Everyone was very helpful. Kathy at the Red Lion, DE location was absolutely wonderful. The online system would not process my payment so I had to speak to someone on the phone. Found this quite irritating, I don’t enjoy giving my card info over the phone and the woman whom I was speaking to on the phone was a slow talker and I just Wanted the process to be complete, it’s also not as easy for me to understand all the terms as someone is speaking them to me. I prefer being able to read things before I give consent to them. It’s also quite annoying that I only need this unit for a little less then a month but because it’s across two months I have to pay for a full month and half the other month, instead of it being on a rolling term or by the amount of days. Just annoying and a huge waste of money but it is what it is.

Excellent customer service, manager took the time to go over contract and answer any questions I had. Unit was clean and in good condition.

The office staff is great! And so was my rental experience!

Everything is good except the customer service. One of the ladys at the front desk is very rude and talks to customers like theyre second class citizens. She was very nice on the 1st day when we were looking for a facility. After that, it was COMPLETELY different. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. My wife was constipated and in a lot of pain. This lady Kathy timed her in the bathroom, then criticized and ridiculed her ! Unbelievable! Then she accused us of hanging out there, too long. Another customer runs a lawn care service out of their unit, threw dried out grass all over the alley way (which I swept up). Then I get ACCUSED of spilling trash in front of the units! I have lost almost everything in my life. My house, children, etc... last thing I need is THIS EMBARRASSMENT.

The staff are great. I have been treated wonderfully and all my concerns handled very well. The manager at the desk is exceptional. I would recommend this place to any friends and family.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kathy and Debbie were great, gave me detailed information, made the check-in process as smooth as possible. They were accessible by phone or email, and service initiated from the national hotline transferred to the local facility seamlessly. I rented two large climate controlled units on the ground floor (they all are) and they were very clean and cheaper than the price quoted at other facilities.

Ms Kathy and Ms. Debbie are gems! They are so nice on the phone and in person. They made it easy and straight-forward for me rent my space. I recommend them.

We stopped in to check out sizes of the storage units and get prices. The young lady working the front area was very helpful and informative. She took us to several units to see the sizes and explained everything. We signed up for a unit that day.

Great place. Very clean. Very secure. Great options for storage, including climate control. It also offers protection service for items in storage, and the lady handling things couldnt have been more accommodating. I highly recommend it.

Very unwilling to help if you fall behind on rent. Im a veteran who is raising two children by myself and also taking care of my parents by myself. So I fell behind, things are starting to get straightened out and I asked if I could pay $150 extra a month until I got caught up but they refused. So they sold all my familys things . Im also afraid they didnt do a Background check on the gun safe that was there in plain sight. They also refused to let me talk to there bosses. Terrible..Terrible place

Paying for a climate controlled unit, but there is no climate control. AC unit has been failed and inoperative for months, known by Mgmt, nothing done. 100 degree Summer. Staff keeps saying repairs are on the way.This used to be a quality operation under previous ownership and management. Too bad Reybold sold out.

The site manager here (KD) is awesome! She was personable, informative and helpful in getting me in the right unit. I needed the unit for my business, because of (KD) I will be getting another unit for my personal belongings as well.

Love the place other then the fact that they messed up on my late night access for the first few weeks and I didnt realize until I needed to get in then couldnt. Need an after hours number for emergencies.

The staff were friendly, and the facilities were just what I needed as I transitioned from Chicago to Newark. Good value.

Except for a few spots, a storage site for a small RV (ours is 23), is inadequate. We had to discontine our lease after a couple of months when we realized we could not get our RV into its spot.
