Weve used Beaman Toyota service since 2003, but will now be looking for another shop. On a recent visit for an oil change, technician marked almost everything possible as needing service -- fluids, filters, battery, wiper blades. Transmission fluid had been replaced 11 months (5k miles) earlier at Beaman, and we had replaced wiper blades ourselves and knew them to be in perfect working order. This suggested to us that technicians have been instructed to mark everything possible (nearly $1400 of recommended services). This has never been our experience over the past 17+ years. Such a disappointment.

I scheduled a 10,000 mile pre-paid service visit for my new Highlander Hybrid. Here is a list of my complaints: I arrived and the place to go was not marked; however I asked a man walking along, who guided me to one of the doors. It was an automatic door, but it did not open; the same man who guided me told me that the sensor for that door was on the fritz. I drove in and waited 9 minutes until somebody came to my car window; note that there was only one other car in that part of the garage -- the service person asked me whether I arrived before the other car or after it (I hadnt paid attention and didnt know). He asked my name and phone number and couldnt find my appointment. Finally he asked if I made the reservation on the phone or online -- I made it online. He grunted as if this was a mistake on my part. He started from scratch and input my information. I asked him how long it would take -- he said 90 minutes. I said, wow, thats a long time -- I said it had been much faster when I did my 5,000 check at Cool Spring Toyota. He said that Cool Springs didnt have nearly the business that Beaman Toyota had. All I can say is that Cool Springs was popping when I was there for the 5,000 mile check and very welcoming and quick. Beaman Toyota seemed deserted. I said Well, should I go to Cool Spring Toyota. The man said it was my choice. It was the first reasonable thing he said during my visit. I left. My advice is: STAY AWAY FROM Beaman Toyota SERVICE.

I had my 2010 Corolla serviced. Dipesh (Di) walked me through every step and kept me informed along the way. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. Caleb was extremely helpful also. The Lyft driver, Michael, was professional as well. Just one question...what happened to the complimentary car wash? I didnt get one. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience!

Terrible service. Took 9 hours to replace a battery, I was told it would take 2-3 hours. Tried to upsell me on 3 maintenance items I didnt need ($750). Hounded 3 times to sell back my car and upgrade to a new car. Love my Prius, but I wont go back to Beaman.

Have leased a vehicle from this dealership for more than 6 years. Every three months my auto is serviced without charge. The service techs are great. The service provided is great. Plan on getting a 22 this year when they come out.

Very timely service. Process is simple getting you in and out. The prices are a bit higher but that is expected with the size of the business and location. I am a bit disappointed that after paying a $2,000 bill which included an alignment as soon as I got onto the Interstate my steering wheel shook as well as the truck. Leaning towards the tires were not balanced afterwards. Would’ve been nice to throw that in there.

Excellent experience and quality work. No unnecessary additions to service were proposed. Trustworthy servicing. My service representative Jarvis was awesome! He was transparent and kept open communication throughout the entire process. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. All staff were abiding by COVID guidelines with masking.

I had my 20k mile service. Beamans service was great as usual. I could wait inside and get some work done while they worked. They let me know a tire was showing some wear and recommended (low pressure) an alignment to correct before it becomes an issue. They gave me the price, gave me other options, and answered questions. Thats all you can ask for. Ive never had an issue, this is my 3rd standard service visit, and the workers are top notch. Great place.

I brought my car in because one of my my speakers and my mic for hands free phone wasn’t working. They did tell me ahead of time that the diagnostic fee would be $80 for both things, which I agreed to because I knew I was going to need to replace them. Turns out all that needed to be done was reset the entune on the system. Didn’t even need to replace anything. Literally cost me $188 just to look at it and make a fix I could have done myself. The dealership is extremely overpriced.

