We had a great experience at Bernardi Volvo in Natick due mostly in part to salesman Steve M. We recently bought two S60s, one 2021 and another 2018. We traded in a vehicle that we got a fair trade in value for and we were able to get our Volvos at the price we asked them for with very little to no back and forth. We appreciate everyone that we worked with us there that helped with our car buying experience including John, T., and most of all Steve. We will be back in the future and have already told friends of the courteous service and outstanding sales team at Bernardi Volvo Natick.
Service advisor(Chris) clearly guided the process and kept me well informed of the work entailed. Repairs were beyond satisfaction!

I dropped my 2016 XC90 Inscription off for a simple oil change. I was told that it would take 1.5-2 hours, and that the vehicle would be washed and clean when I received it back. I waited at the dealership and, starting at 2 hours, I asked when my vehicle would be ready. The agent repeatedly told me, its almost ready -- just ten more minutes. That lasted for 60 minutes (three hours from dropoff). At that point I demanded the return of my vehicle. Clearly, they had not been working on my car, or doing what they were supposed to because the vehicle looked like it had been hastily sprayed with soapy water immediately before returning it to me. And, somehow water was ALL OVER the INTERIOR of my car. They must have tried to wash it with the doors or windows open or something. So, the exterior of my vehicle was half-washed (with large dirty patches remaining) and the interior of my XC90 (including the premium leather) was liberally sprayed with soap suds and water! After THREE HOURS and $130! Absolutely terrible. I could have taken it to Jiffy Lube + Scrub-a-Dub, and gotten faster, cheaper, and BETTER service! Now I have to wash both the outside and the inside of my car to fix the shoddy, slow expensive job they performed. This is not the way a premium dealership should handle cars or service. Oh, and god knows if they even changed the oil.
Just picked up my new car! Chris and John were very professional, eager, and knowledgeable. I choose Bernardi originally because they actually had inventory. But purchased my new car from them because of my positive experience with Chris and John!

I’m new to the area and I came in to have my tire fixed and the guys in the service department were fantastic. I had driven over a screw so I assumed it would have to be replaced, but they just wheeled the tire back, patched it up, and sent me on my way. They didn’t even charge me for it. I will definitely be going back!
Service representative told me how long the service would require, texted me during that time with an update and the whole process was done exactly when he said it would be! Professional, good communication, review of all done after the fact. Very pleased.
Just had my 10K oil change and had a loaner car while my car was being serviced. Everything went well, timely and great service.
After initial trouble with communication and timeliness… the facility did a great job making up for any initial issues 🙏.. Their service with Chris was excellent to get things back on track for me and my vehicle quickly. Shion (maybe I spelled this wrong) was also great in helping things for me connecting the dots. I will definitely be back - and I feel comfortable now recommending them to others in my Volvo club because they took the time to make things right for us. 👌
Usually I am happy with the service at this place. However this time there a lack of attention to detail and poor communication.
This is the worst customer service experience I have had in my entire life, their entire service department is full of LIARS. They are truly a disgrace and I hope that on some level they feel ashamed of themselves. The service department here is an absolute nightmare. I dont wish having to deal with them on my worst enemy. My vehicle was there for over a month. They repeatedly blatantly lied to me. They would PROMISE to run diagnostics and give updates, and I would repeatedly go multiple days and multiple phone calls and text messages (why even offer this option if youre not going to respond) without getting a response from them. I finally had to insist on towing my vehicle from the premises (at my own cost, LOL) because as it turns out, they literally had not touched the vehicle. They are liars, plain and simple. Unacceptable on every level. Strongly encourage anyone thinking of bringing in a vehicle here for service to explore ANY / EVERY other options before doing so, you will be disappointed.
Great service department. All the staff were friendly, courteous, and respectful. I arrived a little early and my vehicle was brought right in. Everything I needed was done promptly and well. They even provided a thorough car wash, including cleaning the floor mats.
I bought my Volvo 6 months ago and have put 6K miles on my car. I was disappointed to learn that I already needed two front tires. I was surprised that after this short amount of time this happened. I have not had this problem with any of my other cars and have driven them exactly the same way. On a positive note I worked with Taylor in service she was wonderful. They are lucky to have such a nice young woman working for them.
Chris is very nice and lets you know what is going on. Service was excellent. Slow but I’d rather leave my car an extra day than rush and have to come back.
Silvano was great! I had originally purchased by Volvo XC90 back in 2017 in Hingham. The guy who sold me the car knew NOTHING about it. I have been learning my car through trial and error. I made an appointment to learn more about it at Barnardi Volvo, and Silvano showed me many things about the car I had no idea about! He did a great job explaining/showing me these features. Thankful for him!

