One of my favorite stores. Looking for an item in their 3 day Black Friday sale. The supervisor mentioned signs up for the items; youd be better off.using a digital device to get pricing as signs were all but non existent. Still... Ill continue to shop there for my Redken, Stila, Colourpop needs!!

I have been going here often and just about every time I go to checkout the line is very long. I usually don’t mind but today I went and easily waited ten minutes to checkout, and it didn’t seem like any employee cared how long the line was and how long it was taking for people to checkout. I get it a lot of places can’t find help and are short staffed but I just wish the employees would pay attention to how long it takes for people to get out of the store.

Store employees were rude and judgementally staring as we shopped. Disappointed in the lack of customer service being provided. Will not shop at this store again.

Went for the first time to the hair salon there. Nikki listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly the hairstyle that I described. She was very friendly and helpful and suggested product that was reasonably priced and effective for my styling needs. I look forward to my next appointment--great service and decent price.

They almost always have everything I need. It is a great place to stock up on all my hair and skin care products. And their rewards program is hassle free. I seem to get $ to redeem off my purchases every time I am there...yesterday it was $9. No coupon cutting needed! (Although they do send some of those as well.)

Do not use the services at the Nashua New Hampshire Ulta benefits beauty bar as the employees (Ashley) are extremely rude and will cancel your appointment even if a few minutes late. She also rudely mentioned that Ulta has a 5 minute late cancellation policy which I have yet to find or have been notified about. Extremely poor customer service here. I will not be back at this location.

I just went in mind you I’m always there buying the same exact thing, and this is the first time due to covid I didn’t have enough to cover it, and the manager came over and said I had to buy it to return it, that they couldn’t just stop it, I was already embarrassed enough but then I had to call my boyfriend in to help me cover the remaining $3. The manager wasn’t nice about it at all. It’s the pandemic and they should have more compassion, and not be so rude about it.

This was before Xmas. Kid who helped me was nice but not a salesman. He was quick to dumo me off because his shift was over. 😌

They had a good selection of items but the employees are extremely pushy over cards. When I tell them Im all set because its my first time shopping because I got a giftcard that should be the end of it. Instead I got a legit lecture about how if I want to return items Ill need to bring the original receipt etc etc etc and asking me for family members numbers instead? And the attitude I got for not signing up oh man. Ill stick with sephora going forward.Afterwords I witness them double team a lady as well for her address and some card that can save her a percentage off who clearly wasnt interested either! So you can obviously tell the employees are pressured from someone but its uncomfortable.

They have both drugstore and premium products which is nice because Sephora doesnt do this Im always able to find what I need and I will sometimes find something I cant get anywhere else.

Upon walking in the store it was a little overwhelming being almost immediately approached by multiple people who work there asking lots of questions. I’ve never been in an Ulta store before so I had no idea what I was looking for or where to find anything. The staff kept looking at me as I made my way around the store in a state of confusion. It made me uncomfortable and I was doing nothing wrong. I was only trying to enjoy shopping in a new store. The layout of the store was confusing. The makeup sections where split up into two sections and had lots of missing products and smears all over the cases with little or no samples out. There were various products in places that didn’t make sense in my opinion which made it even more complicated to find anything. Upon reaching the register the girl checking me out almost forced me to give out my email, address, and telephone number which was really annoying. She wasn’t super upbeat or friendly either. I liked the options for products in the store especially the cruelty free, natural, vegan, and cbd products. They carried a wide variety of good high quality products. I like this beauty supply store far more than a Sephora. Definitely going to shop here again. I hope next time they won’t approach me so aggressively and swarm me at the door. Lol

I got a bundle for christmas there that had a defective product from Lancome. After talking to Lancome directly they told me to bring in the defective product for an even swap. Simple. This store made me return the whole set. They didnt have it in stock anymore so I had to pay for each product in the set individually. I had to pay more money to turn in a defective product.

There are so many products that it can be a little overwhelming if you dont know what you are doing. At the same time, its great that they do offer such a wide variety of every kind of beauty product out there. And for those people out there like me, who have no idea what half the stuff is or how to use it, they have awesome employees who can offer advice and point you in the right direction. I would definitely recommend Ulta to anyone looking for beauty products they already use and love and also for those who are trying to learn and experiment with all these new make-ups, and new techniques. I love that they embrace individuality and encourage everyone to be themselves! They also have a beauty bar which is basically a hair and make up salon.

Very bad service .say my package is delivery at 2.06 am my package is delivery overnight now .tha problem I can find my package and i call customer service to explain what happens. Bud customer service is so bad never again please dont buy online services is so bad

Went there to order 32 oz. Amazing Grace shampoo and body wash because they dont carry that size in the store its an online order only. I stopped and asked a very nice and helpful young lady who immediately on the spot ordered it for me on her store device it took less then 5 minutes .Very pleased with with this store and the staff is awesome!!!!! This store has everything you are looking for in makeup, lotions, hair supplies.

