Very knowledgeable about their products. Very helpful, didnt charge me an extra fee to get the beds into the house like others have done in the past. Store was very clean and easy to navigate . Best of all I love me new bed!!!

This store is in a complex with other stores. On 04/17/19 I was shopping at a store adjoining this store. I parked directly in front of Mattress USA and the owner was standing inside of the store recording me and flipping me off. The owner then came out of the store, walked by my car, and glanced into my car. The owner then got into his car and due to previous incidents, which have been reported to police of the owner bringing a baseball bat out to intimidate customers of other stores that he believes park too close to his store, I got out of my car to insure no weapons were being pulled. The owner read someone my license plate number and advised he was calling the police and going to sue me for parking there. This is a public parking lot for all of the stores there. I advised him that I could call law enforcement for him. Multiple people have contacted me saying they are scared to shop at the other stores due to being scared of him. I have made contact with the owner of the property and he stated that he knows of the issues that has happened with him and if he didnt have a lease they would not allow him to be there. But the owner of the property stated that he would be contacting his lawyer to see if he could get rid of his lease.

Best mattress store and most knowledge abpout what they are selling and GREAT PRICES, wont go anywhere else . Oh yeh and I love their financing but I pay the bill! Thanks guys!

The financing place does not take the money out of your bank acct when you tell them you can pay it on your paydays!! They take it it out whenever which has caused me mulitiple overdraft charges! For example, I told them every 2 weeks on fridays I get pd an take the 52.00 payment then. They tried weekly an on Wednesday an Thursdays. One week they tried 4 times an not even on a Friday at all an not every 2 weeks, weekly! I have been charged over 8 overdraft chargea of 36.00 a piece! Would not recommend this store unless your paying all cash for your mattress!
