These people are simply the best. They’re patient and kind and have been my go to, they even helped me identify a likely paypal scam of an expensive item after being in there nearly an hour trying to ship out multiple packages. Don’t go anywhere else, these people rock.

More than $35 a pound on international shipments, don’t even cover duties, take your international packages elsewhere

For somebody who owns his own small business and is not the best at administrative work like mailing to the right IRS department or getting a package to a client efficiently with confidence. The staff, especially Katty, are an great help to me when I need them. Even when the location is busy they multi task to get all the customers what they need without unnecessary hold ups. Great place wouldn’t have my mailbox anywhere else.

Kati McBurney is quite a lady. Always smiling, she takes care of customers who sometimes come in with difficult requests, or need help to even write their own address on the right slot! Kati is the best.

Friendly Staff always Courteous

This place is a rip-off. I wanted to send a small package to Canada. The clerk told me that the cost to send it by the US Postal Service was $28.70. Later, my wife told me that seemed very expensive for a .6 lb. package, so I took an identical package to a regular post office to see what the cost was to send it - they told me $15.50. So Pac N Ship overcharged me by $13.20. I called Pac N Ship and spoke to the owner Phil. He told me that the $13.20 was a fee. The clerk never told me that there was a fee, and the receipt doesn’t indicate that either – it just says $28.70. To me, that is deceptive when they say that the cost to send a package by the US Postal Service is a certain amount. They make it sound like that is the cost of the postage. If there is a fee, patrons should be told that up front. Even if $13.20 is a fee, that is exorbitant and seems like price gouging. The Ship & Mail Center on Neapolitan Way doesn’t overcharge and they state any fees up front. Also, Goin Postal in Bonita always discloses any fees and they are very reasonable.

I have been going to Pak-n-Ship in Naples Walk shopping center for over 16 years. I have rented a mailbox from them over that time and I have always found the staff to be the most courteous, professional & reasonably priced mail & shipping company around the area.

Pak-n-Ship of SW Florida and more importantly its people make an important shipment and shipping job, particularly to a foreign country, an amazing and helpful experience. Try shipping something to Indonesia DHL and then find out after the fact it cannot enter the country after it had been gone for over two weeks. Then the stuff is shipped back to the USA to a PO Box. Oh my...Katie to the rescue. She just gets involved. She knew this was a tough situation from the beginning and was particularly helpful to get the shipment properly set up with the right paperwork in the first place...then she followed it and kept me posted because it was $$$$. Then it was rejected in customs and she continued to follow it and in mid stream on the way back home she had the package redirected to her office so I can pick it up there. This kind of service in the packing and shipping business is not an ordinary occurrence. Thanks Katie. You helped me recover from a potential disaster. Good job!Dennis, CEO
