Asked for data sheets and a product data book to carry on job sites told by Manager Thats what the internet is for. Ask for product information no one could answer. Waited 1 1/2 hours and I was one of the two customers in the store. To many want a be chiefs and not enough Indians minding the store. I have been a contractor for over 30 years and the past 5 yrs.the downtown store has been the worst for customer service and yes they will use the excuse you should call your outside rep we have done that too. I would suggest going to the south store or Gallatin store if you need answers. Not sure which store Mikey is at since Madison store is gone but, he has always been the best to deal with for any product information. It all starts with management and attitude.