Bought a Toyota Corolla at Beaman in 2007 and traded it in for a glk 350 back in 2017 at motor cars of Nashville. The glk was in need of repair every time I turned around and was costing me between 1000.00—1500.00 every 3months. It had me wishing that I hadn’t traded off the Corolla, which I had about 1000.00 total in repairs for the 10 years I owned it. I recently went back to Beaman where a kind and very helpful gentlemen by the name of John Russell sold me a great quality used car with a lifetime warranty on the drivetrain.Beaman stands behind their automobiles. Great quality. Great service. Great company. I highly recommend!Thank you John Russell for making purchasing a car a great experience!

So my car was totaled in the tornado I am currently doing chemo so my church got together and raised the money to get me a car that’s reliable enough to get back-and-forth to chemo and I’ve only had the car for two weeks but I went ahead and got the oil changed so that I know it was up-to-date and went in to get a couple things fixed on the car they were minor that ended up being something I didn’t need to fix so we canceled those but during my oil change one of the Service center people came in and gave me this long list of things on my car that need to be fixed immediately one of which was an engine oil leak so with me just recently getting the car I called the dealership where I got it and they highly suggested getting a second opinion so I did I waited the two hours for them to do for an thorough inspection to find out there is no oil leak at all whatsoever and that I was being played because I was told that it was something that needed to be taken care of immediately or my engine could go bad or even catch fire if I’m not careful which of course terrified me and I was told it would cost a little over 3000 to fix this issue because it takes 18 hours of work because They have to take part of the engine apart come to find out that was all complete lies I am not going to go to a garage or dealership or facility that will lie to get extra money especially during a pandemic and an all-time high of unemployment and after I explain to them that they needed to stay extremely safe with my car and make sure they sanitize after anybody touches it with bare hands because I am actively going through chemo it is disrespectful and manipulative and only two of the things on the list that they gave me actually need fixing and that’s my brakes and rotors that’s it everything else is good but I’m going to be keep that list as proof until this is taken care of.

We purchased a 2020 Highlander Limited in July 2020. We live out of state but our salesman, Kenneth made the purchase enjoyable not to mention giving us a great deal! Darrel from the finance department was very helpful taking care the financing and paperwork. Everything was handled by phone, email and text. Kind of expensive once you use up all of your free services. Like $1,300 for 30k mile MAINTENANCE expensive. No repairs just maintenance, but I’m not a mechanic so maybe that’s normal.They are quick and professional though, and it’s factory work which is of course a good thing

Firstly. I sent my car for in for a tune up. Apparently they were not authorized by me to replace my cabin air filter. So instead of replacing it... THEY JUST LEFT IT SITTING ON MY DASHBOARD. To put the cherry on top... my glove box was sitting on the floor and I had to ask them to put it back on! I would like for someone to please replace my cabins air filter

I had my car towed there after an accident because it was a Toyota and the accident was 2 blocks away. It was an absolute nightmare. No one contacted me after it was towed in. 5 hours later, I called them. It was still sitting in the lot and no one had started to do the paperwork to start the repair process. 2 days went by and no one contacted me after I faxed the release for the estimate to be done. I received an email from my insurance company that the repairs had been approved. 2 days later I called and was informed the had the authorization to do the repairs from the insurance company but it has been entered into the system yet. 4 days later I called and was told it was in the disassemble dept. 3 days later I called and was told it needed additional repairs and they were waiting on the insurance company. I contacted my insurance company and they called Beaman while I was hold to authorize the additional repairs. A week later, I called to ask when the repairs would be completed. I was given a date longer than the 30 days that my insurance company would cover a rental car. 35 days after the car was towed in for the repairs, it was ready. I had to pay over $100 for the rental cars 5 extra days. I was told that I would be reimbursed for the 5 days, but that has been 6 weeks and I am still waiting. The next day driving to work, I could hear a grinding noise every time I pull out from a stop. I had to leave work early to take it back to have it checked out. I was told it was the bearing plate wasnt in all the way. This is the first and the last time I use Beaman. I have worked with several repair facilities in Nashville in the 40 years I have lived here. None have I had to call and follow up on the progress of the repairs. They have called me, or sent text messages with the repair process. I have told everyone that ask about my experience.

