Amazing experience...!!!I switched over from boost to cricket which was my best decision ever made. The store representative was very knowledgeable and quickly took care of my needs. He switched me over in less than 5 minutes. I recommend all the boost customers to switched over to cricket with the amazing service from the cricket store at new castle. I got a free phone too which made my day.

When I first went in there was a customer being taken care of. Something was going on with her service so I waited. 15 minutes at least went by and all I was told was I will be gotten to in a minute. I was going to purchase a new phone so I waited patiently and then another customer walked in and he was waited on immediately. He made the statement that I wouldnt mind if he got in front of me because he had to pay a bill. Well I minded and I will never go back to that store again

The guy prince who works at cricket is great. He is expert on phones. I saved lots of money. He fixed my phone so quickly. I had problem on my phone for while. No one was able to fix it. I am so happy and thankful to him. He is great.

Bought phone in Grove City they were very nice. Next day went to new castle store to get help with hot spot. He was extremely rude. Didnt want to help me. Told me go back to Grove City I didnt buy a good enough plan. Once I finally got him to look at my account he saw I did have the right plan. Then told me go call 611 for help. Extremely rude. I will never return and I will let others know not to use them. I was the only customer in the store. Not like he was busy and I was bothering him. He just didnt want to help me at all.

Rude as hell every1 that works in there right now 6 months ago Id recommend but not now go 2 boost or straight talk

The gentleman who helped us was friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and got us exactly what we needed (switched 2 lines over from Verizon added a line and purchased an iPhone). We saved money and were in and out the door in about 15-20 mins. Thanks for the great service!

I had my account switched over to my girlfriends plan and they messed everything up woke up today to neither of our phones connected and had to go to the grove city office to get it turned back on and had to pay an additional 60$ charge the other office said they did these things to earn credits for their store I only came for the the line switch and ended in a whole lot of extra bs! Contacting corporate to further handle this issue

I had gotten a new plan with Cricket after Straight Talk screwed me over with their terrible customer service and Cricket pulled through with amazing service twice! Shout-out to John who gave me amazing service when I was upgrading my phone and giving me information I didnt know about considering Im a tech geek! Plans are inexpensive and the cell service is really good! You wont regret coming here!

The service was horrible and ghetto. The lady dropped my phone without even noticing, I had to pick it up making sure it wasnt damaged. Then when I got my screen protector changed it looks worse now then before because of trapped air. It wasnt put on right and said just keep pushing on it. Then she wasnt even able to print a receipt and was talking on the phone while taking customers. The WORST phone service I ever received.

Cricket wireless a New Castle PAis not worth spending your money with they sell you insurance and then they try to tell you got to pay a $40 deductible when you can go by the same phone at the store for $40 just save your money go to another company that will actually help you I dont know the guys name but hes a male hes not a nice person I wouldnt recommend anybody anybody using this store

Bought a phone yesterday around 3-4pm on 4-2 had a problem with the phone on 4-3 called in the am to troubleshoot did what she told me to do it didnt work...been trying to call bk off and on all day no ans and mailbox is full what a dick move! She seemed real nice! I made multiple calls to cricked and shared my negative experience with several supervisors. I suspect this is typical disingenuous protocal for cricket. I experienced this same type of bad business practices with the Lincoln ave location in Pittsburgh pa. Wow

They sold me a $230 brand new lg stylos 4 phone. I took it home and found out it had a virus so it obviously wasnt new. Everytime I would put a video on youtube it would play for a couple seconds and then randomly shut off and go back to the home screen without even touching it. And the volume is so quiet you cannot hear it making it impossible to watch anything on it. I called them and they told me to bring it in, and when they couldnt fix it they said they couldnt take it back and couldnt help me bacuase I didnt purchase the warranty!!! It was broke when I bought it!!! Not to mention, the lady working was rude and she texted on her personal phone the entire time I was in the store. I tried asking her a couple of questions when she was texting and she blattenly ignored me. This store is of absolutely no help and they sell junk phones!!!!
