This dealership is great. No pressure sales and they work with what your budget is. The sales team is very helpful and answered all questions and the buying process was smooth and streamlined. They even were willing to stay open past normal business hours to process our sale as I had to get more paper work in order. Amazing customer service and sales team . Look here first when car buying highly recommend.
We bought a brand new 2022 vehicle from them, after calling them confirming the sticker price no add-ons, we show up and are presented with a 3000 add-on we dont want. They eventually backed down and let us purchase the vehicle. A few days later when we pick up the car it has a scratch on the tail. The on site manager documents it and says they will arrange & schedule a service appointment to fix it. We do not hear from them after that, so I reached out and the sales rep promises to call and set up an appointment. Have not heard from them, so now we have a brand new car with a scratch.On top of that, 2 weeks after purchasing this brand new car, the electronics are failing. Called for assistance they and they can not fix it for at least a month, maybe if we tow it in they would look at it earlier, but they wont provide a replacement loaner vehicle.Theyve had plenty of opportunities to show excellent service, but we have not received more than empty apologies with no followup action.Serious regrets, not happy at all
Went to Frank Hyundai to buy a used 2007 sonata. It ran fine, no issues during the test drive, 100,000 miles on it, honestly was really happy with my purchase. Next couple of days, the car would not start, and when I took it back, they said the fuel pump was bad. Two weeks had not even gone by and the car I just purchased had a bad fuel pump. They said they would fix the car for $650 dollars, AFTER WE JUST PURCHASED IT. CAN YOU BELIEVE THE AUDACITY TO SAY “yeah we sold you a car with a bad fuel pump, and we can fix it…. for $650.” Don’t trust this place, and definitely DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I bought a 2007 Hyundai there 2 weeks ago for my son. Within one day it was not starting. I brought it in and they said the battery was fine but the fuel pump was weak. It was only 10 days after purchase and they would not replace it. They are the epitome of used car salesmen.. They would not make it right and I would not recommend ANYONE buy a car from them.

THE WORST car buying experience I have ever had. Found my Tucson online for an excellent price which is worth the ONE star I’m giving it. The sales associate Loren was incredibly unprofessional and if it weren’t for the fact that we wanted that deal we would’ve left right away. He acted as if we were a nuisance. To make matters worse, the dealership left the low jack alarm system turned on and we drove it home and our battery was dead the next morning due to the power leak which we were unaware of at that time. I called the next day frustrated and the lady who was in HR I believe her name was Arecely was so rude to me and finally after begging her she scheduled my car to be looked at. We brought it in and they proceeded to tell us that the battery was fine and they charged it and sent us on our way. My car continued to die while being parked and I had to get it towed, charge the battery MULTIPLE times and beg associates to help me. I sat for LITERAL hours 8 months pregnant with a toddler in the waiting room as they ran diagnostics on my car and nobody cared to give me the courtesy of how much time was left or anything I had to keep asking every 45 minutes. Finally after my car had died for the 5th time in 2 weeks I went in and demanded that they check the battery and my alternator and they AGAIN said there was nothing wrong. So I jumped on google and called my father and he said it sounded like a “power leak” so I mentioned that to the manager of the maintenance side and he finally said they would test for that but it would take 3 days so I happily left my car over the weekend just to find out that it was in fact a power leak due to the alarm system that they failed to even inform me was on my car. All in all this was a nightmare experience. I am a very patient and understanding person who usually can find a positive to every experience but their customer service and lack of willingness to fully find the issue without having to be begged really wore me thin. Be very very wary about buying from this dealership. I am a true believer of customer service going s long way… thankfully I love my car but that has nothing to do with the dealership. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Beware.

After shopping other dealers for my Hyundai Ioniq, I purchased from Frank as they had the best availability of stock on hand. Frank Hyundai was also the dealership most clear on the out-the -door price. EVs are a new thing and, Frank made some mistakes, from delivering a car with no charge upon delivery to misunderstandings on State fuel rebates. In the end, the dealer made good on all my problems. Im now a happy customer. Special thanks to customer service manager Adriana Martinez for her dedicated service on resolving my issues. Looking forward to future purchase of the new Ioniq 6!
Id like to give this place 5 stars because they provided excellent service on what I asked them to take care of. However, when I received my car after they were done working on it, my drivers side window would not roll up. Granted its an old car, salvage title, and the other windows arent in the best condition, but it was working when I dropped it off.They were supportive as far as waiving a diagnostic fee. Theyd check to see whats going on for free, which I was happy about. Theyre still disputing whether or not the window came that way since its a he said, she said now.What Im most upset about though, is that if they are in fact responsible for my window not coming back up, I have to wait another month before I can even bring my car in. That means I have to drive around with my window open for a whole month. Thats what is most upsetting for me as that really limits where I can drive my car.

