We had our Subaru repaired ($10,000+ in damages) four years ago. The drive components they replaced are working fine. The paint match was perfect. We recently noticed a few small paint chips near the plastic bumper panel seam. They are going to repaint that spot and provide a rental vehicle. This company stands by their work. I will not review a company, product or organization until enough time has elapsed to make an informed assessment.

I took my car to this location back in February after a nasty accident to the passenger side. Due to staff problems my car was moved to San Antonio (410 and Stemmons Rd) and after looking closer- parts were missing, paint job wasnt right, and door wasnt closing all the way. This quickly turned into a complete nightmare and felt as if it would never be right after the accident. I took it back to this location (NB on 46) and Amanda really made everything right. She was informative, respectful and thorough and took care of me through this nightmare of a job. In the end thanks to this awesome team my car came back to me looking brand new after the botched job done by a different location.

Clear coat over spray was not buffed off my vehicle. Even after I took it back and asked them to buff off the over spray they only buffed the hood. Driver side is still ruff as is the top of the car.

Caliber Collision off of Hwy 46 in New Braunfels is top notch. I’ve had both of my vehicles serviced by them this year and they’ve done a tremendous job. Their attention to detail has both of my vehicles looking like nothing ever happened. To top it off, they detail your vehicle, inside and out before you pick it up. If your insurance company gives you the option for damage, choose them!

Caliber Collision on Hwy 46 in New Braunfels took good care of me. Friendly Staff helped with any questions I had and kept me up to date on my vehicles status. Ive had three vehicles fixed here and have been more than satisfied with the results every time. I would recommend anybody to this shop. Very unprofessional! Do not go here! My insurance agent scheduled me an appointment on a Tuesday at 1pm, drove a hour to get there on my lunch break for them to tell me they were overbooked and they had to reschedule me 2 days later at the same time.Later that week I drive another hour on to get there and they do my estimate which took them a hour to complete. On my way home I noticed that someone there and gone through my lunchbox that was sitting in the front seat! Not a big deal maybe they were hungry too... but then I noticed all my change in my cup holder was missing! Only about $5 worth of quarters, after that I started looking around and found my loaded pistol had been moved! Not only that but one of the workers there removed the magazine and stole a bullet! Really??I immediately called my insurance agent and told them I was not going back there!So your workers stole about $6 worth of stuff from my vehicle and wasted 5 hours of my time, but your company just lost over $4k by me taking my business elsewhere!Once again DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION! Im calling the corporate office tomorrow and raising hell! Someone needs to be fired for this! It is completely disgusting and disrespectful!

Caliber collision did the repairs on my wifes vehicle following an accident and did a hreat job reparing the damage. It took a little longer to get it back than expected however the extra day or two was worth the time it took. The car looks beautiful. The only thing that would have made the experiance better would have been if we were given the option to replace both headlight housings. It does look kinda odd with one brandnew clear headlight housing and one old foggy one. Other than that little thing it was a great experiance. Thanks guys for your hard work.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the whole Caliper Team in New Braunfels for making things right and honoring the original estimate as close as possible being a cash deal and on a budget. My 2012 Black Ford F350 looks great after the repair. It actually was better than I expected. It took a little longer, but my service advisor kept me updated on what was happening and I didnt mind since they wanted to put out a quality job instead of just rushing to meet a certain deadline. I wish I was better with names so I could include them in this letter but my service advisor and the girl upfront that took my payment was especially nice. Thank you to whoever did the bondo/metal work and paint because it turned out great and I will for sure be a repeat customer (not that I want to be in an accident) but if so, you will be my first choice. Took our 2007 Corolla in for replacing the front bumper cover (paint peeling off) and replacing the rubber seal around the drivers side window. My money, not an insurance claim. Original estimate was $1800.00 but they discovered the window issue was worn out tracks, not the $400 regulator mechanism and saved me the $400. Honest. The bumper looks like new and came with a warranty against the paint peeling for as long as I own the car.

