I am a repeat customer, and I drive over an hour each time to get my products from Tres Diana. Her products are affordable yet top of the line. I particularly like the customized foundation. It blends flawlessly into my face and does not leave my skin flaky. Nor does it leaves any odor like so many other foundations Ive used in the past. I’m very impressed with the work she did on me yesterday afternoon. I ruined my hair while trying to bleach it at home. I had black hair at the time that I bleached it and wanted to go lighter but I failed miserably. Diana was such a big help and saved my hair. She colored as well as cut my hair to fix the bleach mishap I had at home. I LOVE ❤ her liquid mineral base foundation. She custom blends it to your skin tone. Feels very light on my skin and wears very well. So my friend and I went there about a month ago and Diana ended up showing us her makeup line. I’ve never had a foundation match my skin so well. Also my friends has acne prone skin and the makeup did wonders. Not only is the makeup custom blend the foundation, our skin has improves since using the foundation. I went back this past weekend to but the primer because I got a sample of it and it’s amazing. While buying the primer I ended up also buying the skin creme and the new serum that just came out. Hopefully it works as well as Diana says it will. Everything I’ve gotten so far has helped my skin so far so I think these will help too. I definitely recommend her products. She’s put a lot of time and thought into it. Also the prices are very reasonable for how well the products work.

I took my daughter here to have her hair cut and colored. Diana was super friendly and she did an amazing job. She told me that she has been cutting hair since she was fifteen years old, and it definitely shows. It was the best experience Ive ever had in a salon and Ill definitely be going back.

So impressed with my visit! Katie did an amazing job on my lash lift and tint. I have never been able to achieve the look Katie was able to give me with curling and many coats of mascara alone and now my lashes naturally look curled and longer. She is a pro!I was also impressed by Diana’s makeup line. I consider myself a makeup addict and have tried pretty much every high end brand of foundation but could never find the right color. Diana matched me PERFECTLY with a sample of foundation and I immediately loved the coverage and finish. I got my highlights done & eyebrows tinted & waxed. The results were amazing! The tint lasted about 4 weeks. The workers are also very nice. I’ve recently gone back for another tint & waxed & got a lot of compliments! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my hair or brows. I also use there shampoo & conditioner and it’s done wonders for my hair! The shampoo doesn’t strip my hair of the natural oils and leave it feeling like straw which I’ve noticed with other brands.

We go here for men’s cuts. She’s really nice and does a great job. Not only is she very reasonably priced, but she can do a great fade and she’s incredibly fast! Highly recommend.

If I could give this store a negative 5 stars I would she can not do a line up nor do a fade right, how do you have your license no offense if you can’t fade hair or do a straight line up you shouldn’t cut hair. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am a store manager in the mall and rarely have time to leave my store so I figured I would get my hair cut here. I have never had my hair so butchered anywhere in my life. Not only did she leave bald patches in my hair she also cut it very uneven and when I politely asked her to fix it she continued to tell me it was my fault that she cut my hair badly. Needless to say I will never return or recommend this establishment to anyone.

After quarantine was lifted I was very excited to find that there was a salon open. I had never heard of tres Diana but figured it was worth a try considering that my hair was desperate for a touch up. I asked for a my hair to be colored blonde, to start my hair was a dirty blonde not too dark but I did have some grays coming through. I’m no expert on hair but when I asked why she was leaving the bleach in for well over an hour she claimed she “knows what she’s doing”. After the bleach was out of my hair my scalp felt as if it were on fire. She then proceeded to brush my hair while it was wet and a good bit of my hair fell out. She then proceeded to blow dry my hair with HEAT which caused my hair to break off onto the floor. She did not tone my hair which left it brassy and slightly orange. Later I’d find that my whole scalp was red and burning. I waited a few weeks to see if my hair would heal and so far my hair has been continuously falling out and breaking. Needless to say I will never return to this establishment nor endorse this to anybody.

I like Dianas products a lot. I started from the skin care creme a year ago and now I am using all others too. My favorite one is a shampoo and conditioner :). Diana is a great and talented person. Ive been going to Dianas since I was 13 years old! Absolutely love all her work and the beautiful hair styles shes created for me, no one else touches my hair!

