Colin, Brandon, Maurice,Kashmere,Kerry, Carlos, and Caleb were the kindest and most patient group of gentlemen EVER! They worked for hours without ever complaining! They were the same nice at 9:15 am as they were at 9:00 pm. I have never been more please with a group of people that were hired the do a service! By the end of the day, I felt like I had made a 7 new friends! I would highly recommend this company and especially this crew to do a job for any of my friends and family! I actually asked them if I could request them if I had another move! I am a TOTALLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

The lead guy for our move, Collin Smith, was AMAZING! From the first call to let us know he was headed our way, to the end of day two he was extremely professional, ran his crew efficiently and very timely! He also took the time to wrap and double wrap the things that were most important to us, ensuring all of our items were delivered with no issues. He went out of his way to ensure we were kept up to date with with the schedule and was extremely accommodating when we asked to make a change to the schedule. If you’re planning a move but sure to ask for Collin! You will not be disappointed! He’s a star!

The movers showed up at the very end of their time frame they gave me. It was between 8-11 and their truck did not enter the property until 11.They did not get parked and do the walk through until 11:15, however, I had to pay for the 15 minutes they took to get situated and out of their truck as they started the time at 11. Being at their mercy I could not argue this.They spent another 10 - 15 minutes cleaning their truck upon arrival so they could begin loading my furniture and boxes into the truck. Again, I had to pay for this as there were boxes, tape, and other packing materials scattered throughout the truck.They estimated my time at being around 3 hours. It ended up taking over 5 hours in which most was due to them being unorganized. The leader took at 15-20 minute bathroom break and was suppose to be the packer inside the truck. This delay caused a pile up of boxes outside of the truck and prevented the entire move from being timely as he could not catch up to us.Several items (2 paintings and wine glasses) were broken based on a lack of cautious handling.They took several breaks and were on their phones during the entire experience. Breaks are fine but there was no sense of urgency since they were “on my time” as they previously said.Their initial pricing was a lot cheaper than their competitors when I was shopping around. The final pricing was around $500 more than their competitors and $800 more than i was quoted and the entire experience was poor. I would not recommend them for your move.

The movers flipped my night stands upside down to put them on a dolly. This dishevelled everything in all 3 drawers, of both stands. Some contents fell out into the yard. They also did this to my coffee cart. Which destroyed some items inside. We were told we didnt have to take items out because they could move the stands as is. Or we would have accounted for upside down furniture. They also flipped boxes upside down on the truck.They did not use the loft space above the cab in the truck and didnt have enough room for all of my things on the truck. A few items I ended up throwing away. They would have all fit if they would have used that additional space on the truck.They started of strong and 1 hour into the move they took a break in the truck for 15 minutes.We found out we were thier second job of the day which may explain why they got so tired so fast. From that point they moved slowly.The quote they give you does not include the gas charge and travel charge which are additional fees. When they send you the quote the way they formulate the email it appears as though they have calculated these fees and they are included in the quote they give you. This is not how it worked out on the final invoice. It was $500 additional to the original quote. They gave me the paperwork to sign a few minutes into the unloading process. When I inquired about it and mentioned this was not clearly communicated, they told me if I didnt pay it they would close the truck drive off with my things until I paid it in full.I originally picked All My Sons because I thought they would be straight forward and not do shady business. I was wrong. I possibly, would have gotten the same poor quality of service if I had gone with a cheaper unknown service.

Today I had the privilege of meeting Liberty and Reggie. These two gentlemen showed up early and ready to work. They made what would have been a stressful move very easy. These guys handled our belongings as if they were their own and provided diligent and expedient service. I can’t say enough about their professionalism. After unpacking and getting settled I realized that at least 2 boxes of vases, dishes and a couple other things were not unloaded. One of the items missing one of the workers specifically pointed out but somehow did not end up in my home. Very odd. Not accusing anyone but my stuff is missing.