So much better than Sephora. Who wants clerks on top of them when you enter a store?? Ulta Beauty doesnt do that. Their aisles are clearly marked and I can get in and out very quickly with my purchases as most of their clerks are upfront by the registers. If you ever need help, just go upfront. Also, an excellent place to keep one looking 29! 😀

I was disappointed with the way the lady at the skincare aisle treated me. She kept talking to me like she just wanted me to leave. I had a couple of questions but I never bothered to ask considering the way she was treating me. I ended up going to Sephora where I got good customer service. The only plus is the lady at the cashier who was super nice and friendly. Im not sure I will be buying any skincare products from here.

If youre over 50 avoid this place like the salespeople avoid you

Great selection, although customer service is terrible. I grabbed a lipgloss and one of them fell out (didnt break) and one blonde female employee there rudely whispered to her co worker they break it, they buy it with a snarky attitude.I was trying to get someone to help me find stuff and they were all just doing their own thing not paying attention to the customers. So not only did this one woman make me feel uncomfortable with the break it/buy it comment, I could hear her making fun of other customers in the store behind their back.. Just super rude and obviously immature.

I don’t think they ever restock the people who work there are nice only reason I give one star. I’ve gone once a week for 3 weeks just running out of things and in those 3 weeks everything that was empty stayed empty! Worse Ulta I’ve gone to unfortunately it’s closest to me though

Usually when I go into this store the cashiers are some what friendly, but pay more attention to each other and what they’re plans are. I went here yesterday afternoon and I believe her name was Paige. She was super friendly and made the cashing out process so much more comfortable for me and overall a good experience. I hope her manager sees this post and I hope this makes her day.

There is a huge selection of make up at a variety of price points. There is also a salon. You can get your eyebrows done, facials, hair, and make up. The staff are very helpful. I recommend subscribing to their rewards program.

Courtney did my blowout and she did such a good job. I highly recommend her and will be going back. I also recommend Silka who does brows at the Benefit Brow Bar. Shes always very helpful if you have any questions regarding products in the store. 💇🏻‍♀️

Went in to purchase new foundation, looked around for about 30 min before anyone came over to help me. Along with that had about 10 other people came in after me and they were helped out less than seconds of coming into the store. The girl who came over was very quick to show me a foundation, asked me only 2 questions and did not even match my shade. The shade was a lot lighter than what I would use. Needless to say I walked out and went to sephora. Which was a much better experience.

I always find a new treasure in there! They sell everything from covergirl to the high end brands. The staff is always helpful

Great place to shop for hair, facial, &body care products, perfume for men & women. They have hair salon and facial services as well. The products carried are common drug store brands to more expensive salon brands. I suggest when you visit you plan on spending time wandering the store. Store stafff are very helpful.

Love this place

Love ALL the diffent products to choose from. Whether drug store brands to high end brands. The employees are pretty knowledgeable and if one of them doesnt know the answer they will find someone that does. The only thing I didnt like is that every person came up to me and asked me if I needed help some even came two or three times. I understand that they do that to be cautious of theft but it gets very annoying after eight times.

The staff is incredibly uppity and rude. They kept looking at me like I didnt belong. Although I watched them offer assistance to other women they just kept giving me strange looks. I left without making a purchase because they made me so uncomfortable.

I love going to Ulta. However, when I went recently, it was a mess. They were out of a lot of items that I was looking to buy and the place looked really messy. No one even greeted me or asked if i needed help. Usually they do. Maybe not for the Nashua store? I was in need of things for my eyebrows and was unsure of where to start and everyone was chit chatting to their co-workers. Offputting. Its mostly my fault because Im shy when it comes to asking for help when theres more than one person in a conversation. I ended up going to the mall to Sephora to get what I needed.

Had a horrible experience tried to place an order on line. After third unsuccessful try (two different days one cyber Monday) to check out as guest (yes they had my cc) I went into our local store. I mentioned about my experience where one of their sales personnel even stated they were having trouble, but wouldnt honor any discount.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. After circling the store three times trying to find an employee to assist me, I finally waited in line at the register to ask for help. I was looking for three important items that dealt with a pretty touchy subject. The two employees at the register attempted to dump me off in an aisle no where close to what I came in looking for. They were extremely insensitive, rude, and snotty. They also had no clue what they were talking about when I gave them a list of brands I was particularly looking for. I went into the store and planned on spending a large amount of money. I ended up leaving because of the poor customer service that I received. ULTAs employees need to be educated on customer service skills as well as beauty skills.

Like any makeup store they are pricey. Lots of great products. Coustomer service was horrible. I looked around for 20 minutes and no one asked if I needed help with anything. Cashier was friendly and helpful when I cashed out. If you know what your going in there for then its a good place to go. Just dont expect any help.

Usually busy and sometimes hard to find help but they are always nice and they have a good selection of make up and beauty products from low end to high end.

I went because I had a gift card for my birthday. I had a bunch of questions about product and everybody except for one person was too busy to help me. They kept breaking away from me, but they werent busy, it was so rude. One of them acted like she was doing me a favor and was giving me almost a sneer. I spent more than the gift card only because I found a line I liked.. Not going back.

This location is the worst Ulta I have ever been in. A few times I have been forced to buy from this location because it is nearby my home, however every time I go here the customer service is TERRIBLE. The managers I encounter every time I am there seem to be the worst ones at delivering customer service and are so rude. I drive 30 minutes to the next closest Ulta because I hate shopping at this one. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache... just drive to the Mall of NH location.
