I worked late one night last week to prepare multiple copies of a slide deck for a very important meeting the next morning at 8:30 am. After my 3rd copy, the copy machine started smearing the ink very badly. It was 7:00 pm. It was too late to call anyone, so I looked up the user guide, tried to fix it myself, but nothing was working. As a last straw, I sent an email to our sales rep, AB BRUMFIELD, around 7:30 pm. He answered my email w/in 5 minutes!! He had just finished dinner with his family and said he lived near our office and he could come over to look at the copier. HE WAS HERE W/IN 10 MINUTES! I couldnt believe it! He was able to fix the copier AND he stayed here for another hour until I ran the remaining copies just to make sure everything was ok. THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - ABOVE AND BEYOND! I highly recommend RJ Young and Ab Brumfield.

Robert J Young is the longest standing technology partner TCW, Inc. They have partnered in our success for the last 13 years. Jason Slaughter and the service team have continually went to bat for us, bailed us out when we were in a bind, and was always 100% honest, even when it hurt. Their motto used to be (and may still be) Well make it Right!. Well they always have for TCW. I, and the entire TCW IT Team, highly recommend them.

Really disappointed to see this company not taking Covid precautions seriously, especially as our case numbers are spiking dramatically (again)! Employees not wearing masks and the company doesnt seem to care. If not caring about the health of your employees and their families wasnt enough, theres also a mask mandate in Davidson County. I have no interest in working with employees who dont care about the health and safety of others or a company that doesnt take a mask mandate seriously enough to create a culture of compliance.

I give the customer service 0 stars, but the service/maintenance technicians have always been great, especially Dan. Every single time I call a service request in - I get attitude & unfriendliness - no matter how nice I am. My initial calls in are always unpleasant which makes me not want to even do business with them. The product itself is good - I just wish theyd train their answer center employees a little more extensively on proper communication skills and customer service. Thank you to the very helpful service technicians! I appreciate all that you do to keep our machines functioning properly!

Would never give this company my business...EVER! They are running a lucrative business by towing cars after hours. Honestly, what does it hurt to park behind the business after hours. It doesn’t. It’s an easy way to make money splitting it with the towing company. Good on you. Our bad, but it won’t happen again.

What I love most about using RJ Young is how clear and up front they are with their communication and services. Every time our representative changed, they would give me a call to introduce themselves and even come by the office to check on our machine and answer any questions we had. We just renewed our lease and turns out getting a brand new machine was cheaper and weve already had someone come by to gather all the data from the old one and sync our computers with the new machine so that when its installed next week, we will be all ready to go! Honestly, we would not use anyone other than RJ Young. Its an absolute pleasure having them and theyre always accessible to answer ANY questions.

R J Young always repairs our copier in a timely manner. Their customer support is quick to trouble shoot any issues that can be resolved over the phone. If you are running low on tonier, it is delivered quickly, sometimes the same day.

We have been quite pleased with RJYoung, from the ease of ordering products and putting in service requests, to the exemplary customer service we have received from our technician, the accounting department, and any other representatives weve contacted. We feel valued and that goes a long way. Our technician always explains in detail whats wrong with our machine and how long it will take to fix it. If parts need to be ordered, he promptly orders them and has our machine up & running in no time. I would highly recommend RJYoung.

So I’ve never been a customer of this company and after today I never will be... I drove behind one their employees today down Stewart’s Ferry and the employee was driving extremely recklessly! They were in a company car speeding down the road like crazy! Then they got caught behind a relatively slower car who was going at a nice comfortable speed. Well I guess the Rj a young employee didn’t like the speed they were going at! They keep speeding up trying to make the person go faster but like a good sane person, the driver was not intimated by the RJ young speed racer and continued to go at their comfortable speed . The Rj young person kept braking and swerving off the road to try to avoid hitting the car in front of them! Well buddy that’s what happens when your always in a rush. This was affecting me and other cars behind me. I was following a good distance behind him because he was driving like a LUNATIC and I still had to continuously brake and swerve off the road so I wasn’t affected by them. It’s completely unacceptable. It makes your whole business look bad with such reckless behavior! You’re endangering the lives of quite a few people and for what??!! Nothing . Nothing will ever be a good enough excuse. Your employees may need driving lessons because they are really putting you guys in a bad light.....the license plate number was :37 419I hope who ever endangered my life today made it where he needed to be on time! (Even though it was past business hours )
