I ordered a model 3 in the last week of April from this location. Had spoken with the associate saying I wanted to take delivery by September so I was in the car before the winter months. Timeframe for delivery was 6-8 weeks, was told I can either pickup early or tell them to push it off when the time came. I agreed. Put the order through and was told NOTHING else about how the process could potentially be held up or expedited. My account listed Sept 1-30 as delivery date. I log in today and now delivery has been pushed until NOVEMBER. Called into the delivery center, found out the consultant had placed a hold on my account until September, which I NEVER asked for, and that my account was not properly set up to allow the build to take place. Now I am basically starting the wait over and in line after the thousands of orders that were placed after mine! Unbelievable lack of customer service/advice for such a large and profitable company. Extremely dissatisfied.
Watched a friend try to enter to look at the cars and was verbally berated by an employee for no reason and told to leave for being under 21. We later saw multiple children around the ages of 12-16 in the store, in the cars. They clearly did not want college students looking at the cars under any circumstances and I feel it is an unfair policy. Clearly those teens couldnt buy a Tesla, why must we leave for not being able to afford them? Are we not allowed to dream about owning cool looking cars.
Clean showroom. Friendly staff. Good overall experience!
Yelled and screamed at to get out by employee upon entering. Not happy.
Good service. First time buyers. Recommend this place to many. But the price of the cars keep going up
EVs are the future and nothing more futuristic then Teslas cars. As always the staff is chill and great to talk to. As I write this, their line up in the showroom was a Midnight Sliver Model X, Deep Blue Model S with white seats and a Peal white SR+ Model 3. If you get a chance go do a test drive and try not to steal it, best American made cars ever.
Was pretty cool. They answered my questions and good staff. Tesla owner myself and talked about the cars
After making an appointment for a test drive we had to wait an hour and a half and still no test drive. Every half hour kept telling us that the car will be there in 15 minutes . Finally we left after giving a number to call when the car was available and they didn’t even bother to call.. Pathetic experience. Will never go back to them.
Got there, place the order and they had my credit going to the gym. Waiting for the car. Just go and have a test drive.
Good! i liked to look at the carz
Great help and great cars. Love this place! There isnt a lot to look at here, but just like Teslas overall design, the sparseness of the things to look at is sort of attractive. There are no distractions. Just the cars and the options on the cars. When you go into the store, you can take a look at some of the models, and you can see examples of the paint and interior on all models Dash you can touch it and look at it closely Dash and you can also configure a car online with the help of a salesperson or by yourself. There are also some great demonstrations hear about the different types of vehicles in their fuel efficiency and performance. Definitely worth stopping by if you havent seen or touched a Tesla in person yet. Once you do, youll probably want one. and you dont have to be worried about engaging A salesperson. They werent overly pushy in terms of selling and were just in general very helpful especially when it comes to this new technology. I will eventually buy a Tesla, but I will probably wait until I can get one right after ordering. When I stopped by there was about a three month wait for the model 3.
Worst experience ever imagine: showed us one price for trade-in, even promised to make it 1k better, later gave -4k; asked to contact the manager for peaceful solution: they sent me directly to Elon; called few times, they didnt even call me back
My family and I met representative Leo Young at this store recently for a test drive of a Model 3. We loved the car. More impressive, though, was that Mr. Young extended us his courtesy and time even though our order for the car had already been placed. With nothing to gain other than our satisfaction and gratitude (both of which he certainly now has), Mr. Young was kind and accommodating while we imposed on his time. It bodes well for Tesla that they hired someone who clearly cares enough to go above and beyond. I strongly recommend you contact him if you are considering a car or other Tesla product.
Great location to charge with Paneras right there.
I worked with Tomas and he was super friendly and responsible sales person. He helped me test drive the car on two different occasions and made the car buying experience very smooth.Great job Tomas and Thank you!
Great people great products
Went there yesterday for a test drive and was completely blown away by the technology, information provided, and exceptional service! The associate, Leonardo, was there to assist me during the drive and he made the experience even greater! He was very helpful, relatable and was able to answer every question I had with complete detail! Very impressive!I look forward to purchasing my Model S P100D very soon! Thanks guys!