Great attitude from everyone I came into contact with. Car was done on time and the detail job was perfect.
We were disappointed due to the lack of communication from the dealership - called late in day to say car wouldn’t be ready that day and was not informed of work that was needed and instead just proceeded with work. Shortly after picking up car, additional status errors began popping up.
Well honestly Im never happy when I get a larger than expected bill however, working with Jason gave me confidence that work was necessary. Im happy with the service and the piece of mind knowing that the car is at peak performance and is safe. Thanks for updates and solid service. One final point, I really enjoy the valet service.
Did the complimentary valet pickup and drop off from my house and I didn’t have to do a thing, which was great. Service was speedy, no issues. Will use this method going forward!
The entire experience, from meeting with Steve (salesperson), to test driving, then signing the paperwork was a pretty easy experience. I’ve spent large portions of days in the past trying to buy a car from other dealers in the area. This time, the entire process was about 90 minutes (that includes the test drive). Bernardi made it pretty easy and I did not have to haggle with them on the price.
So much easier than other dealerships. Straightforward and transparent. Paid attention to buyers experience. Warm and thoughtful interactions during the process of purchasing. Extremely respectful of our time.

I went to several Volvo dealerships in the greater Boston area, a few much closer to where I live than Natick, and most were sort of cavalier about the car I wanted. Only Bernardi Volvo worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted, in the time frame I wanted. Sam Lee was excellent, his communications were clear and straightforward, and he looked all over the US for my car. Paul Tallino was great, and helped answer my many questions. I am quite pleased with the service and commitment from the Bernardi service team. They quickly resolved a concern I had and were genuinely concerned that I was satisfied with the outcome. I was. Also, I left a Galaxy Tablet in the loaner car, and I called but they did not have it, but would try to track it down. Sure enough, a week later I got a call that they had the device! The only services I approved Bernardi Volvo to do, fix my brake pads, replace bulbs and give a proper inspection, were done improperly and they tried to sell me expensive, unnecessary repair services as “required”.I originally went to get my car assessed after my check maintenance light turned on and was concerned that my brakes had an issue. For reference my volvo is from 2010 with 66000miles on it, and has had no serious issues prior. I received a repair estimate from Bernardi Volvo with many suggested repairs for $5,500, most noted as “requires immediate attention,” urgent red repairs. I decided to go forward with the suggested front brake pad and rotor replacement because I knew there was an issue with my brakes, and to go forward with the light bulb replacements due to pass inspection+ do the inspection because my sticker was about to expire. I put the rest of the repairs on hold to get a second estimate.One of Bernardi’s suggested urgent repairs was to replace a rim for $700. To be fair this rim has a small chip on its exterior which I had specifically asked to be looked at to make sure there was no further damage I couldn’t see from the exterior. However when I brought my car to a different shop after for a second estimate, they tested the rim’s ability to hold each tire separately and it did so successfully without any problem and the only issue was merely cosmetic. I understand dealerships charge extra for thorough high quality service but don’t feel this was provided. If an issue is not urgent, they should not have told me it was, and now I feel they were trying to nickel and dime me.The second shop I went to also showed me that my brake light bulb was out and that it technically shouldn’t have passed inspection (this is the day after it had passed), and the rear brake pads are rusted down and need to be replaced as well (Bernardi did not suggest these to be fixed but did suggest the rim). The second shop I went to is doing the required repairs for over $3,000 less. I will not be going back to Bernardi Volvo.
The guys were all there to greet me, get me setup and into my loaner. They understood all the stuff needed on my car and also knew the recalls.

Perfect service for my first 10K miles at this dealer. They washed the car outside and sanitized inside. If you bring your car there, make sure the service receptionist will call you (when you are in waiting room) once the car got ready.
Taylor was excellent (Service), but I was honestly disappointed I had to replace keys. That seems like a Volvo item, and I have taken good care of them and replaced batteries. Prices are way too much!