I had taken my grandfather‘s vehicle here a couple weeks back for a simple dent in the bedside and Stefanie kept us both well updated and got the vehicle done and back in a timely timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

Do not go here. I got in a minor accident insurance requested i took my car to caliber. my car was in the shop 3-4 weeks every time i called for an update i was always told something different and the day it was expected to be done continued to be pushed back. finally i get my car back and sensors on my dash are on, 1-2 weeks after having the car back my entire wheel well liner came off (on the same side they “fixed”), then causing my windshield wiper fluid to not work, things started rubbing on the tire, engine bay was completely dirty. so i call caliber tell them all this and they tell me i’ll order the new liner and give you a call when it comes in. 2 weeks go by..no call. i call give them my name and was put on hold till the line disconnected. i then contact the manager of the location where she had the part ready in a few days and said they could have my car done in 1-2 hours i take my car back at 7:30 am. i call around 1:30 to see if i was able to get it after work at 4:00pm. they said yes it’s getting washed it should be done in 30 minutes. of course i get there after work and i’m told your car needs to be washed could you wait. i say no. she brings my car around and tells me the sensors are still on and she will need to take my car back in to scan everything again. so i wait she comes back gives me the key tells me i’m good to go and i start my car sensors are on and windshield wiper fluid still doesn’t work. just to add to this as i’m in caliber the office lady complete forgot she had a customer on hold continued talking to coworkers and getting on her phone till she realized she forgot. this place is a joke.

Because of an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision in 2016 in Simi Valley, California, we expected high customer satisfaction and customer care to be the standard and a cultural characteristic throughout the company. Caliber Collision in New Braunfels, Texas disabused us of that assumption.We took our vehicle to the location on March 23, 2021 and were assured the work could be completed within eight working days at the most; we were told it more likely would be sooner. Fourteen working days later, we finally received our vehicle. We received a call from our technical service advisor on, Tuesday, March 30th, wherein we were told the vehicle had returned to the shop to reassemble the damaged parts and painting. We were told that we might get the vehicle the next day or on Thursday afternoon at the latest. Having received no call by late afternoon concerning the vehicles status, we were told that a technician was arriving to make the final repairs and the vehicle would likely be ready on Friday. Having received no updates during the day on Friday, we called late afternoon to be told our technical service advisor was not working that day and they had no information as to the status of the vehicle. We called the following Monday and our TSA said the technician who was to have made the final adjustments had quit the business and they were awaiting a new technician that day and the vehicle would likely be ready late afternoon. The TSA said she would call; she did not. We called on Tuesday and were told the vehicle would be ready at 11:45 a.m. We travelled to the site and arrived at noon. The vehicle was brought around and we commenced our inspection. Despite the obvious damage to the right headlight, which we pointed out on our initial arrival to leave the vehicle, it remained unrepaired much to their surprise. They simply ignored the damage and expected us to receive the vehicle without question; we didnt. We required the damage to be repaired and were assured of the return of our vehicle by late afternoon Wednesday, or on Thursday morning. The TSA assured us she would call to let us know. Having received no call on Wednesday, we called early afternoon Thursday and the TSA said that in washing the vehicle, the power sprayer was brought too close and washed paint off the vehicle and it was being re-painted. The TSA assured us the vehicle would be available by 5:00 p.m. and she would call us; she didnt. Finally, on Friday morning, having received no call, we again called requesting a status. We were told the vehicle was ready; it was. That said, the customer service and quality control at this site was quite unsatisfactory. There is one silver lining, though. The employees were very friendly. However, friendliness does not mitigate the poor quality of service. We do not recommend and we are going to notify our insurance company of this particular issue.

Worst experience ever, i live in Pennsylvania but was visiting in texas when I had an accident my car was in the shop from the end of November until the end of March and parts are damaged that they shouldnt of even worked on, the final cost ended up.being about $10,000 more than the initial estimate ...as we speak Im bringing it back because the back passenger fender is loose, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to take your vehicle..update :somehow this review hit the new braunfuls store let me be clear the issue I had was with the store in san antonio, Amanda in new braunfuls was very helpful with helping me get issues fixed that I couldnt seem to get done while dealing with the other location on my own if she would have been helping in the beginning I feel like my experience might have been a lot better, but I finally got back home to pa and noticed the inside lights are loose like there gonna fall off in your had that issue like all others was supposedly addressed many time with the outside company that handled replacing the headliner and the rubber seal around the passenger side has to be popped back in constantly .I dont have time to list all the issues that are still going on

