The worst company ever! Do not hire them!!! The movers are still unloading but are the most unprofessional movers I’ve ever experienced! So many broken items and one guy fell asleep at the job and so much more I can’t even post! They are terrible! The manager never called to apologize, still waiting on that! DO NOT HIRE!!!

The best movers I have ever come across. Mike was knowledgeable and professional to discuss all sorts of details beforehand. The movers who joined us for help were punctual and most significantly dedicated. They respected my budget and worked as fast as they could to make sure that we didn’t pay for any additional hour.

Everyone at Good Time Moving company was very pleasant, helpful and courteous. The Good Time Moving crew were on time, extremely efficient. I thought the move was going to take 8-10 hours to get done, but surprisingly it only took 5 hours! And that included a two-hour drive. Super impressed

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Unprofessional. We hired Good Time Moving and Storage to move us 3 miles consisting of 4 bedrooms, dining room, breakfast room, living room, office, exercise equipment, grandfather clock, and deck furniture. We were quoted an 8 hour move with 4 men, 2 trucks at an hourly rate of $297. The move took over 13 hours resulting in scratched and damaged furniture. The grandfather clock pendulum and chimes were handled without gloves and we were charged for almost 15 hours. The movers constantly argued about who was in charge, or what to load next and one of the movers sat in the truck a large portion of the time stating that he was a loader only. I contacted the company numerous times by phone and email seeking resolution with no response. If you value your furniture and your wallet, you will not select this company. I have contacted the BBB in hopes they can help prevent this from happening to others in the future.

I was stressed and nervous about everything fitting. Still, those movers worked their magic and got everything safely loaded, aside from my patio furniture. The movers were all pleasant and efficient and did a killer job. Surely recommended.

Good Time Moving were the best among many other on our list. The requested quote was inquired in no time and the staff was highly professional to make sure that the move was done well-organized. All thanks are due to the certified team that we were accomplished within the time we expected.

They ended up getting to Clarksville around 9:30 and left before 2:30. They loaded all of the boxes that we had packed and then started on the big furniture. They did not get all of the furniture. They left parts of bed frames in each room. Dresser Drawers in rooms. Mirror of a dresser in the master bedroom, 2 dressers, one china cabinet and 2 desk chairs among other kitchen chairs. Now I have to get a storage unit and take the material myself because they did NOT do what they promised they would. We paid for them to load our house and take it to storage. They did not do it and the packers were like we have no more room there is nothing that can be done. Then I have called the next day and cant get in touch with the lady who is in charge of billing. Be careful who you go with to help you move. Make sure they follow through on what they promised.

The two gentlemen that moved us were pleasant, professional, helpful and flexible. Also, our apartment is on the second floor, and it was no problem for them. They were great! I recommend them, and we will most likely use their services in the future.

The team worked without any break to make sure that everything is winded up within a single day. Their perseverance and concern were appreciable in every regard. Great job guys to help do the things seamless. The fixed quote was also very much affordable that we didn’t feel bothered paying the whole amount at once.

They were fantastic. Got home on time and was super careful with everything. They are pros and know what they are doing....my Ikea bed was disassembled in less than 15 minutes and put back in order in around 25 min! I was amazed… nothing was broken during the move. Strongly recommended!

We hired them to do our move this past weekend. The three men showed up on time and were very nice. I was quoted for 5 hours at a total of 1200 dollars. After three hours at our house moving the furniture, (not a lot of items, no boxes, no packing or unpacking) my husband and I said to the movers okay we will see you at the new house they told us they were going to stop and have lunch before and then be on their way. That is fine everyone should eat lunch. After an hour they finally showed up at our destination which was only 15 minutes from the old house.the men took numerous breaks throughout to smoke cigarettes and be on their phones. My husband was actually helping them move the furniture in to help with the time. We get to my daughters furniture and our sofa chair for rocking is completely soaked, smelly, and stained! I speak with the manager (Angie) and she tells me there is nothing she can do just fill out a claim and then proceeded to want to charge me for 7 hours when they took an hour break for lunch! Finally we come to the agreement that they will take the extra hour off. We’ll I get an email confirmation of my card being charged 100 dollars more than what we agreed upon! I was then hung up on by Angie and continued to call back only to not be answered for two days straight Angie was rude and hurried me off the phone just to over charged me for a poor and damaged job! Will never use them and do not recommends! And Angie is the most unprofessional one of them all!