Was charged $4000 for a very small I bedroom apt barely anything in it. I called to verify arrival and then tell my I wasnt on the schedule. and most everything arrived damaged or things missing. Crew wasnt professional. Dont waste your time or money

I had moved myself several times and this was my first experience hiring a moving company. Took a chance on All My Sons Moving Co. last minute and I’m so glad I did! Aaron and Nate did a phenomenal job moving from our apartment to our new house. They arrived on time, were careful with our items and caring with placing in our new home. They loaded and unloaded us quickly and efficiently. Really took away the stress of moving. Would definitely recommend All My Sons Moving Co. (especially Aaron and Nate) to friends and family. I had the pleasure of having Dee and Anthony as my movers. Very kind and hard working men. They did a great job of moving my belongings from my 3rd floor apartment to my house. My furniture was heavy and the staircase was tight and they made it work. I highly recommend them. 5 starts.

I usually do the moving by myself but this time we decided to hire assistance and its the best decision we ever made! They sent four guys (Andre Knox, Andrew Knox, Brandon W., and Nieco Gross) even though I was only guaranteed three, and they moved us out of our full house into our new one in about four hours! Well worth the price. The guys were quick, efficient, and courteous (even when I told them the wrong place to put things). Would highly recommend!

Anthony Blackwell and his assistant got us moved without a hitch on a miserable weather day of heavy rain. They arrived at the destination a few minutes before us and unloaded everything quickly to the third floor. Furniture was wrapped well to protect from weather.

Michael Cooper did a great job. Prompt, efficient, smooth move when I needed them. Excellent pickup and delivery. Great job wrapping everything.

So they came in and took everything that I had ready for them to take and within 2hours they were putting my stuff into my new place. They even laid out the furniture in a way that was best for the layout of my new place

We moved from 3 different locations into one. Lots of moving parts. Our team was efficient, considerate, and knowledgable about how to make it all work. It was very clear that no one of the 3 man team was waiting for someone else to do it. We were very impressed.

What I was told, was not what I experienced. I signed for a 2 hour move, at 139 an hour. I was told the supervisor would be giving me a call from start to finish, about the progress...None of this happened. I never received a call, Tony one of the movers clocked himself at 3 hours🤔 I only had 2 beds, 1 entertainment center, a small dinette set and 3 tvs. Going 16 minutes from the old place to the new place. The movers did finish working off the clock for maybe 45 minutes, but I was already out of over $600. To each its own, I wouldnt choose this route again.

James, Calvin, Von, and Victor were excellent, friendly, quick, and very thorough. It is pricey (not gonna lie), but it gave me piece of mind knowing a professional crew was handling my furniture without worry of damage or injury. I highly recommend them.

They were very responsive and arrived on time and I could not have asked for a better moving crew.They took the time to ensure that all furniture was covered and when delivered to my home the same care was also given.I highly recommend Michael Cooper for any moving job you have no matter how large or small. Brendan and Josh did a fantastic job! They were able to move everything from my storage unit to my new place in a short amount of time even though it was EXTREMELY hot outside! They also put together my bed frame even though that was not part of the job. They went above and beyond to make sure my move was easy and quick!

Mr. Reed and his team were the best quality of service I have experienced from All my Sons. I truly enjoyed how courteous and prompt the service was, and how quickly these guys worked. They were very professional and charismatic and also probably the reason I am a continuous All my Sons customer! I had some issues with my move, but management really pulled through. Thank goodness my move was done by Mr. Reed, and his team (Cory and Terrance) were fantastic.

Liberty and his team at All My Sons did a wonderful job with my move today! They helped me with the domestic leg of an international move. This the biggest move I’ve done and I was nervous about how it would go. I really appreciated the care Liberty and his team took with wrapping and packing my belongings, and the way they adapted to the unique circumstances of my move. Highly professional and efficient service. I couldn’t have done it without them!

I will begin by saying that that actual movers who moved my office were great, very friendly and fast!However, I spent many hours myself setting up our move to be as fast as possible (so Id save money). We were able to do the whole move in 1.75 hours. Despite this, I was still charged for 3 hours of moving.Ultimately, my bill came out to $985. Given that we spent 1.75 hours moving, the hourly rate was $563/hour. In the future, I will probably hire a local attorney to move for me, because her/his hourly rate will no doubt be cheaper.**In addition I was charged for plastic wrap, tape, and a mattress bag that was never used.All my Sons lacks transparency and is a dishonest company. I look forward to exploring other options for my future moves.

