Huge lot and they have about everything. Just remember they dont pre check their parts but do stand by them. My radiator looked good, but on a pressure test had 2 pin holes. They were easy to work with on that. Ill go back again.

Its nice that people have had positive experiences with lkq, lucky ones.First, they need more telephone support at the Cen. Texas, New Braunfels, location.The Lady working the phone is excellent. The only bright spot for lkq. Delivery, phone wait, extra trips, incorrect part and almost everything else is a Horror Experience.. Good luck dealing with lkq.

Very Organized its axspare parts set up. Its so much easier than picking through the cars yourself. Especially for me a woman who zero about car parts!!!

I’ve used them multiple times for parts and it’s always been fine. However this time i ordered a part & payed for it. it was supposed to be available for pickup 4 days ago but i never got a call letting me know it was ready. so i just stopped in to see if it was ready yet. the lady in the front was incredibly rude and sarcastic with me and the people on the phone. she told me the part was never ordered. will never come back here again.

Received my part very quickly

Only complaint is the women in the front. Very rude and complains about the size of your order and makes you feel bad for making her do her job.

If management dose not hire someone else for north side instead of having one person working north parts they don’t need 4 people working south side parts if management doesn’t do anything about it is going to get reported to the president and ceo of LKQ and hr will hear about this and nothing is going to stop me from doing it it has gone long enough for one person working north parts before the end of the north gets slammed with parts hope something gets done about this.

Beware of the address on google, it won’t take you to the exact location, this place literally is trash.

Upon arrival to pick up part purchased online, the first tail lamp given to me was cracked but the young man was great at getting it replaced for an undamaged one in 20 minutes! Quick and respectful.Although personnel answering phones could be more professional.

Im not sure how they are in person, but on the phone theyre extremely rude. I called about having a part transferred to my local LKQ and the lady snapped I cant help you. We cant do that. You need to call the one in Florida. I cant help you Then she just tried to hang up on me. I had to yell, Wait just to stop her from hanging up. I asked if they can transfer within their network and she just told me to call my place, cause I CANT HELP YOU!Okay, so i called mine and waited on the phone for 15 mins and then the guy didnt want to transfer it over cause he has a high mileage part in his yard. so he told me the freight was 3x more expensive than the cost of other yards. I think to just get me to settle with his high mileage one because he growled and moaned when i asked if he could transfer the part for me.

My experience was beyond great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I went there looking for a side mirror for my old Altima and didnt wanted to spent tons of money since my car is old. A friend recommended this place and I went there with no expectations. It turns out I ended up finding a similar intact side mirror. Jay who works there walked me through the entire place since I was pretty new to the process and was a little lost. Since I had no tools he also helped me get the parts out of the old cars and installed it on my Altima. I highly recommend this place.

Purchased an engine, outstanding and a nice price. staff is 50/50. First person I spoke to was great, made sure I was getting what I wanted and explained all the warranties, the second person couldnt care, just throughout prices. had to ask a dozen questions to get the right answer.

Called today. spoke to chris. wanted to buy a $350 seat + shipping to our dealership. he said he couldnt sell it to me since i am out of state. very short with me on the phone and when i asked a question he said i have to put you on hold. rude. what happened to customer service these days?

Large place but the staff in the office leaves a lot to be desired. My car was one of the most common cars ever made, Toyota Camry from 2002. Hood and fenders, color matched, were found in Montana and the hood in Arizona. When the parts arrived the fenders ($65, Grsde A) were the gold color, but really badly faded and the left was pretty beat up for a grade A part so I left my original in place. The hood ($165) was dark grey so I rejected it. A proper colored hood was found in Arizona, Grade A also, and had several dings and bad scratches. I used it but now the sun faded fender and even more faded hood makes this car really look like a beater. I guess I will have to get it painted. I asked if they might have a bumper for a 2003 Tahoe and they only had 1, priced at $650, wow. Called Chevy dealer and they could get me the Chrome component for $365. I doubt I will do business here again, but maybe.

A terrible service, very bad experiences, the only two times I buy here, the parts I buy are not on the day they say, and things have them in stock take two days to deliver, sometimes you wait a week after the purchase, once had to cancel after waiting a week and again three parts to order for two days, I waited a week and a part I canceled because they occupied more days. Sopriana always serves poorly as if she brought a poop in her nose

So far, not going so well with getting a transmission. They gave me the wrong part and then wouldnt deliver it to my mechanic minutes up the road after making an inventory mistake. So i had to take another 1/2 day off work and play parts courier and have to rent a car out of my pocket for 3-5 more days thus increasimg my overall expense by hundreds pf dollars. What a pain.......