This is a great salon at the mall sans the mall price/s. The owner (Diana) is very friendly and accommodating.My favorite products are her facial wash line (packaged in big white tubes). The Chamomile facial wash is not foamy nor does it have perfume add-in. It is so simple it’s like rubbing water on your face. I am very particular about facial wash. If it has sodium laureth sulfate (acts as foaming agent) I don’t want it. It will dry your skin and leaves a residue feel. The Mint exfoliating wash is also a great product to use a couple of times a week. Both products gives you a clean face feel, no drying effect. They are in the $30-40 price range but you only need very little, small amount goes a long way. In fact Diana said the chamomile tube should last for a year - I will test this out for sure with 2x a day wash LOLDefinitely stop by, talk to her about your skincare, makeup and hair concerns. She also gives away samples... she stands by her products that she’s willing to have you try it first. This is how I got facial wash line and then I came back to purchase for real.Not so Good: The waiting time! We all want Diana’s attention but unfortunately there’s only 1 of her so make sure when you go there you really have time to kill. She’s way too accommodating, I don’t think she’s ever turned people away.

This is an update to when I first got my hair done at this place because I am unable to figure out how to delete my other review. Since then, I have regret the review I wrote before because of the aftermath of getting my hair done hair. My hair was to be highlighted and days later, brown color started to develop at the roots of my hair and in other places of my hair. I went back to the place to have it fixed and it did more damage than good. I wanted it to be fixed, so I gave her permission to tone my hair, which made it all turn a greyish purple color, which was unattractive looking. She told me the color in my hair was from my hair growing out in inch, but that’s not possible since I went there a week before. It’s not humanly possible for my hair to grow back that fast. She blamed my hair for the roots starting to return to brown. Even though I am no hair professional, I could not believe that she was trying to tell me that it’s my hair’s fault, and not her products. I sat there while she was tonig my hair, angry inside because of what she was saying. In the end, I had to go to Ulta to get my hair fixed. I felt compelled to post a different review because of another bad review that was posted recently. It reminded me of how bad my experience was and how messed up my hair was and the worst experience I have ever had. I remained silent about my bad experience because I am not one to complain about bad service or post reviews.

If I can give this place a 0 star I would, I am so upset with my experience with this shop. I would never take the time out to write a review but this was just unbelievable. I decided to dye my hair a light brown color, and was told that she would be able to do so. The service was great at FIRST. After my hair was done, I noticed my hair was black (I have dark brown hair). and was told that the color would fade by a week or two due to showering, and that the color would come out. I gave it a week, and my hair was nothing like the color i asked for (the outcome was a black with a strong red undertone) . Even my friends and family couldnt believe the outcome and suggested that I should get refund because it wasnt the color I wanted to begin with, as well with the fact that when she dyed my hair, my scalp was completely filled with red hair dye. I went home with a red scalp, and hair drench in red hair dye. It took me a week and still RIGHT NOW to remove the color off of my hair. I decided to come in to get a refund. and you know what she told me, NO. I explained everything to her and very kindly. Instead of being kind about it, she explained that she couldnt give me a refund because it was apparently my fault. CUSTOMER IS WRONG RIGHT? She said that apparently she gave me the cheap way of dying my hair, instead of the expensive way to do it. FIRST OF ALL, you never gave an option. SECOND OF ALL, why would I take the time out to go dye my hair to get it done poorly and cheap? I obviously went to dye my hair so it come out the way I wanted it too. if that was the more expensive way then heck i wouldve done it. but she never gave me a choice and now its my fault??? She gave me one set price when I asked her how much it wouldve been. so explain how it is my fault for picking the cheap way when i was only given one price meaning I was only given one choice. Then I was trying to be corporative and told her if there any way to fix this since she couldnt give me a refund, she said she could make it somewhat lighter. I explained that I couldnt due to the fact that I actually ended up allergic to her hair dye product. my face was blown up in red patches and i even went to the doctors. (I was nice enough not to bring it up at first because I knew it wasnt her fault I had this kind of reaction because EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT). She responded and said that was impossible because no one has ever had this problem or an allergy to her products AND THEN SAID TO MY FACE. Youre face looks fine right now. mind you, I had thick layers of makeup on that took two hours to do due to the fact I had really bad red scarring from the product. Like i said from the start, wasnt her fault but it was rude and disrespectful for her to respond in such a way. she dismissed what I had to say. How can you tell someone they arent allergic something? everyone is different, and that includes skin types and the way they react to certain products. that was very ignorant to say. This place was a five star to begin with until I left with a color that wasnt close to the color I wanted, and was told it was my fault.