The store is clean and welcoming. It is conveniently located in Natick Mall. The staff are really nice and helpful. Leo (Leonardo Young) in particular was super helpful and provided us a great test drive. Definitely talk to him when you are there - he is knowledgeable about the various models and shared his personal experiences as well. Really made for a memorable car-buying experience!
The staff at Tesla couldnt have been more accommodating. I was greeted as soon as I walked in for my Model X test drive. Spoke with staff, and was ready to go in no time. Employee drove around for a bit. Was offered to switch spots, but decided not to. Employee on the road was a safe driver, and did a great job at answering all of questions asked, as well as going over all the features of the car. Had an amazing experience here, and I cant wait to return to make a purchase in the near/distant future.
Amazing car our new future
You might see Leo Youngs name in these reviews several times, but I can tell you that it is not just because he asks for the feedback. From confirming our appointment on the phone to saying goodbye to our two boys, Leo made the entire experience fun and enjoyable. Tesla cars are the new benchmark in style, performance, and continuous improvement. The zero pressure stores are the same.Do not let detractors spoil your opportunity to have fun. A Tesla drive is like no other. Imagine all the torque you have in 1st gear while in 4th. It is unfortunate one reviewer felt injured, but being prepared and using the headrest is advised, because they do kick like a roller coaster. Even if you arent in the market for a new vehicle, call or stop in and ask for Leo and go on a test drive. You will not be disappointed!
I wanted to come back and update this review. FSD purchase and sales issues were finally resolved. It took about a month and a half post sales with issues relating to upgrades. In my opinion these in-consistences and inaccurate information should have not even be there.
Went there today to see Model 3. First of all its on ground level in Natick Mall took me a while to find it as the mall itself is too big and unfortunately i entered it from wrong side. The showroom itself is very nice and attractive with Model X,S and 3 on display where you can see and feel the car. I was reading other reviews and was amazed to see how welcoming staff is at this location. I myself didnt find staff there welcoming and attentive at all, the person i talked to was giving me responses that he is doing me some kind of favor by answering my questions. I had seen this kind of behavior in so many other places as well but I was not expecting it here. I was still standing with that person who to my surprise just left me there just to start a conversation with other family who were just looking around cars and didnt ask for his help not only he went there but start explaining him features of the car. I was shocked and cant believe is that was the same person who was giving me some cold responses 2 mins ago.Anyways that was my experience that could be bad day/time. I could be the wrong guy at wrong place. :(
Mike did an incredible job walking us through the process of our first EV. Super easy. Thank you looking forward to my Tesla arriving.
The best experience I have ever had buying a car hands down and the two sales reps I had were fantastic thank you both
The folks at this Tesla location are friendly, responsive, and on top of their game. While there are some downsides to Teslas distribution model, there are also many benefits over a traditional dealer model. Most obvious is the fact that the salespeople actually know the cars that they are selling, as opposed to the norm at a dealer, where the salespeople routinely know a few buzzwords and you know more than they do after a cursory read of an online review.
The people were nice and helpful and the cars are super cool
My favorite car and the people that work there were super friendly with my little ones which think that Teslas are toys
Well, I bought a Tesla (Model 3) so that should say something about the place! Great experience.
Did you know you can make the cars make fart noises when you turn the blinkahh on?They also have cars to test drive.
We ordered a Tesla several weeks ago and we were promised delivery in Late August. It was finally scheduled for Aug 25. We paid full amount due ($100K+), arranged insurance, paid $2000 for an electrician to install outlet in our condo complex. Then, three days prior to delivery, we were informed that Tesla would not make the delivery date. That our car was on a train in Chicago. Now, maybe we will get the car in two weeks. Maybe not. Nobody knows. This is not a company you want to do business with. Built by the same guy who builds the rockets that blow up.