We took our 2019 Nissan Kicks into Caliber Collision after we were rear ended by a hit and run driver. I showed up on Monday morning at 7:30 am and Kane Watson made the process very easy. We received text message updates daily and within 4 days my car was completely fixed! It looks brand new. Caliber Collision is very professional and organized! Great people, who are very proactive. My vehicle was ready a whole week earlier before the expected date. The paint was the exact same color, and their lifetime warranty on their work is amazing. To top it all off they detailed the inside and outside of the car. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Missing trim from my front windshield that fell off 1 day after repair. By the way- they cracked my windshield in the shop when replacing my hood. Jon the general manager said he would order the trim piece 2 weeks ago...Ive HEARD NOTHING.Also, still have lights on my dash lit since the accident they tried to claim it was due to a tire sensor being out. So we took it to our dealership and got written confirmation it is NOT a sensor in the tire but rather a result of the accident. We made the wrong choice having our car repaired here.

Repaired the tailgate on my truck and it looks like brand new again! prompt courteous service and superb professional workmanship.

I had extensive hail damage on my truck and needed repair. From the start I was welcomed and they explained the entire process. I can’t believe how easy and quick they work. Ive used Caliber Collision on Hwy 46 five times now on different cars of family members. Im 150% satisfied with them. Their work is very high quality and the employees are friendly and professional. Today, I dealt with Rhea. She took care of my problem perfectly. She rocks.

The worst experience possible. They harassed me for a day or two to come get my car they finished working on and they didnt even replace the fog light housing at all just empty and said sorry. This is an utter joke of an establishment. Took over a week what i could do in 2 days. Didnt bill my insurance correctly either. Said my destroyed windshield was not covered by my insurance which is set up as full coverage. So my fog light and wheel alignment and balance and windshield was not covered by my insurance? This is after suffering a concussion. Absolutely unacceptable. Ran by con artists and a completely incompetent work staff. No wonder they have so many one star ratings.

I recently had chemical splattered on my new car leaving splatter marks in multiple places. I went to Caliber after the car dealership would not help me or offer any advise on what to do to have it removed. From the moment I walked in they were extremely nice and knowledgeable about what I should do. At first I thought I was going to have to repaint that part of my car but Rhea was able to use a compound to get it off within minutes. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision and if I ever need a repair done I will definitely go back! Amazing customer service!

Took my car in to replace the rear bumper. It was ready a day earlier than projected and they also took care of a couple of minor unrelated issues at no extra charge ... changing a taillight bulb is a small thing, but the fact that John (manager) took the time to do it “just because”, and didn’t even charge for the bulb, speaks volumes to me.

Was not satisfied with the work done by this body shop when I got my car the day they said it was ready it looked all good and I thought it was weird that the service writer was rushing me to take the car so I took it 2 Days Later my husband noticed that the headlight was crooked the hood did not look aligned. Good thing my husband is a mechanic and knows a lot of people that work in body shop so hopefully taken it to Service King and get the car done right. The service writer Rhea was pushing me to take the car home didnt even let me check on it saying that she had other customers to work on but what about me that lady was unprofessional and had tattoos everywhere on her body made me feel unsafe I even checked my car if things were missing I do not recommend this shop I will take my Dodge Journey elsewhere I will share this on Facebook as well.

Very nice professional staff, very customer service oriented. They kept me informed of the progress on my truck throughout the repair process. They actually managed to finish about a week early as well! Very good quality work.Added bonus: my truck was pretty dirty on the outside when I dropped it off. They spit shined the entire truck and really made it shine when I came back to pick it up.

Great body work,but the repair was drug out way longer than i expected. Im still waiting on them to order a correct rim color for my car. Maybe third time is a charm?

I have used Caliber Collision on several occasions and have never been disappointed. The staff are always courteous and more than helpful. Repairs are always done within estimates and within projected timelines. I have used them for almost 20yrs and always drive away happy!

We have used Caliber twice and both times we were very happy with their work (both times we were in accidents that were not our fault). I have read other reviews, I am not sure about the negative ratings, but for us it was great!

I took my 2013 Ram truck in for rear bumper and hitch replacement. I had not been to a body shop in years. They had my vehicle repaired ahead of schedule and the work was excellent. It was the best experience I have ever had at any repair shop. I want to acknowledge Rhea Hernandez for her exceptionally great service.