All My Sons Moving and Storage in Nashville did a terrible job moving me from my home to storage. They didn’t send the number of movers promised by the salesman and only one truck versus two trucks. The “experienced” team leader had two weeks moving experience. They took more than 3-4 times the amount of time as estimated. They broke items including an antique marble tabletop. They left items in the hallway of the storage facility, moved items clearly marked “do not move” and left many items they were supposed to move. They packed the storage units in the most disorganized manner possible folding a mattress and stacking it on top of items them throwing boxes on top of mattress leaving it totally unstable. Still waiting for them to call me back as promised regarding broken items. Terrible overall experience.

I dont write reviews often but this seemed worthy of doing so. Matt, Carlos and Brandon were outstanding. I didnt have a ton of things but what I did have was heavy. They absolutely made the move simplistic. I was actually shocked at how detailed they were with the time efficiency. Even when they got to my new place, they made sure neighbors were aware of where the truck was in case someone needed to leave (Its an apartment complex). 100% will use them again. Scott was great to set it up with.

One of movers barely worked at all and they were unable to fill their truck which left 1/3 my house items behind. They were not able to do most the things that Edward promised me over the phone. They also left trash in my new apt complex ground floor as well as my kayak which they said wouldnt fit in the elevator. So I had to drag it up 3 flights of stairs alone.Worst of all, they broke my new TV and knowingly hid the damage from me so I would notice only after they left. The customer care department was just as helpful, giving me just over 100$ for my 700$ TV.Will never use again, telling my friends to never use these guys either.

The company has the best customer service, values your time and willing to work with you. Took a little over 2 hours and the money/move was well worth it. I moved with All My Sons this past weekend and it was an AWFUL experience. We moved into a one bedroom apartment, and I was quoted 2 hours for the job at $149/hr for 3 guys. Only 2 showed up so it took them double the amount of time, but I was still charged the full rate. Then they disappeared for an extra 30 minutes between the house and apt, but I was charged for that time. I was also charged a $149 travel charge even though I was told when I got the quote that travel time was included. Another surprise on the bill was $100 in packing materials, which again was not mentioned when I got the quote. The packing material didnt seem to help though because there were several scratches on my furniture when it arrived. In the end I payed more than double what I was quoted. When I called to try to get answers on these added charges the guy sat in silence on the phone. Save yourself time and money, and go with another moving company.

These guys are the best! They were so fast, kept everything safe and protected, super professional. Would highly recommend! We had Ryan, Jamie, and Quinton come to our house and they were the best.

I would not recommend this moving service! I was told that I would have four men and be the first move of the day, they sent three men and showed up at 11 am! They were slow, complaining about the heat and slow. They took cigarette breaks and one mover was mostly on his cell phone! When I unpacked, I discovered broken dishes and a broken lamp. The top to my coffee table was missing, as well as my vacuum cleaner???They threw oriental rugs in a heap in the corner and would not put beds together. I have moved about ten times in my life, and this was by far the worst experience! Two of the movers had to be teenagers, they definitely were NOT professional movers.

The team did a great job. Packed up everything and made sure it was padded. I will use them again.

The sent an experienced professional (Brad) to estimate the size truck and provide an accurate quote. Our team of movers (Gary, Ben, Anthony, James, and Red) were thorough, professional, nice, and got the job done. They wrapped every piece of furniture and took a lot of care with our things. The main office was communicative and kept us up to date during the whole process. Couldn’t be happier!

Kelley and Tae were fantastic, quick, and very professional. They took excellent care of the furniture and did an expert job maneuvering difficult furniture in tight spaces. We really enjoyed working with them. And would definitely enlist their services again!