The only word I can come up with is traumatic. I hired this company to move me locally from a 750 sq ft. Apartment to the same. I got a $400 quote. I informed them that I had an electric piano that would need a piano dolly and special care as well as a king bed. I contacted this company again just before move day to confirm items needed for move. The two movers were late and spent most of the first day (8 hrs.) loading my items with no blankets and no piano dolly. They were literally tossing boxes marked fragile into the truck and used no blankets on any items. No dolly. They arrived at the new address after 9 hrs. As the items were unloaded almost every single item was severely damaged. I contacted this company with my concerns and i got “we con’t do anything”. Soon after I called the Police arrived after seeing the commotion. They proceeded to arrest one of the movers who was wanted in several states. Meanwhile, this company charged my credit card $1500.00+ while the arrest was being made and 1/2 my items were still sitting in the truck. I reported over $6000.00 in damages. This company refused to cover these damages or offer me any condolences. This company is corrupt and does not screen their employees they advertise. as awful as the move was it was lucky to not be hurt with a known criminal in my home. Extremely sad and corrupt. Please do not yourself in danger of being ripped off or physical danger.

We contacted Good Time Moving & Storage for moving recently. The agent made a call to inform about the arrival of the crew in case we are not around. The team was fully equipped with the high quality packing essentials as complementary. They worked hard to give us a smooth transition.

All of the pics are from after the move. They left their own moving blankets wrapped up on a few items. Probably because they were afraid they broke the electronics, too.Had them move us May 23rd 2021. We paid an extra $350 piano moving fee to have them drop the piano on the cement and break it. After they dropped it they just rolled it across the street and gave up, leaving permanent marks on the road. They also broke the glass shelves and sides on a china cabinet as well as a tv stand. My SOs office furniture is chipped and broken and the floors and walls at both places are wrecked. We paid 1800 plus an under the table 180 for them to finish the job after hours which is of course when they broke the piano and we found out about the china cabinet. If you were wondering why its called Good Time Moving when it was such a bad experience for us, its because theyll break your stuff with a smile. Glad they had a good time. Im heartbroken.Update 6.15.21:We have been in contact with the claims person at the company and sent in pictures of the damage. We have received no response and will be sending a legal response soon.Save yourself the heartbreak and find a different mover.

This moving company lacks all professionalism. Not only did the movers make a 2 hour job into a 6 hour job but they damaged and lost part of our inventory. Upon talking with their customer service over the last month and just now getting hung up on I whole-heartedly recommend to NOT use their services. WARNING

After seeing a lot of positive feedback on their website we were convinced to try them this year. Kudos to the team that came to our place timely with all the required packing essentials. Although we had some difficulty at the busiest parking area, they still managed to load all the finely packed boxes in the loader.

I came across this mover’s company a few months back when I was moving from TX to SC. they are on time and are fantastic with their work. The workers were exactly on time and wrapped all the stuff efficiently, and loaded it carefully to the loader. They help me in locating and setting my furniture in my new apartment. The 3 movers and truck showed up and seemed nice enough. It seemed like they stood around a lot and kept asking what needed to go. We were moving out, so everything needed to go. They would pick and choose what they wanted to load and threw other boxes and bags aside. They were very careless with our items. Unfortunately we were moving into a home that was getting renovated and we werent able to determine the damage until a month or more later as we were unpacking. We found a bookcase in pieces. Many pieces of furniture were scratched and/or dinged. Many items were broken in boxes. Our boxes looked like they were squished /smashed due to poor handling. We werent informed of any damages they caused. We also had to move a trailer and 2 cars full of items they decided not to move.. Also it took them over a half hour longer than it should have to get to the new location. They even left us with parts of wood that wasnt ours. I assume it was trash. I would NEVER recommend or use this company again.

Everything from beginning to end was smooth and efficient. On the day of my move, the movers arrived right on time. My furniture and belongings were on the truck in less than 1.5 hours. Each piece of furniture was carefully wrapped in a blanket(s). Unloading was also super-easy, and they even re-arranged some of my furniture too. I will hire them again after 6 months for my move within TX.

We moved from TX to VA and called Good Time Moving to help us pack the 4 bedrooms home packed. Initially they brought one Van for loading all the stuff, but when they estimated that many cartons shouldn’t be placed over one another, they called for another Van that came quickly. The team did an excellent job in wrapping and packing while ensuring that the things are packed safely.

