Parts guy was over welmed working by himself could of been more courteous. He doesnt handle being under pressure very well. I understand working by yourself is hard, but when you have customers there they should be priority not orders on the phone or internet. The other gentleman came out from the back and helped within 5 minutes I was done and gone. Thats how you get happy customers.

Very nice people Don sold us the car i wanted and went above what he needed to do. Todays visit was my first after buying my car, to get my oil changed. The guys were great in the service department they got me in and out. They even asked my car, they are so amazing. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Thanks guys for all you do for you customers.

There are no words to express the terrible experience that comes with being a customer of Valmark Chevrolet. On two occasions with two different vehicles, they have returned the vehicle with missing and newly damaged parts as a result of the work done (or not done). I will drive miles and miles to another state before returning to this dealership. The low professionalism by majority of the staff is completely unmatched.

Blaine was great at communicating the repairs my car needed and was very responsive when I had questions! When I asked about a vacuum with my free car wash he made that happen too! Robert has also done a fabulous job when I have needed repairs in the past. I have always had a positive experience when taking my 2013 Chevy Equinox into ValMark for service.

These are the people with whom you want to do business.Valmark has been my choice each time Ive bought a car in recent decades. From the top down, the New Braunfels location people are unfailingly polite, carefully trained to listen, and best described as highly professional. When purchasing I have been shown exactly the car I want for my purposes (attentive listening, noting preferences and dislikes). Ive been given courtesy in the sometimes onerous process of purchasing (all dealership, all brands). When I specifically say I have a set amount of time, this dealerships employees work to stay in my time frame. I have experienced this professionalism every time, so I know it is no fluke. This attitude is an industry standard all should be attempting to meet. Valmark is an exceptionally well run business.Chevrolet has reliable cars, decent service, and great paint, comfortable seating, nice features, and decent tires on the vehicles when you buy them.The Covid-related lack of edibles for the two hour wait was annoying as were a few of the somewhat aggravated stares I received from other customers who wanted one of the four chairs socially distanced. All of the chairs were occupied. I cant fault the dealer for regulations they must follow. I was hungry, and a basket of pre-packaged savories and sweets with a stack of small napkins to pick them up would have been a tolerable solution to the fruit basket that used to be in the customer lounge.Thanks, all of you, for continuing to work carefully to keep your good reputation.

We had the best experience with ValMark!! We were able to do practically EVERYTHING over the phone. Literally the only thing we had to do was come up and sign. I have never had such an easy experience buying a car.

I made an appointment on line through dealership to get oil change. The service guy James said it did not go through. I had a picture on my phone with confirmation time and date. I made appointment the on 1/12. James did not appologiz in any way. I will go elsewhere next time.

I went in with a budget and vehicle in mind! I was helped by Tim from Chicago! He was a newer employee but extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to exactly what I wanted and did not pressure me in any way, which is completely different the Most salesman act. He even spoke to Chris about my concerns about leather vs. Cloth interior and Chris shared his own personal experiences with the Chevy Traverse as a family vehicle. Everyone I encountered there was extremely genuine and got me an amazing deal on a vehicle I really wanted. Thank you all, this was by far the best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had!!!! I left with a 2019 car, right within my budget and knowing that if I had any issues I could call at least 2 of the employees with concerns. I recommend them to anyone wanting a great car buying experience. Thanks again Tim and Chris!!!

I drive 100 miles a day (live in NB work in ATX) I had them do a simple alignment, they completely butchered the alignment to the point where it caused my truck to go through a completely new front set of tires. Will never go back here

Was happy at first because they make you feel that way. But unhappy later felt pressured into buying. I told them the price I wanted to pay a month. They couldnt do that so I told them thank you but Im going to look somewhere else they wouldnt take no for an answer and keep telling me how I could afford it. So I bought the car and now Im having trouble with payments felt like I went to a used car lot . Very good car though got the new traverse great car! Love it!

I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from this dealer. Within the first week of ownership of such vehicle, the brakes failed due to mechanical issues. The issue took place while I was traveling - away from home. The vehicle had to be towed to nearest Chevy dealer. Val Mark did not enter information that my vehicle was sold as a certified unit in a timely manner, causing unnecessary delays in diagnosis and repair of my unit. Val Mark management (Alan) took a condescending, and disregarding attitude, and was not helpful whatsoever in trying to assist me to get back on the road - to get home. Further, upon closer inspection, my certification report provides description of equipment that was on my vehicle at the time of inspection - that I did not receive at time of purchase. This dealer employs questionable integrity and professionalism. I would never recommend this dealer to a friend, family, or associate. They took my money, and offered little to no customer support. Disgusting. I feel taken advantage of.

Wow! Had amazing service from Justin Kelly. He is the service manager and went above and beyond to see my car was picked up after a wreck and put back together. Couldnt be more thankful for the amazing customer service and care.

The sales staff here are good individuals. Don C especially, but as far as the service department goes here at Valmark Chevrolet. They are RUDE, CROOKED, and treat/be little you to the point it makes you feel like you have just been robbed. Sales manager Chris is just as bad. Please take this review into account when considering purchasing from Val mark. Can’t wait to hear there response and excuses to this review!

They need to fire their receptionist because she is one of the worst humans to be in customer service and answer questions. She is apparently annoyed at her hard job of answering phones and refuses to give help on information you are seeking! Its ridiculous just got off off the phone and shocked someone in customer service is this rude and clueless.