Had a fantastic time during test drive / purchasing the vehicle. very happy with the vehicle so far !!! Being a tesla Solar customer, I got 10000 miles of free supercharging !!! HoweverIssue 1: When I purchased the vehicle I was already a Tesla Solar customer. I had also 2 referrals. One of them was not paid and I had given up following up on that. The salesperson heard about it and informed his manager who promised me that they would adjust that to my home charger and they would take care of it. I was very thrilled !! I waited for a while and finally after multiple follow up and no response (the manager and salesperson had moved to another store; got their email; no response on email) i had to purchase the home charger and gave up on the referral payout.Issue 2: A few days back I was surprised to find that my supercharger usage was being charged to my credit card. I was promised 10000 miles of free supercharger !! Called customer service and they said; its a different department. (i told them that I am talking to tesla and really dont want to understand the organizational redtape). They asked me to call the stor and only the salesperson can help !! And the salespeople are not reachable ! After much insistence he took my number for his manager to call me and said he cannot commit when she would call. She called and was nicer about the whole incident and promised that someone from the store or customer service would get back to me yestyerday. No calls !! I called the store today and no one picked up and went to corporate again.Love the car .. but promises are meant to be kept ...Update:1 Tesla resolved issue #1. Issue #2 they credited me with the 10,000 Mile supoercharger; but they said that they are unable to refund the billing that already happened
I visited the Natick showroom and wanted to complement a young salesman name Joe. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was a really an advocate for the Tesla company and there was sincerity in his conversations that really showed what he said, he really believed in. He was conveying to me the out of the box thinking the Tesla Car Company has and showed me different things about the different models. I really learned a lot that visit! The Tesla really is a different way of thinking about cars.
I went to the Tesla in Natick Mall to test drive the Model X. Leo was very friendly and knowledgeable! Even though I wasn’t in the market for a new car he helped me appreciate Tesla as a company as well as their mission! As soon as I am in the market for a car I know exactly where to look!
The technology of the Model S is amazing and the staff here is very supporting. I cannot wait until the Model X arrives. Come by for a test drive. You will be both amazed and impressed.
Phenomenal cars. Friendly helpful staff.
Awesome experience; the representatives were helpful and informative, and the store was clean and modern. Definitely go here if you want to find out more about the cars and the company.
I was considering a Tesla several months ago but decided to put the purchase on hold for now...Tibor was extremely helpful and accommodating...he answered all of my questions and tried really hard to find the right car for me...I would definitely recommend the dealership and will definitely consider going back once Im back in the market.
Horrible, incompetent professionals. Pretty sure Tesla will burn to the ground soon due to these clowns running their retail shops.
Tibor and crew over at this store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me order my Tesla Model 3, cant wait to get it!!!
Very helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. Awesome car!
Friendly staff and nice to see the latest 2019 cars
Very helpful and knowledgable sales people
Amazing cars and have customisable cars as well
Great store. See the latest in technology and get all your questions answered. Schedule a test drive.
Id like to write a review about the entitled old white jackass who wrote a verbal temper tantrum about a shopping mall Tesla info center, as if Elon Musk himself, devil incarnate that he must be, were personally delaying the spoiled customers made to order car delivery, unfortunately Warren P. Clark is a nobody so all I can do is balk here next to his review. My Tesla is awesome and the factory tour in Fremont, CA was lots of fun!
I did two test drives here and bought my Model 3 at this location, the staff is knowledgeable and the process was easy. However the Natick Mall is a nightmare, The roads in the mall are an interlocking set of rotaries, and the only place to do a test drive is Route 9 which is crowded and slow, its hard to imagine a worse place to put a car store. Teslas are delivered at their Dedham location, I was there today to pick up my car. The Dedham location is a far better place to do a test drive, its close to 128 and its not in a mall.if I had know I would have gone to Dedham.
We did have our first hands off experience with Model 3 in the Tesla Natick Store and then ordered it in Mt Kisco location, as they can’t sell Tesla to Connecticut customers from MA. Our experience with Natick store is excellent as they are very patient, knowledgeable and professional to explain the products and features to anyone new to the EV world to make a better decision. Especially, kudo’s to Jacob as he went above and beyond to help me with locating a vehicle for me in the east coast and took care of the steps needed to set the stage for my delivery within a very short period. Jacob not only offered me the options but also followed through promptly to make sure we are all set which was awesome given all the challenges folks faced with the logistics/delivery lately. I would highly recommend connecting with Jacob if you’re looking to swap your order or looking for help to place an order as he is the best and you won’t be disappointed, as he will take care of you.Thank you Jacob, Michael, Mt Kisco Tesla Team, Natick Mall Team and the delivery support customer service team including my DA Kathryn Weiss!