Buying a car from Bernardi was unbelievably difficult. It was very frustrating having constant contact from everyone at Bernardi before the sale that fizzled away as soon as I signed the papers and put my down payment down. Several promises that I was very excited about falling through shows me this dealership is untrustworthy so Ill never return for maintenance. Absolutely zero response to multiple emails, calls, voicemails, and texts to my salesman made me regret putting my money down. Service techs never called me back about OnCall questions I had, and the finance department was non-communicative about my loan information after I signed. They expected me to go to the dealership three separate times before reluctantly agreeing to deliver the car days after promised when I live 30 minutes from the dealership.Overall Bernardi made it extremely difficult. The only reason I continued the process was because of the car - none of the people at Bernardi make me want to return. I love my Volvo but Id rather spend more money elsewhere than return to Bernardi.I sent this feedback to them about a week ago and Im yet to hear back. Its seems like theyre quite active on Google Reviews, which shows me they care more about their image than their customers.

I have had enough with this dealership. Were ending a 3 year lease on an XC90 and frankly the service experience here has be abysmal. We had an electrical issue in the car early on, which they struggled to diagnose and fix for almost 10 days. Since they dont give you rental cars, you have to rent from Enterprise, which we did. Volvo then messed up the payment to Enterprise and I had to deal with weekly calls from Enterprise collections claiming I was late on a payment. I once brought the car in to have a nail removed from a tire. The service department called me and told me they couldnt find the nail, but that I needed new brakes.....they ended up fixing the wrong car and didnt even realize it until I showed up to pick it up. Now, at lease-end, I was told by their sales team that I needed to bring the car in to be appraised, and made an appointment to do so. 5 minutes after arrival I was told there was no need for an appraisal and I shouldnt have come in, but theyd be happy to give me a deal on a new lease. Utter nonsense and completely keeping with a terrible overall experience.
Chris, one of their sales associate should be fired. He was very rude to me when he explained the services performed on my car. He yelled at me. He went further to falsely accuse me of being aggressive and fighting with him. On the contrary, I was cordial when I explained the condition of my car to him. Additionally, my car is in worse shape after the service. While I can pair my phone with the car and make calls using the central console, I can longer play music or connect Goggle Map to the car.

I really appreciate the option to have the car picked up at home, and to have a loaner so there was no need to rush on either side. It was good to have a safe and convenient option to get things taken care of.
Had a 7:30am appointment. They told me it would take an hour and a half. At 11:30 I said I needed a loaner car. Horrible communication between the workers completing the service and the workers running the desk. Wasn’t finished until 2:30.

Safety Issue with Volvo Followed by Terrible customer Experience (if I could give 0 stars, I would). I dont think they care about the customers unless they are buying a car.Here is my story:I bought a certified 2017 Volvo XC90 in 2019, which is still under Factory warranty until 2021 and has only 45k miles. It was a Sunday afternoon, and I was driving with my husband at about 25-30mph, and suddenly the HOOD POPPED OPEN! Yes, you read it right -- the hood opened and covered my windshield. Imagine how scary that is for anyone...now triple that scare given that I was 5-months pregnant at that point, sitting in my passenger seat. I cant even think about this happening on a freeway!This incident damaged both hood hinges and cracked my right fender. I called AAA, and somehow we managed to take the car to Bernardi Volvo, Natick, MA. They were closed for the day, so I dropped off the keys. I was furious, yet I maintained my calm. I thought that since the car was under warranty, it would get fixed. Then Volvo will do their due diligence and address the underlying issue to prevent it from happening again. BOY, I WAS WRONG! My experience with Volvo after this was even more infuriating.Day 2 - We receive a call from the dealership, and they say, we are looking into the issue, and we will address the problem.Day 5 - We receive another call from the dealership, and now they say, we are unable to find the error, and hence it is NOT covered under the Volvo warranty. I was SHOCKED! My husband immediately went to the dealership and explained the entire incident to the manager. Although it was hard, I kept my calm throughout. He said that wed have to call Volvo customer service because the engineers at the dealership could not find the error that caused the hood to open. Therefore, Volvo Dealership will NOT pay for it.Day 6 - I call the Volvo customer service, explain the incident again, and they say, we will look into it and get back to you.At this point, it has already been a week since our car is sitting at the dealership.Day 9 - I follow up with both the Volvo customer service and the dealership...no response (the response-time from the dealership and customer care, throughout this issue was consistently, no less than 48 hours).Day 11 - After multiple followups, I finally get a response from Volvo customer care.After Volvos technical assessment, they found that the right latch of the hood was faulty. They blame it on some 2016 minor accident -- three years before we bought the CERTIFIED car. They forced me to use my insurance. I reluctantly called my insurance agent, and of course, they would not fix it unless the issue occurred due to external sources. So now I am stuck -- neither Volvo nor my insurance would pay to fix the issue.Isnt this clearly Volvos fault? They sell me a certified car with an issue, and now they would not own their mistake. They are not ready to stand by their own certification. This whole experience has been horrible and exhausting for both of us. I absolutely refuse to sit in the car.Given such a poor customer experience regarding a significant safety concern, I regret buying this car and I will never buy a Volvo in the future. And I suggest that everyone who is reading this post and considering buying a car, PLEASE AVOID VOLVO and this dealership. You should not buy a car from a company that does not take safety concerns seriously, and is not willing to stand by their own certification and warranty.