They delivered my stuff to my right now address in an organized, timely, great manner. I will use Good Time again If I ever need movers! The original price I was quoted remains same at the end of the move. I highly, highly recommend them! Thanks Good Time!!

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! This was as bad of a moving experience as you could imagine. We were excited to move into our brand new home and that excitement was ruined by careless movers who damaged our brand new wood floors, backed into our house and caused external home damage and caused thousands of dollars in furniture damage. I tried working with them to get this resolved and it never was. Truly awful experience 0/10.

The movers who came over were fully equipped with all the packing essentials such as stretch tapes, packing paper and premium quality cartons. They showed up on time and meticulously packed everything. Thanks to the folks that we accomplished the whole move in 4 hours.

I moved within 30 min, so I was not charged for any additional traveling. My cost was quoted on Yelp and honored exactly as quoted. We will use this moving company in the future. I am so impressed, and I would love to book them in the future too. Recommended always.

Not a good experience. They moved my mom (76 years old) and charged upfront $175. Our load was like 1 room full (25%) of straight truck. They have a hard time being honest the time it takes to do a job. They will always be more than you show on your stopwatch. The total charge came to $918.00. Heads up if you use them.

I used Good Time Moving and Storage Company for temporary move in May 19, 2021. I also used their storage facility. On August 3, 2021 I received a quote from Owner Daniel Kanjandar and two of his assistance for amount $1750.00. I agreed the amount and paid to deposit and $297.00 to schedule the move for August 24, 2021. Daniel suggested 2 trucks and 4 movers to insure less time, quicker turn around and money saving which turned out to be a lie.On moving day, one truck was sent to storage facility to empty storage unit and the other truck went to wrong address; when truck arrived at my temporary address, movers did not have the key to unlock the back of the truck. They called the office, office notified them they had an issue with a truck in another location. The office decided to pick up one of my movers when they brought the keys to unlock the truck. It took 1 ½ hours for office person to arrive. Nothing was being done during this time. After the truck was unlocked my one worker (he was sick) was left to load truck alone; two hours later another person showed up to help (he was not much help). I really didn’t understand why it took so long to load my things from my temporary resident with had ¼ of amount that was in the storage unit. The truck loading my storage unit arrive at new home; called to ask where everyone was at. I told them the small amount at the house was still being loaded. They was shocked. The came over and helped (one of the gentleman was very sick). They were very upset that the house job wasn’t done.We finally arrived at permanent address around 4:30p.m. I purchased food, water and sodas for the team. I felt bad for the guys. Moving team was tired, frustrated and unorganized. Items was damaged. It took several hours to unload the trucks. They literally waiting on each other to pick up the next item.I was never told they were changing me an hourly of $297.00. I was billed for 12 hours and 15 minutes. No way was this move 12 hours. So much time was wasted. I did not sign final document because I wanted to speak with someone concerning the bill. The company automatically charged my credit card $3846.16.Moving truck broke down in my driveway for three days. My car was blocked; I called the office several time requesting the truck to be moved.For over two weeks I called and no was available to help me with my issue. During one call I was told a quote is just an estimate. I understand it was just an estimate but with everything that happened my bill should have never been this much. Let several messages for owner Daniel, he never returned my calls. Finally spoke with office manager, she informed me the best they could do was refund me $538.00 and took one person off estimate. I’m devastated. All the issues were extremely time consuming and they decided to charge me for every one of them and none of them were my fault. I can’t believe the cost went from $1750 to $3846. This was the worst move I have ever done. I will never use this company for anything.Good Time Movers should change their name to Deceitful Movers. Please beware when using this company.

We booked them through their online portal. The team had 1 van but when Johnathan had a round of everything to be packed he called for one more van. He assured us not to jostle the boxes in a single van but rather use two so that things reach the destination in their pristine condition.

Moving is never an easy issue, and the crew worked hard to ensure that we have a flawless and enjoyable day. The loading and unloading hardly took some hours and we headed to our new home. The young folks did 90% of the unpacking and placement with us and before leaving also gave us some extra storage bags in case we need them in future.