Jacob Turcotte is a great salesperson!
A very memorable place to experience the Tesla car in and out
The best test drive in my life!
Part 2 (Continuation of Akis Lyrintzis Post)At this point, we told nothing to Tesla, even though Tibor could tell that there was something wrong with her after the test ride. We went home and were hoping she would feel better the next morning. However, by midday of the next day she felt much worse not much better. I called Tibor’s direct work number, it went to voicemail, so I left a message with my concerns, which never received a response to. Then I called the general office number and was transferred to Tesla headquarters, here I let them know I was concerned about her condition and wanted to talk to someone about it. They sounded concerned and said I would get a call back in less than 24 hours for sure. The next day my wife was still feeling very bad, and it had been over 28 hours since I had had the first call. So I tried to call the office again and was transferred to Tesla headquarters. This time I was told I would get a call back momentarily. 2 hours later I received a call form David Verheyen, the Natick Mall store manager. He was quite rude during the call and had already made up his mind that Tesla was not responsible for the incident at all, and would not pay any of my wife’s medical bills. After about a 45 min talk and an explanation of what had happened, I convinced Mr. Verheyen to contact his boss and relay my concerns, however the manager continuously refused to admit or to apologize for Tibor’s mistake. He told me that he would get back to me in an hour or less after the conversation with his boss. After not receiving a call back for 3 hours, I called him and was told that his boss is super busy and he will get to it tomorrow morning. Again, I was promised a call in the morning. The mid-morning came around with no call back. So, I called him again, but there was no answer. After this, I called again around noon. Again no answer. At about 1:30 pm, I received an email from Mr. Verheyen letting me know that he had reviewed the situation with his boss, however, no Tesla’s fault was found and that they are “unwilling” to pay for my wife`s medical bills. The email also included a summary of my complaint which, in all honesty, he could not have twisted to make it sound like less of Tesla’s fault any more. I called Tesla headquarters again, they explained to me that they could not do anything more than what has already been done. I was told that the only thing I could do was to email the legal office. Now, a week later my wife is starting to feel a bit better, however, she had to spend all week lying in bed. I have yet to decide if it would be worth bringing this to court, nevertheless, I am quite saddened and upset by the way I was treated throughout the whole process. And Tesla has definitely lost two customers by the way they approached this issue altogether. By far the worst customer service experience my wife and I have ever had!
Part 1I would like to express my complete disgust in the level of customer service provided at the Tesla store at Natick Mall, in particular the store manager David Verheyen, as well as unprofessionalism of the sales associate Tibor. On Saturday, July 8th my wife and I came into the store to test drive a model S. They scanned my driver’s license and told me to read and to sign a short legal document that basically said that I was responsible for my driving during the test drive. After about 10 min, we met Tibor. On our way to the car, I was asked what I wanted to see in the car and what car I was interested in buying. I told him I would like to try out the advanced auto pilot system and to test out the car`s performance, and I was considering putting down a deposit for a model 3. Then I was asked how old I was and I answered that I was 23 years old. At this point, half way walking to the car, I was informed that I had to be 25 to test drive the car and that Tibor would have to drive. I was quite upset but decided to get a test ride since my wife and I were already there. The test ride went ok most of the time, sadly it seemed like I knew much more about the model 3 and the model S P90D than Tibor did. At one point, I asked him to show the car`s acceleration, he briefly mentioned that he would do it from the next stop sign, we agreed and it was very forceful (no surprise). A bit too much for my wife’s liking. She made sure to let him know it was not pleasant and not to do it again. The light before the parking lot entrance into Natick Mall, while talking about a non-car related subject with Tibor, he did the same thing again, accelerating form 0 to 30 from a dead stop, but this time with no warning. This caused my wife to hit her head back on the head rest. She was shocked and asked him why he did that. His response was: “Sorry, I just could not resist myself. I will not do it again.” After the test ride, my wife was feeling dizzy and due to her condition, we had to go directly home.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff here. Thanks!
