Never used Jiffy Lube before. Went in for oil and oil filter change. They drained my oil and then realized they did not have an oil filter for my car. Tech said you didn’t need to change filter with every oil change. They stated they could put my drained oil back in car. They did attempt to obtain filter from one store but unable. I was there in 100 degree weather for 1 hour. I had to return for filter.Really???They initially said there would be no charge but when I came back they did charge me with a minor discount.They checked off they vacuumed my car and filled other fluids. They did notIt is not like their service is cheap. Avoid at all costs

Chris & the staff @ Jiffy Lube were cordial & Thourough . Im happy with Jiffy Lube but in particular the franchise on RTE 9. THANKS FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE CHRIS!

The girl working on April 3, 2021 was extremely rude and attempted to make my husband look like he didn’t know what he was doing. Totally unprofessional.When I called to see what is included in the 45.00 charge they listed off their services which none were complete. If you checked my tires correctly then why is my tire pressure still completely off? If you can’t vacuum due to covid then take down the price!Also to the girl who was rude and disrespectful, you should really look into something other than customer service like bagging groceries.

Super slow. i could not get out out of my car because the lift was too close, and it was a very hot day whennI wanted to wait inside. Plus I choose it over Valvoline becsuse of the vacuum service. Yet they surprised me at the end by saying that they are still not vacuuming yet due to covid, and pointed to the barely visible sign on the wall at the EXIT, which should be placed at the entrance and conveyed verbally since the whole country expects vacuum service at jiffy lube. Plus this location is not clean and only one person was reasonably trained. The other tech had to ask another empmoyee where my dipstick and fill cap were located, and this was on on a 2012 Honda. I wint return to this location. Plus the tech had to yell up to me from under the bay with her instructions, which I could not even hear clearly. All other places have a tech up top who relays requests to start the car back up etc. Totally lousy experience that took about 30 + mi utes from the time I pulled into the bay. And when I pointed out that I could not get out of my car to go into the waiting room the tech said something like oh itll be quick, which was totally not the case. I was stuck in my car on a 90 degree day for about 30 or more minutes. Pathetic really.

Both times I’ve been here the staff have been super friendly and helpful. As a young woman, I appreciate not being spoken down to or man-splained to; the staff here explains everything clearly and kindly. Prices are very fair too. Would definitely recommend!

Quick and easy in and out oil change while you remain safely in your vehicle. Highly recommended if your short on time and still need worry free maintenance

Awful...I went for an oil change and they told me something else was wrong and need to be changed because it is dangerous.(come to find out it wasnt dangerous) They knew I was a young girl on my own with no clue ans used that against me. If that isnt turn off itself, they charged my card TWICE!!!! When I called to ask what happened they threw the bods under the bus and told me shes in charge and gave me excuses as to why they cant help me toll the weekend when she is back.....UNREAL! -10 stars in my book.

I just got an oil change and a plug in my tire. The guys there are always so nice and do such a great job. Theyre amazing.

Oil change was speedy and friendly. Perhaps the service was too fast as they didnt resecure part of the undercarriage and it fell off and did damage, the only lucky part is one screw held on, so it wasnt lost in traffic. Really, really not good

Theyre always good here. Rated down a star because they didnt have mineral oil in 0/20. Fast service, nice people, thorough job on the vacuuming, which is my actual priority.

We came jiffy lube at Natick to replace our brakes and were not happy with their service for three reasons.First, they are not trustworthy. They gave us a wrong estimate the day before and then just raised it from $640 to $760 after starting working on the day without my permission in advance. I said the owner that she should have told me the change in cost before starting working, but the owner just kept saying that its not her fault and didnt know who gave you the wrong estimate. I think its the owners responsibility to train her employees in a consistent way and to apologize to the customers when the employees didnt work accordingly or appropriately.Second, their service quality is poor. After adjusting the cost, I let them work on my car. The owner called me to the working place and told me to come back next day to fix the back wheels because they didnt have the tool for it after I waited for 2 hours and 20 minutes! I realized that I shouldnt have come here.Finally, the owners attitude is very rude. When there was miscommunication, she even yelled at me in front of my kid. At that point, I decided not to come back. They even lost two bolts of my front wheels while working and didnt tell me anything about it.It was such a terrible experience, and I wouldnt recommend their place to anyone unless they want to waste their time and money.

I have been here twice. The first time, they did not properly secure my oil cap and I would have never known it if my husband did not notice oil spots on our driveway.For my most recent oil change with this Jiffy Lube, they apparently FORGOT TO FILL MY CAR WITH OIL! I had an appointment with Toyota the next day for a recall and the service tech told me that I was basically out of engine oil and that it was a miracle I got there. Needless to say, I had to pay Toyota for ANOTHER oil change.Will never go back here again.

Its good for an oil change. With a coupon you can get an excellent price. Be wary: they tend to assume that all cars of the same make and model are the same (really?) and dont do well with other maintenance jobs..

Great place for great service! Even when my vehicle broke down in their driveway and needed more serious repairs than they ordinarily provide, they offered solutions. AND!! They had knowledgeable mechanics on their payrroll, and onsite,who could diagnose the problem, give an estimate and take care of the repair! Love Jiffy Lube everywhere!

In and out for an oil change in less than 30 minutes. The coupon code wasn’t working (even though it was clearly valid) so the guy just took the $10 off manually. Can’t ask for more than a $30 change in less than 30 minutes.

They didnt fill any fluids, my oil didnt look any cleaner than it did before I brought it in and they didnt vacuum at all. They were nice, but completely useless! My car runs a lot worse after going to Jiffy Lube. Maybe the other locations are better, but this one left me unable to trust any Jiffy Lube locations.

The guy who worked there got mad at me because I came 45 minutes prior to closing, after I got off of work, instead of earlier in the day. He had an issue that he had to do work in the last hour of his shift. Probably will never give my business to this place again.