I cant say enough about Angie and her team at Good Time Moving & Storage, who saved our family in a bind and did it all with a smile and an eagerness to help. We had two Pods scheduled to be delivered to our new home on a Friday when we had the resources to unload them, but only one arrived. The other arrived on Saturday with no one to help -- until I called Good Time. Angie was so pleasant on the phone, empathetic and resourceful and ultimately had two great guys out to unload our pod within a couple of hours. They were professional, experienced and operated with great care, and they even assembled our two beds so we can actually sleep in our new home. They even went the extra step to haul away boxes. They were not only a pleasure to work with, but more than that they were our heroes on this day. This company is awesome! It was 90 degrees outside,I have a flight of steps and a whole apartment to move. 2 men and a lady came with a truck and wrapped and moved the entire thing. They called before they came to let me know they were en route and the arrival time. Fast very friendly and professional. Perfect, I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you!!

We arranged for our move date with Fernando via email (I love not being forced to call someone). Cesar and Francisco were on time, and they were good communicators. They were efficient and extremely careful with everything -- with our stuff, walls in both buildings, and floors. Go with them. You wont be disappointed.

They give you a link to the quote you better print it. B/c as soon as you sign they go in and change it. They tried to up charge me an additional 50% in fees that were never discussed and when I went back to my email to look at the quote since it was a link it had been altered. Also one of the trucks got stuck and had to get towed and they could not reach anyone from their company and I had to pay the $500 tow bill and sign off on the police reports on order for the truck to be released. It still had all my stuff so I was really left with no option. Most of my furniture was damaged. I could write a book on all the negative experiences that happened in my day and a half dealing with them.

I was pleased with this movers communications. This was all fantastic! All have been achieved securely and successfully. I will certainly suggest them to both my relatives and friends.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They left items behind. Broke my piano. Broke other furniture. My neighbor told me they sat on my porch for almost two hours before leaving my house. They got lost for 3 hours of a 2 hour drive. One of them seemed to be inebriated. At 2am they forced me to pay for all of the lost time and the piano fee or they wouldn’t leave. This seems like a borderline criminal operation. Claims still hasn’t so much as responded to my submission.

With all moves, something will get damaged. I am ok with that and I was happy to hear that the turn around time on claims was 1-2 days. Alas, this is not the case, in fact I have yet to hear back from the company after calling several times, leaving voice mails. Was even told that the person handling the claims, Angie, would be right with me, only to be left on hold for 30 min. Seems that once they get your money they are done with you and happy to ignore issues that occurred during the move. Even asked for the contact information for who is in charge at that company and the employee stated they are not provided that information.

Since moving, I have recommended them to 2 friends who both had the same feedback. They were fast, kind & cautious with my belongings. They charged me exactly what I was quoted. THANK YOU again!

This was my third time using Good Time Moving and Max, the customer rep. and Mike, the moving foreman, and his great team were completely gracious, accommodating, and paying attention to detail. (And not grumpy). I arranged pre-packing the day before, that helped a lot. They packed my wifes China and plates, and everything was disassembled, reassembled, and working fine by the time they left. I hope I never have to move again (and I really hope I never have to move coast to coast again!), but if I ever do, I will absolutely be using Good Time Moving. I will never move without these guys again.

They were great, we worked with Scott, and he was very great. He came and gave us a quote in person, which was quite accurate. The morning of our move, Duncan and crew arrived exactly on time; they were very polite and hard working. They packed and moved everything for us promptly, and we would highly recommend them to others.

I’m really frustrated with the company. My move on Saturday was not great. I had a 3 man team with one member not able to lift anything heavy. It took them 3 hours to move everything out of my 2 bedroom house that was already packed.I was asked by one of the movers to go to McDonalds for him because he hadn’t ate. One mover told me he missed work the day before and was trying to make up time and money. They ran an hour over with me having to help them unload the truck because of time. There was no sense of urgency. And the lack of professionalism and quality of movers was not what I paid for.2 of the movers got into a yelling match in front me which continued in my street of my new neighborhood. They broke a piece of furniture. I have emailed them, and have called daily leaving voicemails and messages and still no one has called me back.

The worst moving company I’ve every encountered!! They broke my tv (within minutes of arriving), lost screws to my bed and dresser, and left numerous of holes and scratches along the walls of my new home !! AND REFUSED TO PAY FOR ANY OF IT !! Even after the driver confessed to breaking it ! Then General Manger, ANGIE, became so nasty with me when I started asking for compensation.A TOTAL waste of $700 !!

