This Sephora was fantastic!!! The ladies there were super helpful and suggested things without being pushy! They werent rude or obnoxious. They actually made me feel welcome!!! This store is literally 2 miles further then store I typically drive 51 miles to get to but I think I will now drive the 53 miles to see these wonderful ladies in Nashua! They offered advice and samples. And my favorite part... they just let me shop!! I felt at ease. The store was big, well stocked and clean. I WILL be back!!!
The first time I visited this Sephora the customer service was terrible. I tried getting the attention of an employee but was ignored so I left.After having a skin breakout and reading reviews of products I thought I would give it another shot. Went in and picked up a couple of products immediately and went to checkout.The person in front of me decided she needed more products so she went to get them. Rather than suspend her products to ring me up she just stood there and waited. And waited. I placed my products on the counter and left. I’m not spend close to $200 on products when they don’t value my time.Far cry from the Manchester location. It’s a bit out of my way but the customer service there is infinitely better.

I am partial to Sephora because the staff is always eager to please and very helpful with questions or concerns about products or applications. The variety of brands to choose from goes from Sephora, itself (a brand I highly recommend) to Dior and Marc Jacobs, among many others. The products available go from cosmetics to perfumes and colognes to skin care and applicators. Youll find just about everything youre looking for at a reasonable price.
The employees were super nice and helpful and not pushy at all. I needed to be color matched for a new concealer and they took the time to try out different options, discuss whether I wanted something that blended in or brightened, and how best to apply.
They had what I needed at a good price.
I use to love shopping here till I met the manager she was the most rudest person Ive ever met, I had the receipt to a palatte I didnt like only used once and she said it was used so I couldnt return it I tried telling her it was only tested out that there was a lot of fall out and she still wouldnt budge Im sticking to the one in the JCPenney
My experience is totally different from what I see others are saying about the employees. (Unsatisfied)! I was at the store yesterday wanted to purchase a new foundation. I am changing from the one that I have Urban Decay (shade 11.0) to a little lighter shade as I see is making my face a little darker but wanted to buy from a different brand. But the staff there seems TO BE IN A RUSH, as she keep reiterating “I can’t be with you for more than 15 mins”, my husband and I asked her why not?, her excuse was “am the only one on the floor, the other staffs went on break”. She suggested 3 different brands for me to try at the beginning as am changing from the one am used to before (UD, 11.0), but I ended up trying ONLY 2 out of 3 and she keep pushing me to choose from the 2 I tried which am not satisfied with the shades. I only took one of it because am traveling and I don’t know if I will be able to go back to try different one DEFINITELY WITH A DIFFERENT STAFF NOT HER cos I clearly know and understand that she don’t know how to treat Customers well. Oh yeah, and the concealer part cos I need one as mine has finished, when I ask her to suggest a good one that I will be able to use with the foundation she suggested; she was like “you can get any one you want it will work with it”, my husband was like; “So the shades does not matter at all” and she said, “yes”. We just have to make the purchase with a hasty suggestion but I was not feeling any kind of satisfaction about the whole thing like I was excited to get something new when I entered the store. The journey of having to use what you are not satisfied with is too long to be miserable!. I will have to return it back ASAP. Am not gonna say is a horrible experience but extremely Unsatisfied.
Went there on Monday, August 21st, around 8:30pm. 3 girls from the store were talking and did not recognized me for 5 minutes and I had to interrupt their conversation and ask for help. I asked for eyeliner and they were like pointing at me like joking, saying, is this the one? Any ways, I decided to go to Target store where this lady helped me and convinced me to spend all my money there. Good job to the target girl!!!
I was in town yesterday and I needed to get a face mask. When I walked in the store, I found the item I needed easily enough. Then I decided to browse for a bit. Every other Sephora Ive been to has had helpful employees, but this one was the opposite. I found the new Fenty hydrating foundation and the shade that I wanted to try. So, I walked up to the employee (Im assuming she was the manager), and asked if I could have a sample of it. This woman didnt even turn her head or anything to acknowledge that she heard me. So I politely said, Excuse me, and repeated the question.Instead of completely ignoring me, she sighed, glanced at me, and held out her hand for the product. So I handed it to her, and she walked over to another employee and said She wants a sample of this and then she just stood there.Highly annoyed, I immediately went to the check out. I stood up there for a few minutes waiting for someone to come up to the register. The girl who made my sample went up to the register, and she was nice. But, I probably wont be back to this location unless I need to. Ill either order my products online, go to a different location, or Ill go to Ulta.

This store always has all the brand names although a lot of the items I was looking for today were not available in this store and they were exclusives to another store altogether. The proves are kinda high but no different than if you went to Nordstrom or Macys

Horrible girls. am a regular there and every time the same experience rude arrogant non professional divas who by the way are not that good in makeup either. And they always ignore customers to have conversation with each other. Just awefull customer service. The only good associate is the guy one that has a long hair but all the girls i came across are rude and eye rollers. and it goes for both asephoras the JC penny one and the main one.
I wish they had a better selection. Luckily the employee advised me their was a bigger Sephora in the same mall, and I found what I was looking for.