First, I almost never write reviews. But I was quite impressed with the LKQ service person who handled my circumstance in New Braunfels Texas; unfortunately I dont have her name. I had purchased a Transmission and Turbocharger. LKQ shipped it to the VW dealer. We had some family situations that changed and could not move forward with the work just now. LKQ immediately sent a truck to pick up the parts without any question and refunded my money. I couldnt have been more pleased. I will absolutely do business with LKQ going forward. I better about purchasing a used part knowing they will be helpful like this. Just excellent customer service. 5 Stars for sure.

I gave the rep eduardo all the details of my vehicle year make and model and he also knew I was coming in from San Antonio to new Braunfels and ordered a complete different year and without doing his homework to verify it was a match and the receptionist told him right away that it wasnt even close

They got the wrong parts in twice and then the third time they called and said half the order was filled. I told them never mind and they said they’d process a refund. That never happened. Whenever I call, the only person they will connect me to is the original salesperson, who simply puts me on hold and never returns to the call. I waited 20 minutes one time and have called a total of three times. Eventually the salesperson called me back and said that she needed to send it to Accounting and assured me it wasnt her fault. Total team player. Hint: it was the same person all the other one star reviewers here are referencing.

Bad custom service!! Rude

It is my job to deal with parts vendors, and I have never been treated so badly. Two separate times I have ordered parts from this location. On both occasions, the parts were promised to me next day. Both times the parts did not come in until 4 days later. The last time, I was told the part came in. When I went to pick it up, they couldnt find it anywhere and actually said what do you want me to do about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their customer service was unapologetically terrible, more than once.

The address online is not correct. The parts pick up is open from 8-5. Both addresses online are the wrong addresses. Ive left work early twice to get my part by 5 and havent been able to find the location. If you dont pick up your part the next day, they will send your part back, and start the refund process, which takes weeks.Horrible operating system and hours for the service they provide.

Was supposed to have an engine delivered on a thursday. Friday’ came and nothing. Weekend came and nothing on monday as well. Finally on Wednesday’ (my customer is upset now) they come and the driver is rude to my father (who has had this business more than 40 years). I had my core pulled already since thursday & just needed his pallet from the engine he brought me so he can take core(10-15 minutes tops) He said “no i dont have time to wait for yall” but yet i reminded him I have been waiting for this engine SINCE THURSDAY lol. He told me “wasnt his problem” and he is taking the engine he brought back since we werent ready. I told him the hell you are. Ive been waiting almost a week for you guys, your gonna wait 10 minutes if i can wait almost a week for you all bub. So guess what i made him wait ten minutes exactly so my guys can get my core onto his pallet to take. Didnt try and do business with them after that, rude awakening. Unfortunately one of my customers needed another engine, what a coincidence the only place that had one in the timeframe was these guys (good job there at least) i order it but they tell me they will no longer deliver to my shop/location cause the driver didn’t want to go to our place and no drivers will be sent there in the future HAHA...what? Anyway since they couldn’t be professional i decided i would be, and do business with them to keep my promise to My client. So, I (the owner) went to pick up this engine after they called me and said it was “here in NB”. Got there and they couldn’t find it in the back....Waited an hr in lobby and was finally told it was at a ‘different location....what? And to make things worse there was another shop owner there too having the same problem. Ha. I told them look you guys said it was here, get it here for me and ill come back. The next day they call and said it was for sure there lol and i made them confirm before the 45 minute drive there and they confirmed. I went and waited another 45 minutes and got what i finally needed. Wont be doing business here again. Waste of time, resources, no accountabilty, and not professional. (Ive estimated to spent around close to 10,000$ there in parts) will take my business else where.

Extremely bad service, chubby bald guy on front counter has no patience what so ever with customers. He straight up told me, i dont know where the parts that you order are they seems to be somewhere in San Antonio, can t help you. Next!I order the parts a week ago, also manager wasnt there.

Drove 40 miles after being told part was there. Not there, of course, and the woman who called me to say the part was in is avoiding my calls.And these idiots cannot even post their correct address on google. Probably to cut down on the negative reviews.