All My Sons movers were polite; however, we had ~$3,000 worth of damage and lost items. If it were the result of damage after proper packing and due to travel alone, then it would be understandable. However, almost all of the damage was the result of negligence on the movers part to not wrap some furniture with protective films, carry furniture improperly and carelessly, and not shove large TVs into full trucks due to poor spatial planning. A brand new item we told the movers to leave explicitly was moved anyways and is now lost and not being reimbursed. Weve only been offered a fraction of our losses due to their negligence. On top of the damages, the crew took longer than quoted as a worst case scenario, and no supervisor would take our call or reach out during the move (despite their assurances to the contrary). They also overcharged us by ~$1,000, which the manager, Wes, finally realized was incorrect the next morning after being rude on the phone at 12:15am as the movers were finishing. Never again. Our realtor, family, and friends are all aware of the lack of professionalism displayed by AMS.

When I booked, I was quoted for $198 per hour and was told the job would take 2 hours, in which I agreed with....very simple move. The guys showed up at 9:00am and were done loading by 9:15am. The movers were great.....very friendly and efficient. They drove to the storage unit and unloaded and were complete by 10:30am......90 minutes. I get the bill and its $647.00. They hit me with a fuel charge and travel time charge of over $200 I was never aware of. So I complained at that time and they refunded me the fuel charge of $71. I was actually good with that.Then, I look at my credit card and I see the $647 charge, the $71 credit, then a $100 deposit was charged to me. So I asked about this and was told they took off the $100 deposit as part of the total cost.....this does not show within my receipt. So really, if I had not gotten the $71 credit, this move that took 90 minutes (including drive time) would have cost me over $800. If they would just refund me the deposit like they said they would, they would have gotten a much better review. Ill never recommend this place and I will certainly not use them for my next move. I never complain about anything, but when I get ripped off, it fires me up.

Matthew Reed and his team were very nice and friendly. They moved me from a two bedroom apartment on the third floor to a two bedroom apartment on the second floor about five miles away. Everything was carefully wrapped and transported with no damages.

Predatory pricing- beware! My husband is a service member and knew he had a military deployment coming up that would prevent him from being able to get her fully moved into a new place. He packed up our daughter’s college belongings and moved it all by himself to an air conditioned 10x10 storage space in Nashville. She just found her place and I booked All My Sons to move the unit less than 5 miles away into an easily accessible unit. I was given a move time frame from 11-2. I called and confirmed times. Guys arrived around 115.It took 2 hours to pack up the truck, drive to the new place and unload the truck. No packing supplies were needed since we had already moved things. We had old moving blankets that already wrapped most of her belongings. This was a very simple move.I’d tell you what all these additional fees were for, but I still don’t have a receipt despite requesting one repeatedly. So 2 hours of work some how came to $850.I also think if they are going to insist on a 3 hour minimum then the movers need to be helping us for 3 hours. Or the time they were driving to or from the job be included in the three hours - because essentially you pay for their drive time to your site, their work time for the move and drive time back home for them. If their drive time fits within the work time (3 hours) billing, why am I paying twice for that time?The movers who came out were nice, but one wasn’t particularly careful and a few things had new dings.If you choose to use this company get EVERYTHING in writing prior to beginning the move and get all additional fees documented. I knew better than to trust that I’d be treated fairly, and clearly I am paying the price.

Oh where to begin. How about DO NOT EVER USE!!!! We used this company and got a walk thru quote done. They were supposed to take all of those items in their truck. They got most of it and then left the rest of the stuff for me to deal with. They left flat screen tvs and told me to figure out a way to get them moved which were included in the quote and I paid for them to be moved. I had to rent two storage units back in Tennessee to put some of my stuff so I could load my personal trailer with all the stuff they left. The two local guys in charge Zach and Wes are super unprofessional and shouldnt be employed. My leather couch was not wrapped in moving blankets or wrap and has scratches all over it. My bedroom set is damaged. The mattresses were supposed to be wrapped in a plastic bag and only one of them were. Entertainment center is broke! Dents and scratches over every piece of furniture and this is just the beginning. We havent even had a chance to look in the boxes that were moved.Called the claims line this morning and was on hold for two hours before finding out no one in claims is even there. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!! JOKE OF A COMPANY!!! Honestly, if they do not take care of the issue I will file a lawsuit against this company.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE ANY OTHER COMPANY! THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH....