First things first: The sales team and sales manager are great! I had a 2015 Elantra and it was totaled parked outside my home. After settling with the insurance company, I went in to Frank Hyundai for an upgrade. I had the best experience with sales and finance. I ended up leasing a 2022 Elantra SEL, which I loved. A few days after leasing my car, it started losing power when stepping on the gas and releasing a lot of white smoke through exhaust. The service department was not helpful: they didnt give me a loaner and said they MIGHT be able to give me one AFTER diagnosing the vehicle. I called 48 hours later and they still didnt have a diagnosis. They ended up giving me a loaner a week after I took my car to the dealer, but I had to fight them on it. They kept going radio silent: if I didnt call or text for an update, they wouldnt bother contacting me. Three weeks after I took my car in, they said it was fixed and I could pick it up. I picked it up and 5 hours later the check engine light comes on. I took the car back the next day and again, I had to fight them on a loaner. The service manager wanted ME to find out who was going to pay for the loaner (shouldnt that have to be her job?). Her assistant called me the next day and told me they had a loaner ready for me, after I picked it up, I received the following e-mail from the service manager:Mrs. CamachoI came back lunch to find out that you picked up the loaner. I was waiting for you to get confirmation on who was going to take care of the charges. My team also indicated that you mentioned that we had agreed to have the vehicle ready and that is not correct. As a courtesy I am providing you with the loaner (since you already picked it up) until Monday afternoon. Since I have a list of customer that Hyundai has already approved alternative transportation. Remember that I had explain the process set by the manufacture.I also see that the contract was under your name. This has been rectified because it your be under Mr. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. I look foward to hearing from you as soon as you hear from your case manager.The service department has the worst customer service Ive ever encountered.Needless to say, I do not recommend Frank Hyundai and Im never going back there.

Just bought a Santafe SLE 2022 on the fourth day athe car tilted and a red light appear with the legend Emergecy brake appear, went to the dealership, and they couldn’t help me. And made me feel bad. Saying it was a sensor when I am driving to close to a car.So today October 22 of 2021 I have a new issue with the alert of engine overheating and the thermostat indicating almost all the way of overheatingThis time I called the sales department of Frank Hiundai with cero help from them.I also sent pictures of the car alerts and they didn’t answer anything or cero comments.I really don’t recommend this car
Horrible service. I brought the car in Thursday morning (took 30min just to drop it off) because the airbag sensor is on. I was told it wouldnt be ready until Monday. Comes Monday, and they JUST did the diagnostic test TODAY!! WHY THE HECK DID YOU NEED TO KEEP THE CAR FOR 4 DAYS?????? JUST FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST THAT WAS DONE 4DAYS LATER. anyways, they need to order the part and I need too bring it back. The service advisor Kaitlyn was rude! When she called she didnt leave a message, when i called her backed she rudely asked, didnt you hear my message. I said no I didnt get any messages. She rudely made sure I knew she was right and I was wrong. I went in to pick up the car. There were 3 people there in the office. I was there for 10min until someone acknowledged me. Kaitlyn didnt even bother to help me. The gentleman that finally helped us couldnt even tell me anything because hes not the advisor on the car. WORST service ever. I Hope they dont keep the car for a whole week while fixing
I just bought my second car from Frank Hyundai. I went online and found a 2019 Hyundai Kona. It had low miles and was priced right. I electronically filled out a request to check availability. Kim responded in just a few minutes. I made an appointment and went down to the dealership. She greeted me and showed me the car. I was very impressed. She really communicated well and very professional. I had a trade-in and their appraisal of it was very fair. I needed to show the car to my wife and they let me have it for the afternoon. We returned and purchased the car. We went into finance and Danielle did the paperwork. We had our own credit union financing and she was very friendly and not pushy about anything. She did a fantastic job. Not pushy and no hard sell. Also Angel the manager remembered me from our first purchase there five years ago. I have nothing but positive things to say about Frank Hyundai and their staff. I think Hyundai is a very good automobile in the treatment by the dealer could not be better. Five stars and keep up the good work.

Please do not go to this place, it is a scam! And they will not respect you as a customer. I have a case number with customer service, which will reach the national level! … If you want to change your car believe me they will treat you like a dog !!!!

Would not recommend purchasing from this dealership. The car shipping prices are falsely advertised on the cargurus website and they are not willing to honor the pricing they advertise (or remove the advertisement). Even after that I still was ready to purchase a vehicle from them but unfortunately experienced very poor customer service. I had a simple question that I was curious about and never got an answer even after calling a few different times to follow up and talking to 2 different workers there.
The most shady dealership in Southern California. If you have to deal with Alex Cerda, be extra cautious! You better do like me, and always have an audio recorder when going to buy a used car. Always ask “Is my loan approved and secured?” And if they ask you to sign the contracts again because there was a mistake or they have a better interest rate, be careful, it might be a trick.

