my hearing test results and gave me plenty of options for the next steps. I’ve been wearing hearing aids for almost 20 years now and I left that office confident with the staff and their knowledge