Horrid experience from them not responding to my online requests for them to contact me to the horrible way I was treated regarding my car repair. These people are unorganized and lied to me several times. Im glad I decided to get my car out of this place and go elsewhere. I do not feel they would have done a good job on my car. Hmmm some how gets my month old car just enough in damages to get it to be totalled out...only by a couple hundred...hmmmmm takes forever to get it from my house. Aka an entire week of my brand new car in bad weather. Worse of all...they can now go around and buy my car for cheap and sell it for me. Hmmm makes me wonder. I was told my ten different people that what is most likely happening. Lovely... my credit can suffer and they profit. Making sure my car is never sent there again.

I took my SUV here after hitting a deer. I found the front desk people to be friendly and helpful in the lobby was clean and well lit. They fixed my SUV and made it look brand new again. They were very helpful and returning the rental car as well

Getting into your first accident is never a pleasant experience but I can say that Caliber Collision NB really made the repair process go by smoothly. I came in for an estimate to pay out of pocket. Justin came back with two estimates. One was for an own mirror and the other was for an aftermarket witch was much more affordable. He was very helpful in giving me options to save me some money out of my pocket

The worked done was satisfactory, HOWEVER - my Ray Bans that were in the glove compartment when I left my car were NOT in there when I picked the car up. Tammy, the manager, said she saw them but they are not responsible for items left in the car. They have lost my business in the future and I will be sharing my experience with my entire neighborhood on FB.

My estimate was fast they are fast and finished on the dates that I was told. I paid out of pocket without insurance and they took care of me I will differently refer people and be taking my car back for all my auto body needs

I used Caliber Collisions yesterday and was very pleased! The receptionist, Sarah, was very polite and got my car scheduled the same day during my lunch break. When I arrived she even offered me food, water, and was very tentative. The insepctor, Tammy, was prompt, polite, and quickly inspected my car as I had limited free time on my lunch break. She told me it was unsafe to drive back to work. So, Tammy and Sarah quickly got me set up with a rental and just as quickly got my auto-insurance to agree. Then Tammy drove me to the Enterprise car rental herself and I got back to work on time :) would recommend these people to anyone.

THE GOOD - Color Match and good communication. THE BAD - The clear coat over spray was very heavy on non-repaired areas and tail lights, they broke the interior trim panel when handling it (which they did reorder after I pointed it out post repair), stripped the bumper trim bolts using the wrong tools, broke the bumper retention tab (assume from yanking off the bumper cover), they informed the rental agency the car was done (the day before it was - blamed it on the rental agency - not sure whos telling the truth), they are very short handed and the repair will take longer than quoted. AND THE UGLY - Windshield registration sticker was taken, They tried to charge my insurance for the repair of the lift gate trim, even for parts and labor not done and the quote was significantly off $2500 vs $4000+ actual cost. Would NOT recommend, there are shops out there who will treat your car much better.

Very unsatisfied I will never go there again had a little problem. I had some items on the side of my door and they were missing and when I called over there they told me they had them in the office. I said I shouldnt have to go back over there and get them myself and have never been taken out of my car in the first place and when I complain to the general manager he said he couldnt bring them to me that day because they were busy after some young lady a manger told me she would bring them to me but they couldnt. So I complain 2 the general manager and said he can see what he can do and hell call me back later Ive never got a call back or I still havent heard from them. I havent called corporate yet and reported this incident, cuz it company should know to what employees are doing to their good name.

Took my vehicle to caliber through Allstate for very minor bumber hood and rent repair. Have had the worst possible experience with a body shop. They have had the car since before Thanksgiving, just over 3 weeks now. And every day is a new excuse about backordered parts. It was promised to be ready today on the 10th. And the manager calls to tell me the technician was fired and it would be ready on the 12th. Call Allstate to complain. They called and spoke to the manager John to be promised it would be ready by the 13th now😠😠. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO caliber collision on hwy 46. You will regret every aspect of the repair

Caliber Collision New Braunfels did a great job on my 2018 Mazda 6. I sustained damage to the front bumper, front fender (drivers side) and hood. My Mazda has the Crystal Soul Red paint which is a multi layer paint and difficult to work with. Mine was the first time the New Braunfels location had sprayed this paint. They brought in a tech from the company that supplies the paint to make sure they got it right. Im a tad OCD and expect a lot from people. Stephanie worked with me (patiently) to address all my concerns. The paint looked great but there were some dust nibs and over spray that I noticed once I took the car home. Stephanie had me return the car and I met with her boss. We went over my areas of concern and they worked on the car for a few more days to remedy all the problems. The entire process did take a while to complete and I feel that it should have been finished out properly the first time so I didnt have to make a return visit. However, the final product met my expectations and Caliber Collision New Braunfels will be my first choice for any future paint and body needs.