Such an easy and great experience. Sam and Silvano did a great job to get everything done fast and with no problems or tricks, but very straightforward. On picking the car up, Steve helped me out with everything and had me on my way in no time. All told, it was a great experience and I got a great deal on top of it!

Hi,The experience with Josh and Kevin was fantastic. They were both super nice and extremely responsive.The car itself has been a bad experience. The first day of having my new car I was noticing a lot of ants both inside and outside of the car. I thought it was just a one day thing, but it went on. When I say a lot, I was killing over 20 ants each day. I have no idea what is happening and I have been trying to get rid of them, but doesn’t matter what I do the ants are still here. I tried googling for ideas and I also emailed Josh to see if he knew anything about it a few days later. Now couple weeks into my new car the check engine light is on and I’ve read online that if you see lots of ants inside and outside of your car it could mean ants has been leaving in your car potentially a colony in the engine. Now my 4 year old son is extremely afraid of being in the car because the ants would fall and crawl on him. This new purchase has been extremely disappointing, because we should be enjoying the car but instead we are afraid of getting into the car.As unhappy as I am with my new car, I still gave a 5 stars because the people were great. I hope that Volvo would be able to do something for me to make this right.
I would add more stars if I could! Typically you might want to avoid the dealership, but not here! Every experience with the service team has been positive, all options are clearly explained, and questions are always addressed and answered. Cant imagine going to another dealership after finding Bernardi Volvo!
Scheduled a maintenance service with valet pick up/drop off. Some miscommunication in the beginning but they were very professional and took great care of me. Would recommend.

