This is one the most crooked organizations I have ever dealt with. They are hard to get a response out of. They hide the duration of the contracts. It’s five year obligation. Worst of all when their equipment do not communicate with them, they bill you at random. Last month they billed me for $434.00, my monthly usage has never been over $110. They claim they estimated that amount and they are holding me to it. I have called their support to correct the reading and was never able to reach a manager to settle this matter. If you value your time DO NOT do business with this company.

Customer BEWARE! I’ve been a customer of theirs for about 10 yrs and they do not care anything about you the customer. When I upgraded 5 copiers last July they were supposed to pick up the ones they were replacing. They did not do the pick up and have continued to bill us and for old AND NEW!! They stopped sending toner and have harassed us for payments we do not owe, even though we sent proof we are current. Instead of doing the work of reconciliation of our account we have had to completely prove we owe nothing! I will be invoicing them for copier storage and accounting cost proving we are current on our accountI demanded to speak to upper management which they refuse to do. Do NOT do business with DEX!! 1 star only because I had no choice to post.

Horrific company. Don’t be fooled by the sales person.Part of their deceit, is to promise to get you tickets to some stupid sporting event. On the other hand, they have zero regard for customer service.Find a reputable company to do business with.

If you need a good printer/copier this is the place to buy/lease from. Also have Tech service to come to you.
