I started my search for a new vehicle accompanied by my son .He had done research on Honda’s so we started at Bernardi Honda in Natick. We were warmly greeted by David.He was a joy to work with and we were both impressed with his skills, knowledge and love of his job.After spending time with David including a test drive I leased a Honda CR-V. It was a perfect fit for a short lady, giving me a panoramic view of the road using the adjustable seat.I also would like thank Tonya in the Finance department . She too was very personable and efficient.I left one happy lady!

I purchased my Hybrid Accord at Bernardi in Dec. 2018 and have gone to Bernardi for all service needs since. Every experience I have had with Bernardi, from working with their sales people to working with their service team, has been truly outstanding. Customer service is a top priority for Bernardi. Their employees are always so welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Most recently I worked with Service Advisor Leah D. and had an extremely positive experience, inspiring me to write this review. Outstanding customer service is pretty rare these days, but Bernardi always provides it! As a result I will give Bernardi my business and recommend Bernardi to my friends.

Great experience with the service team! Worked with Leah, who was very professional, and even switched her day off when my service took a little extra time so that she would be present when I picked up the car. She also made the service finance option seamless. On top of that, she worked with her manager, Corbin (very helpful) when there was an issue with my car and made sure I was satisfied. Ill definitely continue bringing my 2013 Pilot there for future work.

I typically hate dealerships. My experience at previous ones have been upsetting and unnerving. I’ve experienced sexism and condescension among other things. Bernardi was different. I feel like my perception of dealers was entirely turned around in this process.Kerrey worked with me start to finish, has helped me get the paperwork I need for my financing, got me set up to test drive the car right away. Everyone I spoke with was great. Nick came over and introduced himself and we had a great conversation; the receptionist was great and helped me promptly and took my deposit with no issues.Tanya, the financing person, was e and respectful of my decision to maintain my outside financing while giving me necessary education. She seemed to actually value my intelligence while still doing her job. Can’t say that for folks I’ve worked with in the past.The value I got for my trade-in was fair, whereas some preliminary quotes from other dealers didn’t even make it within the free KBB assessments they offered on their sites. Bernardi fell within that bracket and I believe their assessment was fair and accurate. They broke down all the math for me and let me see it in several places, even showing how the preliminary breakdown shows up on the Purchase and Sales and what portion is actually taxed.I will absolutely be recommending Bernardi to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Especially in this market, go somewhere that will work fairly with you.

I had a great experience buying my new car from Victor at Bernardi Honda. He was helpful and friendly and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I wasn’t pressured to buy the car on the spot like I was at other dealerships. Instead he and his sales manager, Nick, made me an offer to think about and encouraged me to look around and compare which I did. The price was fair and none of the other Honda dealerships had close to the selection they had. I couldn’t even find my car in the color and trim I wanted in stock anywhere else. Victor and his whole team made the process easy and positive. I’m so happy I stopped in that day to test drive my car. I love my car! Thank you Victor and thank you to the whole team!

This is a review for the Service Center and recognition of the very smart decision to hire new Service Center Manager Marcel C..After being a (new) customer for a year and experiencing 3 significant customer service issues (some financial related), I took my business elsewhere, refusing to go back. Another service center recommended to return to Honda Natick to fix work done (turned out to be nothing major) and I was dreading making the phone call because of my previous experience. Marcel C. to the rescue. He showed me that customer service is his top priority no matter how big or small the issue. He has been generous in his time, both with me and with the technicians working on my vehicle, and fair in his quotes. He is paying very close attention to his customers and fixing the issues the Service Center previously had (which were front office staff related and not technician quality related).If you previously had a poor experience, I recommend giving this location a new chance and speaking with Marcel.NOTE: I write this 6 months after returning to this location and 2 services later. Consistent and top notch service both times (I dont say this lightly), which is why my business has returned. Thank you Marcel.

They sold me a car that WAS ALREADY SOLD. I payed a substantial down payment and went through loan approval and then they called me a week later to tell me a mistake has been made- the car you purchased was sold 3 WEEKS AGO. When I went to the dealership, instead of politely taking us into a room to talk about the situation and how to rectify it, the manager named Nick yelled at me in the front lobby in front of all of the employees and other customers. Needless to say I took my business to another local Honda dealership. Very poor customer service, they will rip you off without feeling bad about it beware.