I live in Fort Lauderdale Florida and was looking to buy a new 2020 Toyota Tacoma and had made contact with multiple Toyota dealerships around the nation and Beaman Toyota beat all of their prices. This was the easiest new car purchase I’ve ever made and I have made quite a few. Most dealerships give you the run around, however Beaman Toyota was honest and straightforward. Everything I asked for they gave me, and they also even gave me $1000 over Kelley blue book for my trade, so I have nothing but praise for this dealership! I told the mechanic that the compression needed to be check but he didn’t listen to me and he did two other things before checking the compression running up my bill. If my compression would have been checked right away I could have saved myself over $1,500. I am very upset with my experience at your shop and will never recommend you guys to anyone who is in the Nashville area. My concerns were never valued and what I asked to be done wasn’t done.

Service at this visit was fairly quick, less than an hour for an oil change. Not bad and no complaint. Employees are always courteous. However, for the third time In a row when I took my car in for oil change they advised me I need new air and cabin filters even though I frequently on a schedule change my own filters. I’ve had some other issues with Beaman Service I will not vent on this page. Prior to the service department reorganization two years ago they were five star which is why I purchased five vehicles over the years and sent recommendations who also purchased vehicles. I will continue to purchase Toyota vehicles but will probably look to other dealers in the area in the near future.

I purchased my FIRST car from Beaman in 1979. Always have been pleased. Not too long ago, several of their service managers left! Danny was my favorite service manager. After Danny left, I thought I would entertain the idea of going to another Toyota dealer. Then I met Matthew and Zach. Both are great! Zach usually takes care of me. Zach is very conscientious, thoughtful to his customers. He ACTUALLY remembers myself and my cars! Zach is very honest and has a professional decorum. He is the BEST!

Beth at Beaman did a great job! I had tried pricing a new Tacoma in Atlanta and Nashville and found that Beaman crushed the competition. I was turned off by Cool springs and there “lowest price” offer. Walked into Beaman told them had a bad experience with Cool springs Toyota even though I bought a Tundra there two years ago. Beaman gave me a price that made me go wow, finally we are talking real numbers. Don’t waste your time with other Toyota dealerships, go to Beaman and save the headache!

The Nashville Beaman service staff are always extremely courteous. They contacted me throughout the process. I thought I needed new brakes. The noise the brakes were making was apparently dirt. They must have cleaned them because there was no issue after the service. I appreciated their honesty. Ill continue to take our Prius to them because they do a great job, theyre honest about what needs to be done, theyre extremely friendly and professional.

Went to replace a recalled airbag system. Easy to schedule an appointment over the phone for the next day. They offered a free Lyft service after I dropped it off and when I went to pick it up after about 4 hours. Prompt service, friendly staff, and they even ran it through the car wash for me when I went to pick it up. Great experience!

I just bought a new 2019 Buick Encore. While the salesperson was nice I really felt like they didnt give me the best deal. I had spent over 3000 in service work on my other car and it runs great despite the high mileage. Yet when it came time to trade I got next to nothing. I felt that the dealership really didnt have my interest in mind. Overall, I felt like I got a bad deal. But I liked the car which is why I bought it. I wont buy another vehicle from this dealership.My being a current customer meant little when it came time to buy a new car.

My husband and I purchased a 4Runner from Beaman and we had a great experience working with Steven Welch (salesman) and Nathaniel Houx (finance manager). Steven was able to get the exact 4Runner we wanted (trim, interior/exterior color) and he we had a good experience working with him. Steven was quick to answer all of our questions and was straightforward through the whole process. Service was fine. They asked me to wait in the garage while they went to get my car. They said they’d pull it into the garage. I waited a long time and asked about it. Someone had parked it outside and not pulled it in as they said they would. Lots of wasted time waiting.