Just bought the V90 cross co. wagon today and what a wonderful experience dealing with Silvano and and co-workers. We had the good fortune of working with him at the Mercedes dealership years back and liked his style then and like it now at Volvo. Other dealers reviews are horrible and especially for women buyers. Women who dont want to be pressured and dismissed should buy a car from Silvano. Very professional and hassle free. My wife and I are excited to have a safe, sleek quality car. Nice new dealership and highly recommend checking them out.
I WOULD NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE MY VOLVO HERE FOR SERVICE!Here is what happened.A couple month back I had transmission service done on my car. After the service the transmission overheating warning has come on a few times. I have take my Volvo to Bernardi Volvo Cars Natick to have them check it out. I trusted them as a Volvo expert, which turned out to be a big mistake. I dropped the car off on the morning of 9/18 and I specifically asked for the transmission to be check and specifically the fluid level and temperature. A few hours later I get a call from the service advisor telling me that the car need a new steering rack and a few suspension components replaced. wait!! I say, what about the transmission fluid and temperature check? The advisor tells me that they did not get to it yet. Ok, I am asking her that this is done again, I am specifically describing the process to do it to her. I am telling her that with the car o the lift they have to unscrew the inner bolt in the transmission drain which is the fluid check bolt, and that there are two bolts, the fluid level check and the drain bolt; and specifically asking them to unscrew the fluid level bolt to check the level. OK, a few hour later, Michel, the service manager calls me and tells me that the temperature is normal and the fluid level is normal and that they dont know why it is overheating and that I should not have changed the transmission fluid, and that I can pick my car up. I go back to the service department in person, I ask Michael again if the fluid level was checked. He says, yes that they had the computer hooked up to the car and that the computer showed normal temperature and fluid level. Them Michel tells me that there is transmission damage and quotes me $8000+ to replace the transmission. I am puzzled, I say no thank you, pay them, $165 for the labor they invoiced me and leave. Then I take the car to another shop and ask specifically to have the fluid level check. Guess, what, when the tech open the level check bolt in the transmission, the excess fluid pours out. SO, all that up selling on the new steering rack and suspension, and then telling me that there is transmission damage and it needs to be replaced at the cost of $8000 but they never actually checked the fluid level like I asked them to do numerous times and then Michael, the service manager either lies to me openly or makes up the fact that the computer showed normal and perfect transmission fluid level. So thats next? I call the dealership back and leave 5 messages for Michael and 1 for the general manager within a 2 day period and they NEVER call me back. A complete and total disregard for my follow-up questions and comments like I dont exist. Therefore, I WOULD NOT, IF THIS WAS THE LAST SERVICE SHOP ON THE PLANET TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN! IN MY OPINION YOU ARE LIARS AND CON ARTISTS THAT TRY TO UP-SELL THE CUSTOMER FOR PARTS AND SERVICE THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT NEED AND NEVER ACTUALLY DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE THE CUSTOMER IS COMPLAINING ABOUT!
I moved further away and went to a different dealership for my last Volvo. BIG mistake. The other dealership has unfriendly staff and I actually had to look for someone when I pulled in for service. Therefore, I have returned to Volvo of Wellesley because they take care of me and I feel valued as a customer. The drive for me is well worth it. Their service dept is EXCELLENT, all the staff is friendly and they make sure I am taken care of. I was always able to depend on great service and will be going there for all service and my next cars. Thank you Volvo of Wellesley staff!Update: Tuesday, 4/30/19 60k service visit: more of the same GREAT service. I received prompt attention, was kept informed by Chris, they knew I had a time constraint and met it. Chris also followed up to make sure my service needs were met. Glad to be back at Volvo of Wellesley! Thank you to Chris and the entire staff!

I made my first visit to Bernardi Volvo this week. I called in advance to schedule my recommended maintenance and they worked with me to find a convenient date for after they moved to the new impressively clean and modern location.I was greeted by Paulo and he immediately made me feel that my car was going to be professionally handled.The work was done completely and all of my follow up questions were fully discussed.I am very happy to be dealing with this dealership.
Their website was 100% updated and accurate which I appreciated. My experience was a smooth process from test drive to picking up the vehicle that I purchased. Mike was very interested in making sure that the car that I was buying fell in line with my wish list. Im very grateful to the entire team at Volvo in Wellesley for making a big purchase very seamless.

Scheduling an appointment was easy, and at a time that was convenient for me. The service area was immaculate; checking in was quick and accurate. The service was going to take most of the day, so I was offered a loaner car which made my day much easier. The quality of the workmanship was superb. Every person I had contact with was professional and courteous. I could not be more satisfied.
This was by far the easiest buying experience. Price is right, service is great. Our salesperson, Silvano, was amazing, and the finance manager is very helpful too.
Wonderful dealership on every level; selection, professional team, no pressure, worked together with me to meet my needs. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, the right amount of follow through and follow up, he also was attentive and responsive to the extra things that mattered to me. I went in for a recall on my new car and had the quickest service provided to me. I was very please. My only disappointment was the car wash service was not available me. They are independent and the staff was not available due to Covid-19 restrictions which I found to be odd. They are essential employees in the service industry in my opinion and should have been available to wash, dust and vacuum my vehicle after mechanical service repairs to help ensure customer confidence regarding cleanliness during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

I was really disappointed with my car service, as my car was showing low windshield fluid and I told them specifically, but they didn’t even bother to open the car bonnet. They had my car for good 5 hours. I doubt if they have even done the car service properly.
Bought a used Volvo last month from these guys. Chris Sam John all did a great job making it an easy transition and couldn’t have felt better! Great job!
Little longer then expected but worth the wait!
Liked new facility very much. Service performed very well. Only criticism is that I was initially told wait time for 10,000 mile check would be an hour, then was told 2 when I came I and it took 3 hours. Best to have given me the maximin time at the start.
