I just bought a car from this dealership. They have excellent and clean vehicles. Moos is very kind and patient in explaining everything. I was kind of a rock in his shoe because the vehicle registration took ten days, and I needed the car as soon as possible, but he always had the will to get it all done and support my situation. I totally recommend this dealership.

Very disappointed. Purchased a car from this dealership to find out the Vehicle has major damage. Damages beyond $7,000 to repair. I reached out to the dealership to speak with them and my call was forwarded. I trusted the salesman to service us with honesty and respect. Now i am stuck with a vehicle that is not safe to drive. I took my time to promote the dealership to friends and family to realize that was a mistake. Be cautious with the vehicles you purchase!

My husband and I bought a car from Bostonyan Auto Group for our daughter. Moos was great to work with. He did not hesitate to let us take the car to an independent mechanic to have the car checked out - he even dropped it off at the mechanic for us! The car had a small mechanical problem shortly after purchasing the car. Moos told us to bring the car back so it could be taken care of. Bostonyan Auto Group fixed the car with no charge, and Moos kept me updated on the progress. I was happy with our purchase and would not hesitate to buy another car from this dealer.

Excellent selection of quality vehicles. I did a significant amount of research on the specific vehicle that I wanted. Saw the one I wanted on Car Gurus, and drove it. Terms were great, fair price and very easy transaction with the owner (Moos). I had a problem with the vehicle after purchase, which he indicated that he would take care of. True to his word, I took the vehicle back and he had it repaired. He also contacted me each of the three days that it took to get the parts, do the repairs and have the vehicle ready for me. Cant say enough good things about a business and people that make a promise and stand by it to the end. All in all, great car, great price, great service, clean and friendly location. It was my first time buying a used car and I couldnt have gone to a better person. Moos was super helpful with the test drive and the pre-purchase inspection. Never for a moment did I feel awkward or pushed into making a decision. Discussing prices was also a pretty pleasant experience which was surprising given that I was dreading it (all thanks to a bunch of reddit posts). After buying, our car unfortunately ended up lacking a lien release form from the previous owner which led to weeks delay in the car getting registered and Moos was helpful enough to give us a rental car as a temporary drive which he got dropped at our house. He also increased the warranty period to start not from the day I bought the car, but from the day we actually got it registered. I highly recommend Moos and Bostonyan Auto for car purchases. And thanks Moos for making this a great first experience!

Moos at Bostonyan was very kind and helpful, no pushy used cars salesman stereotypes here. He was real and honest, contacted me promptly, and gave me more than a fair offer for my trade in car. I was in and out in a few hours, including a trip to my bank to secure financing, and drove my new car off the lot that day. He also helped walk me through the process for transferring all my documentation over, since I had never done a trade in before. My new car drives beautifully, and came at a very good price for its condition.

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ive purchased about six vehicles in my lifetime. This was my first time purchasing a used vehicle and not going through a new car deal dealership. To be honest, Ive never had a great experience. Too many sales tactics and awkward/uncomfortable interactions. That all changed when I went to Bostonyan. Moos and Hayk were awesome from the start. They let me browse and explore vehicles on the lot at my leisure and were there for assistance whenever I needed them. They let me check out the cars without hovering over me or constantly checking in. They knew Id come to them when I was ready. Next, their pricing was absolutely the most reasonable when comparing vehicles. I spent hours researching the car I was looking at. They even went out of there way to find a similar car to meet my exact specifications which I hadnt even asked for. I remained a bit skeptical thinking this was all too good to be true and thought Id run into a road block when asking to get a pre-purchase inspection. They couldnt have been more supportive and said to let them know whatever came back in the report theyd fix. After inspection, it called for new tires and brake pads which they happily took care of. Throughout the process they remained extremely communicative and responsive. I cant tell you how comfortable I felt. Felt like I was dealing with close friends. The paperwork was a breeze and they were genuine in wanting to do right by me. They are passionate about their business and taking care of cars. This dealer is lazy and is all about the sale! Terrible work ethic and over priced! I was going to purchase an over priced vehicle because it was closer distance then another dealership I was originally going to do business with and because he has to do the work he left me in limbo as if he was trying to talk to the bank but didnt because he was lazy and didnt want to do his job. He decided to lie and sell the vehicle to someone else! And tell me is wasnt sold he just hadnt spoken to the bank yet! Made me call for two days to find out he lied straight to my face!!!! This is way the car business has a bad name people like this shister!