Do not go to this shop they are not professional there I m a body technician they used to work there but now I worked at Procare Collision when I started working there everyone there is unprofessional my tools came up missing when I wasnt around or went on lunch my hood prop cost me $100 and was stolen the third week I was there I talked to the general manager John did nothing about it I talk to all the employees nobody saw nothing I mean why do they have cameras if they can check whos stealing I was the only one there that was professional everyone else would go to lunch come back drunk and mess up cars they did not do things the professional way the painters and Preppers there were always drunk the manager let them drink while working Im writing this ugly comment because they did not do anything about my stuff when it came up missing so what makes you think theyre going to do for your stuff when it comes up missing out of cars or the paint does it match the factory paint with a body work looks wavy thank you my rent is over if you need professional work done come to Procare collision and ask for Lucio. Thinking of calling HR and showing them the videos I have on my phone a lot of people could lose their jobs but oh well they messed up my tools first.

Good work repairing a huge dent in my car left from some inconsiderate person. Very nice friendly staff. My car was not really cleaned afterwards, but this is miniscule compared to the great body work done here.

I got rear ended, besides the damage to the truck, the air bag and seat belt sensors light up on impact, I was called to pick up the truck, they claimed they were thorough about their inspection but when I got in the truck the sensors were still active! Come on, what else did they miss? I left the truck there, just waiting to be called again for the next disappointment.

This Assured me that my car was with Caring People, because communication is Number One amongst a Dream Team .Ralph was the technician that was my contact, to go, person that would oversee my vehicles repair.Sara would be the young lady that answered the phone and addressed all of my concerns and questions or lead me to Ralph, who returned my calls or e mailed me promptly.I was E mailed daily or every other day with the status of my vehicle repair .At the Pick Up .Rhea helped me with final info on what was repaired and did final walk thru.The actual body work on my vehicle was Perfectly fabricated in a neat manner .The inside of my vehicle was immaculate when returned to Me, not the case when I dropped off, Im very impressed and thankful for this .Im an actual magnet to fender benders, scrapes, scratches, dents etc. And I have visited many automotive body repair shops .This Shop By Far was the Cleanest, friendliest, most thorough, Caring shop Ive seen .Good Luck to All and God Bless .

My car was broken into while at caliber collision on 46 and they did not notify me. Personal information was taken. Shame, bad business wont be going back there again.

Third time and second car that Ive taken there and they have done a great job every time.

The repair was good only thing wrong was the service writer kept giving me the run-around I complain about the overspray that was on my car she kept trying to tell me that it was done prior but I never took my car to a body shop before this is the first time I ever needed to take my car to a body shop so they refused to take off the overspray so I asked her to tell her manager to come look at it the general manager of this location Kane came and look at it and he told me that they did not work on this side and it is overspray but that they didnt paint on that side so the overspray will not go on that side I mean even if that was the case this all happened while the car was in yours position and refuse to clean it up I am unsatisfied and would not recommend fish shop to anybody. Only thing that was good was the repair and then washing my car but even a little overspray they could not take off I mean come on little things do matter.

About a year ago they fixed some dents on our car and did fine body work. We soon thereafter moved to FL and then discovered that they hadnt installed the lock on the driver side properly so we could not use our key to open the door. Then a year later we were driving through TX and stopped to have them fix it. When I called about it, the customer service reps were condescending and unhelpful. After they hadnt called us back as promised, we brought my car in (with the warranty) and Bo helped us. He was incredibly professional and very personable. They fixed it, no questions asked in 30 min. But we had to return an hour later because they didnt re-attach our interior doorframe properly. Just a lot of hassle. They do the work requested, but consistently mess something else up in the process.

Gave the discount to the insurance company instead of customer. Go elsewhere.

Id had insurance work done in Florida and they botched it. While traveling through Texas my tailgate fell off. Caliber Collison was the closest USAA certified center.The service advisor, Felipe, correctly diagnosed the problem instantly. He was able to fix it on the spot, and on the house. He had the extra part that I needed. Since I was passing through he didnt go through insurance and saved me days.Ive never experienced quality customer service at this level before. Felipe really helped out a disabled vet, and I cant thank him enough.