No loaner was provided, I am also paying extra bumper to bumper coverage. The parts department is probably the best parts department I have ever gone to. Every worker is so friendly, very helpful and super knowledgeable. So I rate the parts department a five.However, the service department is terrible. I would never recommend anyone taking their vehicle for service to Franks Hyundai. The people that are working there should not be dealing with the public. They have zero people skills and are plain rude. The manager of the Service Department could learn a lot from the manager of the Parts Department.

Brought the car in @7:30 AM for recall repair and will not get it back until tomorrow, was not notified of the delay. Cannot recommend this type of customer service. Will never return to this dealership unless forced to.
I had a horrific service experience. The service coordinator was curt and short. Went in to get air conditioning checked and while there oil change. The air conditioning was out a couple of days before where the temp outside was high. Scheduled service. Was told it took 24 hours for diagnostic. This is at 10am on Thursday. Waited all day Friday for a call back on diagnostics. 3pm called and was brushed off through service operator from service coordinator that car was with technicians. I assumed it was being worked on. Started calling and messaging :/ text help, at 4;30 because I got pit on hold when I called back. Finally got a call back at 6 that air was working ok “tech ran it all day”So I had to wait until the morning to get my car. Had plan that evening but alas had to cancel. The coordinator should have talk to me at 3 and we could have decided then that air was working fine for them (apparently they just run your car to check air conditioning).48 hours for a oil change!

Sales people were great! They continuously pitched leaving a down payment with a credit card “to get the points” but then their machine broke and couldn’t process the credit card payment. The financial girl helping us called her supervisor (Sasha Keast) on speaker to let her know the machine wasn’t working and Sasha rudely hung up on her and told her she was with her own clients, which left us sitting there in a very awkward position. They asked if we would leave a check and we agreed just to get out of there since we had been there for about 3 hours. We asked if once their machine worked again they could process the card payment as we previously agreed but Sasha Keast then proceeded to try and humiliate us for trying to get our points from our card instead of just paying cash. We responded that it didn’t matter the amount we got back in our card for points, it was a payment method they offered. Sasha Keast is a supervisor but I really think they need to reconsider her position dealing with customers since she seems to lack sensitivity and awareness for other peoples financial needs.

I had made an service appointment today. If an appointment is made, than service should be started and finished at s reasonable time. Why else make an appointment. This is the worst service department in the country. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to them.

Like some other reviews mentioned, its hard to trust their service department when they want to charge you $399 for windshield wipers replacement and another $373 to replace a gasket plug 🙅♀️Additionally, when I took my car in for some manufacturer recalls, they did not even reset the warning lights after replacing the parts AND my car now has weird issue with the sensor that recognizes whether the key is in the car or not. I never had this issue before and its super annoying!
Very good sales department, unfortunatelly the post sales service is one of the worst I have experience in my life. The dealership GM Chris has very poor sense of customer service and it is sad since good service starts from the head...my Palisade is a great car, Hyundai service is very poor.

Came in today for a SIMPLE task. Updating my insurance policy. These people had me waiting 30min plus. Saying someone in finance would get to me. I sat and watched BOTH finance girls walk around, chatting. Even when they weren’t with a customer. Not even the decency to check in on me. Ive had a problem since last week. Unbelievable.

Me and my husband Went car shopping on 01/18/21 . For a It was pretty late and after going to several places our last stop was Frank Hyundai. While we we looking around the lot I didn’t see anything that I liked so me and my husband were heading out the parking when I saw an affordable car parked on the side and I saw ARLENE walking outside and I knew that she was bilingual she got my attention. I preferred someone who spoke Spanish to better understand all the process of buying a car . Well long story short I wanna say that she was super friendly and willing to do whatever it took to please us . From start (11-30-2020) with the purchase of our Ford Focus 2015 at Frank Hyundai in National City, to finish, when the title was received from DMV and the DMV registration was in place (on 3-22-2021), and leftover questions helpfully answered (3-26-2021), the Finance Manager Sasha Keats at Frank Hyundai, made the purchase of this car for our 16 year old daughter both simple and pleasant. Any questions, including those subsequent to the sale, she answered with the clear intent to be helpful, and did so promptly. Sashas style is one where I, as a customer, truly felt prioritized and carried throughout this process. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Frank Hyundai! Everyone was very nice and professional and we got a great deal for the car and extended warranty. The process was easy and paperwork was fast. It was the least stressful car buying experience weve had!
After some miscommunication with my sales person the manager Mike Card stepped in and took good care of us. He was professional and took the time to make sure no further misunderstandings occurred. We ended up getting a very good deal. The loan department was very good and was able to beat my credit union rate and saved us money. Unfortunately, there were several things not right when picking up the car: only one key and have to come back another day to pick up the second key, small paint chip on bumper, and the detail job was terrible and actually messed the interior of the car up leaving spots everywhere and two stains on the drivers seat picture here. Mike did call me and assured me theyd be calling me to schedule a time to fix these issues.