I used to be very loyal to this place to service my vehicle. Sharif was fantastic, I would be in and out in an hour or two and was always in the loop about what was going on. I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change and a fuel pump recall. He wasn’t there, which was okay, and someone else helped me. The rental they gave me is tiny but I thought it was only gonna be for a few hours. They called me at 4 and told me that they would need to keep my car overnight but assured it would be done first thing the next morning. And here I am, 4pm the next day with absolutely no idea when I’m going to have my car back. I will never come here for service again.

I reached out to Honda this morning regarding a car I seen on there website. The car had not even been posted for 24 hours. I got a call and then text today from John who had set up my appointment at 530 to come in and test drive the car. Throughout the day I had received numerous calls, emails and text messages confirming my appointment. (Pictures seen below). I then texted at 345 to say I was going to be there an hour earlier than expected (430) I did not hear anything. THEN at 426 I receive a call and a voicemail from David who had “just got assigned” to tell me the car was sold earlier that day and he called so I did not drive “all this way” for a vehicle that was sold… if it had sold earlier that day why did I have employees reaching out to me numerous times to confirm my appointment. Why was I even given an appointment if it means nothing and does not hold a car for someone who has an appointment SET UP ALREADY!! Absolutely ridiculous I do NOT recommend!!!

I’ve used the dealership for service for 7 years. Always on time, always terrific service. Sadly today fell far short of expectations. My 1.5-2 hr service estimate ended up being nearly 3 hours. I scheduled in advance, for a simple service check. Service handler told me he went to lunch without realizing maintenance department got slammed. 4 parties arriving after me left before me. This could’ve been handled much better.

Took car in for oil change, had to replace front brakes & rotars- took over 4 hours- technician did not know correct brake size and then had to obtain parts. Car required 2 other big ticket items, called around, a reputable recommended mechanic will do for almost 1/3 of quoted Honda service price. Won’t be doing business with dealership service departments in the future.

Terrible customer service. My mother called to book her oil change, and after asking a question and not understanding the answer she re-asked the question. The customer service representative, named Kevin, responded I just told you, do you even understand computers? Im not going to waste my time trying to explain something that you wouldnt even understand! This is no way to speak to or treat ANY person, client or not! We have been Natick Honda Bernardi clients for years, and never been treated this way. I am so disappointed. We wont be doing business here again.

Dealership was a pleasure to work with and Matt Strong was the best car salesman I have interacted with in 50 years. I had some special requests and my needs were met and exceeded. Happy with my Accord after one week. My only negative was while finalizing paperwork in the finance office there was a long sales pitch to buy thousands of dollars worth of extended warranty and extra coverage that I didnt want, but the poor guy was required to complete the pitch even when I told him I wasnt interested. Small annoyance, I will buy my next car here if the service experience over the next few years is as good as the buying experience.

The Bernardi people were great in every aspect kind, polite, knowledgeable and cared about the customers best interest. Great communication and response time. The rental car company was an absolute nightmare, over an hour wait a grumpy non caring and unsympathetic rental agent that gave me a car with trash in it and then a car that was blocked in and I had to get a helpful and apologetic Bernardi employee from the service bay to move a car to get out.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They have competitive online part prices, but in store parts are priced almost twice as much! Their in store prices are also much more expensive than competitors (Balise, Herb Chambers...) when I comparison shopped. Do not go out of your way and waste your time like I did for a misleading and unethical business.

*** Update ***After having written my original review the manager reached out to discuss. Once I explained what happened he offered a number of solutions to help compensate me for my negative experience. In the end Bernardi Honda was able to provide me the service I originally requested at a discounted price. If the managers timely response is any indication of their normal quality of service then I definitely recommend Bernardi Honda for your car needs.*********************Biggest waste of time and worst Honda dealership experience I have ever had. Arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment to get a replacement key. 2 and a half hours later and they hadn’t started working on it. I informed the customer service reps that I had somewhere to be in 30 minutes. Rather than offer me a ride or recommend reimbursing me my Uber fees they checked on the tech who had just started working. I told them nvmd just give me my car back. They told me it would be another 10-20 minutes. 20 minutes later I go and check and lo and behold there is my car sitting out front and no one had notified me. I had to remind the service rep. Just an awful waste of time and overall lack of service. I recommend any other Honda dealership in the state of Massachusetts if you want good service in an appropriate amount of time.

