Never work for or use this company. Extremely unprofessional and not knowledgeable at all in the field, especially their “management”. On top of a poor quality of work and craftsmanship they bring nothing but addicts and thieves around job sites even including the field supervisors who blatantly steals from employees. Apparently this happens enough that he won’t even tell you his real name, just the stupid nickname of “stick”. BEWARE

James Turpin and his crew at MCC Nashville did a great job of getting our new office set up. He went over and above to not only install the hardware we needed, but spent considerable time after the fact assisting with fine tuning the system.

Elite Physical Therapy and Balance Centers needed new equipment earlier this year and Tim and Lance came to the rescue. Of course I did my due diligence in shopped the market before making a decision, but for the equipment and price point, they came in at the top of my list. The customer service is what sets them apart from their competitors. We always expect the sales process to be very accommodating but since installing the equipment, they have been responded to every question, concern or change I wanted and needed within 15 minutes of the request. AMAZING customer service.

We had this company out to service a copy machine at my place of work. It was never mentioned that they were COD for new customers. 5 hours later they call and are very rude and demanding payment. I would not recommend doing business with them.

Though I cant tell you whether I know or dont know exactly where, one of my Stepuncles, his 3 young or adult children, & few grandchildren live somewhere apparently at Antioch, Nashville, Tennessee like one of my parents have told me about 2 years ago!
