Excellent service & inviting staff. I completed my contract signing via the Extra Space website and within one hour of submitting payment and completing contract signing I was able to head over to my new unit and as described, my new unit had an inspection tag attached, and inside was the Extra Space Cylinder lock. I dropped off a couple of boxes, locked up my unit and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Would certainly recommend to anyone!!

Extra space is the best. Very safe and clean. Austin is great. His customer service is phenomenal. Very professional caring guy, takes time to answer all your questions. Couldnt asked for a better place to keep my furniture until my house was built. I have no problem giving 5 stars. Keep up the great and awesome work Austin.

We moved out of our last storage unit because the facility was less adequate yet similarly priced. We love that its climate controlled, that its brand new, and the service that we received so far has been above excellent. When we originally went to look at and possibly rent a storage space, we were in and out within an hour. Im just upset we didnt move in sooner.

Have used many storage locations across the country and this is the best experience Ive had using a storage place. Very clean, nicely equipped with trolley and small ladder, and really cheap. Needed a small space for 3 boxes and the rent is 25 a month. Other nearby locations wanted at least 50 dollars. The only negative was, reserving online for a week out, and being called the same day to pay immediately and being told, best to pay now to make sure to keep the space. Well then, whats the point of reserving the space? Do you reserve a rental car today for next week, and start paying for using it today? But every storage location runs the same sales technique---get it now so that you dont lose the space. That and the unique locker that must be bought from them, of course. Besides these ill famous techniques, storage has been really good.

Michelle was amazing!!! Very Clean units, climate controlled, they had chairs at the counter to sit during transaction. Easy terms to understand. Carts to help move belongs, easy access, highly secure. Just might be a long term stay!

I am renting a storage unit for the first time. My experience with Extra Space Storage on DuPont Highway in New Castle De was exceptional! The person helping me go through the process (I think her name was Michelle) was so patient, answered all my questions and showed me the unit. She was excellent!!!!!!

Austin was great. Very Upfront and Honest. The type of employee every employer should want at the front desk. Engaging and clear. Explained the whole process and made it effortless.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family who are searching for extra storage. Nice clean temperature controlled storage units. They also have flat bed carts at the doors when you pull up so you can easily maneuver things youre storing to your unit. The people who work there are also friendly and will greet you when they see you, whether you are an existing customer or new. Atmosphere is very pleasant.

So i used to love this place. It was right near my house and it was great. Then reybold storage opened and extra space storage tried to jack my rent up 70%. Thats right from about 100 a month to 170. This should be criminal. I went found a larger unit at storage rentals of america that was also climate controlled for a hundred a month. This place is slimy and not worth the price tag. They did frequently increase in price while we were there but never that much. Stay away unless you are fine being gouged for no real reason.

My experience with Michelle was painless. Michelle walked me through the process, it was quick, and she was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this storage facility one hundred percent.

The Assistant Manager I met with was nice, helpful and pleasant. I needed to see two sizes before I made my decision and she showed each to me with no issue.

On 4-21-21 I went to the location on DuPont Highway in Delaware and had a great experience. The store manager Vince was very polite, knowledgeable and provided great customer service. The facility we rented a unit in is brand new and very clean. Care was paid to make entering and exiting the faculty very easy and straight forward. Management is extremely helpful and very customer oriented. We were shown our actual unit ahead of moving in to double check space. After singing our lease, and before leaving, management made sure our access code worked. All in all a very pleasant and easy rental process.

This location was very clean and neat, compared to most other places that offer similar service this place has great curb appeal. I rented a unit to store my daughters belongings from her college dorm, it turned out that the unit was actually smaller than what was advertised. However, the manage and the extra space storage team quickly addressed that issue and made it right the very next day, I received follow up phone calls and emails to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. I also have a unit rented in another state for my second daughter who is also in college, EXTRA SPACE STORAGE will always be my choice for my storage needs. It was worth me driving the 40 miles due to the nightmare experience I had with some other place who I just wont name.

Seems Top notch, very clean,very well lit-up, Climate Controled for items that are Climate sensative, Service Mgr. Vince very nice, informative and professinal, insurance can be bought on your items in storage, plenty of security cameras and redundant security codes too enter gate, then code again for storage blgd.

We were in a bind and the manager Vince put us at ease. We were able to get our whole house loaded in one location. The facility is clean and very accessible. I am very happy with the whole experience thus far.

Best storage I have ever used. Staff is nice and professional. I pretty much got the first month free and I was only there for 28 days so I paid nothing except for my insurance coverage and about a $25 fee.

I spoke with Vince on the phone before making a reservation and he was very helpful and friendly. Additionally, he called me before my move-in day to verify the details and to answer any questions so I could easily check in.On move-in day, Cephus assisted me and was also very nice. I had a few issues during unloading (not Extra Space Storage related) and Cephus was quick to help me, going above and beyond what he was required to do. I have never encountered such wonderful customer service with any other storage company/location. I was extremely impressed!My unit and the surrounding property was also very clean upon my arrival.