Wow. Immediately after my last review, Good Time Moving called to rectify the situation. They were persistent in making sure I felt my frustration was heard, understood, and steps were taken to make sure I trusted them—kind of amazing. Faith restored. They are the real heroes. I highly recommend them!

The gentlemen that actually moved us were absolutely amazing and did the most wonderful job. However, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The representatives are obviously not trained that well and if you request moving materials to be brought, you will be told you wont be charged for anything that isnt used. What they fail to tell you is that you must call at least the day before to tell them you dont need the materials in order to not be charged. However, the sales rep neglects to provide that piece of important information. You will not be refunded regardless of what is used and in order to retrieve the materials you paid for, you must visit the facility to pick them up yourself even though its the companies screw up. This company takes zero responsibility for their neglectful actions and I would not be surprised if this is a common occurrence so they can then charge some other person for the same materials that you have already purchased. If you dont mind throwing hundreds of dollars down the drain then I suppose this company will work fine for you but I would never suggest it.

These guys are really so great! This time they showed up 25 minutes early and wasted no time loading and unloading. They did an excellent job as well as in the past they did. Highly recommend! These guys have helped me 3 times now, and each time they are on time and ready to work without fearing heavy and hard moves.

These guys are fantastic. They did fast, professional, careful, and great customer service. They were showing up at the right time, and one guy started disassembling the furniture or other stuff, and the other guys started packing with plastic wrappers. They did all so good and were run according to my wish. I highly appreciate their service!

Its hard to trust anyone with anything for a person like me who has a next-stage fascination with her possessions. The move was amazing. I am impressed with the move and the service.

It was our first time with them and they really proved what they say. The agent and the crew were really considerate to satisfy and give us complete security of our goods. We would be using them again and again.

EVERYTHING I own is broken and damaged with the exception of one bed. They showed up a day and a half late after lying about a car accident. They were simply overbooked, and I was told this happens every day. They sent two movers when we agreed on four, so they billed me for twice the time. The movers demanded cash above and beyond what the company was charging AFTER they loaded from my previous home, and upon arriving at my new residence, which I paid as they held my items hostage. They spent 70% of their time on smoke breaks. My 70-year-old mother did more work than they did. They complained constantly. They did not finish my small move until 2:00 am on a Monday morning. When I left a Facebook review, they blocked me from posting, that way they can keep their image clean. DO NOT USE THEM - DO NOT TRUST THEM.

The quoted price was estimated at $1800.00 after I listed every item of furniture that would be moved, to include a Liberty Fatboy safe with its size and weight. The estimated total time for the move was 8 hours with an upcharge for the safe of $100.00 and an hourly rate of $200.00 for the three men. Upon arrival at 9.45 am the driver got the truck stuck while backing down a fairly steep driveway. It took 3 hours for a wrecker to get there and free the van up. The three men started loading at 1 pm and finished at 4.30 PM. They had no equipment to move a 700 lb safe and had use brute strength. I followed them for about 45 minutes and then went on ahead, arriving home by 6.25 pm. At 7.30 they pulled in and almost got stuck again. For the next three hours they unloaded the van, placing each item where we wanted it. The three men really did do everything to accommodate us that they could do at the time. At 10.30 pm they were done and I was presented with a total bill of $2956.00 even though 2.5 hours time was deducted for the time they were stuck. I believe that this was a classic bait & switch between the estimate and the inflated cost they ended up charging me.

We have moved from apartment to a new house and the great team from Good Time Moving have helped us literally. The men who came over were extremely professional and assiduous, and they accomplished the move within some hours that is appreciable.

We had four tireless, friendly and diligent men at our place. They listened to each instruction attentively. Thanks to their teamwork that the chaotic job was done easily in some hours.

The guys did an awesome job hustled got done quicker than expected was very pleased,also Nissi was very helpful.but the company over charged my card by more than a hundred dollars than I was quoted even though they were through 2 hours early. When contacted they said it was $38 credit card and other fees but did not send email showing other fees. Very good workers but the Company I think is crooked.

The best moving company I ever hired! They brought everything up 3 flights of stairs without a complaint, they wrapped everything with great technique, nothing was broken or damaged, and so much faster than what I expected! I highly recommend it! 5 stars!