Although the repairs took longer than expected, Tammy went above and beyond to get me back in my car. I would definitely recommend using them.

Caliber Collision in New Braunfels repaired my truck on the passenger side rear door from an accident. When I got it back one headlight and two foglights, that were perfectly clear and flawless, had been changed out with junkyard parts that were cracked and have junkyard paint markings on the backside. I took it back and they denied the fact that they swaped my original undamaged parts with junkyard parts. The manager was very rude and racist towards me.

Worked with Greg, very friendly guy, gave me a estimated time on when my car would be done.. stated Friday at the best, Tuesday at the worst, ended up being Monday around 5:00 pm (they close at 5:30. on the initial visit I asked about the car getting detailed, the receptionist pulled out two sheet displaying different type of details and the rates for each, I asked if the insurance pays for the detail and was told yes only to have my wife surprised with a bill for the detail upon pickup. When she asked about the insurance company paying for the detail, she was laughed at and treated like a fool for not knowing THEIR business. Thats not the just of it, no worries about the detail surprise, The worst part, is that when we got our car back, the driver window wont roll up all of the way... Like wow, didnt think to check that when we put the door back on?? maybe next time, take the extra day to make sure everything is perfect, especially when the client pays cash for a $130 Detail that missed the window not being able to roll up all of the way. really hoped this would be a great experience, heard great things about this place, super disappointed.

I dont even know where to begin.........I was referred to this body shop by the insurance carrier of the person who hit my car in the first place. I didnt want to go there, but they HIGHLY encourage you go with their Preferred shop, soooo, I yielded. HUGE mistake!!! The work was supposed to take 1-2 weeks to complete. Almost 4 weeks later its done.........The Preferred shop they helped me select has ultimately DESTROYED my car. I would have already bought a new one by now, but they dont make my car anymore! It was a limited special edition....making this review all the more tragic!a.) While IN the shop, they hit a pole and had to Repair the damage Furtherb.) While they were buffing the car, the buffer tore off my gas cap and cover resulting in a new one having to be ordered and mounted. The new one does Not open easily and adds to the diminished value of my car.c.) I went to the shop to investigate matters further and found my car in the paint shop, ALL windows down, the leather seats and dashboard and components completely Covered in dust and paint overspray...to this day I cant completely remove.d.) When I first got my car back, the drivers side panel was practically falling off in my hands! I had to Return the car to have that Repaired.e.) The drivers side lock/unlock buttons were loose; repaired with remounting of the door panelf.) The Fender emblem on the side of the car was mounted DISTICTIVELY CROOKED, reordered and replacedg.) The front headlight on the drivers side was literally falling out of its mounting. Returned For Repair due to improper mounting after repairsh.) There was Standing Water under my spare tire in the hatch back due to improper mounting of rear break lights after repair. Returned for Repair.i.) Speaker in the trunk dislodged and loose after company accessed spare tire tools for repair.j.) Found paint overspray on the INSIDE of my windshield...see point (c)k.) The Cherry on the Top: After ALL NEW Damage was repaired, thankfully at no charge to me....I will give them that....My car was washed and ready to be picked up. This was on a Friday evening. I worked late and could not get by to get it. So, they opened up on Sat morning for me to pick it up. When I arrived, they are washing it again...even though it was Just washed yesterday... The owner told me the car got dirty overnight so they are washing it again. When I saw the car, I noted NEW ROCK CHIPS ALL OVER THE HOOD! It looked like someone had peeled out in gravel right in front of my car and caused the new damage! The paint was still peeling the damage was so new!!! The owner tried to tell me it was existing damage but that was NOT there when I dropped the car off! We even circled in marker all of the existing damage and this was NOT circled. The owner told me when I dropped off the car that he would take pictures of the car with the marker circles. I demanded to see the photos. They Miraculously had Disappeared!!!! Shocking!!!!This shop ultimately caused more damage than they fixed!!!! I struggle to know they are even in business! Do not Ever take you car there and dont let your friends and family take their cars there! NONE of the above information is even Slightly exaggerated!!! All true! All So Sadly True!!!!!!!! Yes, they do the work requested, but consistently mess up something else in the process.

Worst place to try and get an estimate you get ignored and when they notice you need help they tell you all the excuses why they can’t do it.As a business owner you would think you get all the business you can but I guess not them.Avoid them at all cost.