I have purchased one of my cars here and the buying program is great. Great prices, easy to work with sales reps. What isnt great is how you are treated afterwards. Dealerships typically make their money from the service of the car after you purchase it so it would be in their best interest to be responsive, timely and trustworthy. None of these things come to mind when i think of Bernardi Honda. On several occasions, despite having an appointment for service with quoted service times of 1-2 hours, i have been left there for 3+ hours with no heads up or warning that they were running behind. After half a dozen encounters like this, i made it a point to speak with the managers and have them confirm with me day of the appointment that everything was on time or at least give me a heads up of the expected delays. Yet again, as we got closer to the appointment (within 45 mins) there was radio silence despite calling and texting. I would avoid at all costs if you are looking for a full service dealership. Sales manager was Scott Wells and I cant recommend this place unfortunately.

I went to Bernardi Honda of Natick in order to flip my lease at the end of my lease term. Due to previous dealings with other dealerships, I have come to rank the process of getting a new car to be somewhat on the same level as getting a root canal - negotiations, hidden costs, high-pressure, etc. My experience this time totally dispelled my concerns. I attribute much of this to Matthew Strong, the salesperson who managed to somehow turn this in to a pleasant and productive process. Matthew was highly professional, direct in his communications, patient, informative and exceedingly easy to contact. His explanations of the new cars features and the lease process were clear and extraordinarily honest and helpful. The experience was not low-pressure - it was no pressure and thats just the way I like it. I walked away in trust - a very rare occurrence in my previous experiences with other dealerships. Going further, my experiences with Walter in finance and my previous experiences with the Bernardi Honda Service Department have made me a loyal customer - something I would never have though I would be saying about an auto dealership. My family and I were so pleased with the service we recently received from Daniel and the Bernardi team as we purchased a Honda SUV. We came to Bernardi for the large selection as we had limited time and knew we would be able to find something we liked. We came in knowing the model we wanted, but Daniel helped us navigate new models vs CPO and the various trim levels. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and felt like a partner throughout the whole process. We ended up selecting a CPO model. Once we selected the vehicle Daniel worked to ensure a few small blemishes were taken care of and make the car look like new. On delivery day, a deep scratch on the hood was discovered and Daniel continued to work with the body shop to repaint the hood and ensure we were completely satisfied. All the while Daniel remained in terrific communication with us and we always felt we were in good hands. A loaner was also provided free of charge while the body work was completed. Were excited to enjoy our new car and absolutely recommend Daniel and the Bernardi team.

I worked with Jessica to purchase my Honda Civic and it was an amazing, low pressure experience. Between the time I signed the paperwork and came to pick up the vehicle, she pointed out that the bumper had been damaged by a plow from the recent snow storm. Without any fuss, they transported the same color and model from another of their locations. I really respect that honesty. Friendly staff and service, buying a new car was great. They have a large selection and can beat other dealers prices. Submit your financial info prior to going into dealer. I took my car for a recall (supposed to be $0 to the customer). The employee came out of my car with mask down. They had charged me $3.75 as disinfection cost. We drove back home with masks on in our own car. They are passing on the 5 second disinfection cost to the customers after most likely getting a few million dollar in forgiveable loan from the government. Over that their employees wear mask on the chin when delivering the car.

I usually dread buying a car but I had such a great experience at Bernardi that I had to share. The customer service was above and beyond. I felt like a VIP. It was actually a fun experience! Brian, Sinan and Amanda were super knowledgeable and so helpful when it came to showing me the van I was interested in, helping me through the trade-in and purchasing process. They just took care of everything. The financing process was also seamless, Monique was informative and helpful instead of pushy and pressuring. It was just all very easy and I appreciated that so much. I’m loving my new vehicle and will definitely go back for any future vehicle needs!

Caution products description and pictures on the website are not accurate and can be misleading. I recently purchased over 1000 dollars worth of parts from company and after receiving order the majority was great and as ordered. However the floor mats I am charged 140 dollars for are not as pictured and definitely not OEM or Honda. No tags, logos, emblems, or any indication these are factory honda parts. Not to mention look dirty and used.
