They dont answer their phone even during business hours. I needed help finding my unit, and I left multiple messages and they never called me back.

Its okay. Maybe overpriced for the condition the units are in. If you dont like spiders or water damage, then dont store anything here, unless you specifically get a climate controlled, weatherized unit.UPDATE: They are raising our monthly fee for upkeep or something like that. Yet there is a massive puddle in front of our unit that for over a year they have not filled in or dug drainage for and it combined with insects and dirt is ruining our belongings. I dont recommend any of their non-weatherized units.

When my son moved home from college unexpectedly this spring due to the pandemic, we knew there was no way wed have room at our house for him AND his stuff. We reached out to Storage Crib and they were able to accommodate us with convenient, personal service. We are just getting ready to move the rest of his stuff this week back to campus and they have made the whole process so easy on us. Thank you, Storage Crib!

They are terrible! Had the worst experience with a leak in our storage shed and she (the lady who runs the office) did nothing about it! I lost an antique dresser that was my grandmothers that I had to get rid of due to mold among other items that had bird poop on them from birds nesting on the roof so badly a baby bird that was dead fell thru into our shed!!! Again she did nothing at all! THE WORST WAS THE WEEK OF CHRISTMAS OUR SHED WAS BROKEN INTO! SHE HAD CAMERAS IN THE STORAGE SHED AREA AND ONE POINTING AT OUR SHED BUT SAID, THEY WERE NOT WORKING RIGHT AT THE TIME?????? If I ran a Storage Facility as long as shes been there Id make sure all things were in tip top shape. People pay good money to keep their personal items in those sheds and they should be protected like they say they will!!! I WOULD NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY TO ANYONE AT ALL!!! I HATED IT! (DISAPPOINTING AND UPSETTING) THERE ARE OTHERS IN NEW CASTLE THAT ARE GREAT AND WILL MAKE SURE YOUR STUFF IS PROPERLY TAKEN CARE OF. SOME ARE EVEN CLIMATE CONTROLLED FOR YOUR THINGS TO STAY IN THE BEST OF SHAPE!!!

We have had a storage there for 8mo now and we got broke into and a lot of stuff stolen from it, so be careful. The lady that works there though is really super nice!

Love the units off of Indiana 3.

Of the few places in town, this is the cheapest, and they have a very secure location. You bring your own lock, and nobody else keeps a key. Theyve got cameras and a pin number activated gate.

Best price in town ....I tried 3 other places anyway ....not a bad place

Things were ruined from moisture and condensation, tv was ruined although it was wrapped in plastic, black mold on my couches, and so on !
