Management should make sure that locks are off tenants storage soon after rent payment. I had this experience and it was NOT pretty. It put me in a really bad position. Otherwise, Abbotts is pretty good place to store!

Slum lords. Unconcerned about the repair/upkeep and structural/utility maintenance of the units. Hard if not impossible to reach anyone in charge to get a commitment to fix possible life threatening issues in certain units. They keep very poor records of grievances/ complaints for repair of units. They change location mgrs. frequently which further adds to there chaotic almost nonexistent record keeping. Leaking roofs that go on month after month with no real concern to the ruin and destruction of tenants belongings. Rodents that get into units and left to decay furthering risk of health from sickness. Electric outlets that spark and have seen catch fire; another health risk. The only thing that Ive found them to be good at is having less than knowledgeable staff and the site mgrs. and especially multiple site mgrs. (district mgrs.(?)..) that are unresponsive/unreliable and truly unreachable. Very dishonest company that hides itself and never addresses the concern of its renters. What they are the best at is double talk and avoidance. Kinda like play a shell game. True unambiguous attitude of passing the buck and not taking responsibility for their inaction. Do yourselves a huge favor and avoid this company(s) like the plague. You will be glad you did...; facts/truth. Thanks so much.

The new manager, Carolyn, is very nice and seems to put customers satisfaction as her first priority. She worked with me to get me the best size unit for my needs, so I didnt spend more than necessary.

A modern storage facility. After hours coded entry, reasonable rates and friendly staff. Very convenient for East Nashvillians. I stored my stuff with them for about 9 months and it stayed stored the entire time! They clearly know what theyre doing.

I had a storage unit for what i thought was gonna be 3mths turned out to be a year and it was always convenient for me to enter and exit my unit with ease. I never encountered bugs or mice which i have at other facilities. It was nice amd clean also. When i needed to pay for mt unit it was always a phone call away.

Dont store things of value here !! They have an internal thief problem - that they are aware of... their security cameras only point at the office not at the units...While I was in the office reporting the break in, another woman came into the office saying that her unit had been broken into as well. The manager immediately suspected one individual but would not release any more information....Terrible lapses in security and protocol, the staff does not appear to be competent in being able to secure the facility.And they also seem to be unwilling to hire a real security guard to protect the place at night despite the fact that they know they have a serious problem.

I had rented a inside unit and it was robbed. Some had climbed over the top and jumped in side aand handed up my tv and tools, They only have one camera and it is pointed at the dumpster to see who is dumping instead of it pointing at the doors to see who is bring out peoples items They should rename the place Free for alls storage