The movers that attempted to help me were very nice and professional and fast. I luckily brought up my budget of what I planned on paying. Unbeknownst to me, I was being charged things that were not discussed when I made appointment. I live in Clarksville and my move is 3 miles away for a 1 bedroom. The movers let me speak to their boss and he said almost 700$ for a a 2 hour move for that distance. I was only told gas for them to come from Nashville (not including a charge for the ride itself and 150$ per hour which would equate to over 300$. )Nope for all the undisclosed fees it wouldve been double. Ill never call again and their customer service reps should be better trained in verifying amounts and details before the movers come to you. I was still at my old apartment later than expected and possibly had to pay a late move fee.

The two young men was awesome. They were very manerable and handled my furniture with care. I would definitely use this company again. Didnt have to watch and make sure nothing was stolen they were very trustworthy. They knew I was kinda struggling financially so they got that truck loaded and got it unloaded in a timely matter. All My Sons has moved us several times. Everyone is always wonderful. Peter Swan and his crew were great. We had two trucks moving is this time and they were fantastic. They moved our Baby Grand Piano perfectly. Thank you for everything.

This is my second time using All My Sons. Each time they sent professional movers who took care of my items and finished earlier than expected. I recommend packing everything and moving it close to the door to save on time and money. Make sure your washer and dryer isn’t connected because they don’t in hook those. My last move was a lot higher than before because i needed help packing. The rolls of tape and boxes are a lot cheaper at Home Depot but it was worth the help. I wouldn’t use any other moving company.

3 men and 3 hours, delivery address was less than 30 minutes away. Was charged over 900 dollars. Didnt have an entire house of things, only a loft. Biggest items being one couch and one king size bed. Team was unable to get box spring for bed up the stairs at which point offered to store it for an additional charge. Driver strongly encouraged tipping but stated it is not required. Not a bad company per say, yet outrageous pricing.

These “professionals” didn’t know how to move or package a brand new QLED TV. It cracked internally during the move. This tv cost $880 new and I barely had it for 3 months. I filed a claim and they offered me $150 for the damages. The TV is useless now and can’t be fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was told I would be getting 3 “professional movers” these dudes were not professional at all. Avoid!!

The team arrived on time and the communication was always present. The 3 young men that were moving my stuff were very polite, professional and respectful of me and my belongings. It was a quick and smooth process. I would definitely recommend this company.

These guys were fantastic! Never slowed down and it was super hot. I’d rate them a 10 if I could. It’s always a little scary when you have an estimate but it’s open ended so it can run more. Worst move ever. Wrapped nothing. Dragged unwrapped leather sofa across parking lot. Dropped another sofa from,,, 6 feet and destroyed it No apologies. CEO CHRIS BURNS is a disaster. It is apparent why his workers are totally careless and surly.

Ryan, Jamie, and Austin were so professional and worked so hard to get our truck unloaded and get everything in our different rooms, running up and down our stairs constantly. They even took the time to remove our broken bookshelf! I would highly recommend these guys!

Horrible customer service! The driver backed into my new home and caused damage along with damaging other items in the move. I was charged $178 for packing materials that were not used. I was told to expect a call from management to address the issues but did not. When I called, I was transferred to 6 different people including the IT department. Cannot get anyone on the phone to help resolve these issues. All I got was a form to fill out to see if I will be reimbursed for my damages in 3-5 days.

Once Harold, Bryan, and Jayden got to my starting destination, they were very fast getting everything packed on and off the truck. They communicated very effectively and clear and everything was understood. Harold even took the extra step to put my bed back together, also setting up my mattress. I am so grateful that they were efficient and careful when moving my items.

Moved from Murfreesboro up into Nashville with Harold Whites moving crew. They were professional and quick workers. The service is a bit pricey, but well worth it.
