The storage unit Lady is always courteous and professional, and goes above and beyond to help and/ or lend a hand if needed. Ive been with this storage unit place for over six months now and every time I go to my unit in always greeted with a high and warm welcome. I would recommend public Storage on churchman road in New Castle Delaware to anyone who is looking for units to rent.

We just got our daughter a storage unit there, however I HATE that w/ they close @ 6pm NO1 can enter the gates @ night 2 move or get there stuff. This is outrageous!! The property is clean and well kept. Rentals are easily done online. The new app makes making payments, opening gates and updating account information easy.

This place is fair as far as storage units go. If youre looking for access in the evenings this isnt the place (access is from 6am-6pm and theyll send a passive agressive email if you visit out of that timeframe), nor are there any power outlets if youre a project person. If youre just storing stuff, itll do you.

This is one of the worst places to ever make a storage place. They advertise $1 per month but then don’t tell you that it’s $15 insurance and $20 lock charge at the time of renting unit. DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION! They will sell your items and put an outstanding balance on your credit. And this place shows favoritism. DO NOT WORK RenT DO NOT STORE HERE!

I visited this storage with a reservation. Ciara, who was at the front desk was very professional and courteous to let me know of a promotion that was running by which I was able to save some extra bucks. She took me to the storage, explained the rules. I had a really good experience with the facility and would really appreciate the way they handle their clients

I just vacated my storage unit within the last hour! I get a call from an extremely mean woman from the office claiming she refused to vacate me due to items I left behind! I only stored boxes not Mattresses. Proceeded to say that I was the only one in and out on the property all day! Oh and I was going to be charged 250.00 to remove them. They were in the hallway when I arrived! I can’t believe places like this to things like this to people. Then she said I’ll be hearing from her district manager WTH did I do to this woman for her to be so mean and disrespectful. I have used public storage a few times but I will never again. Fear that they can charge whatever they want whenever they want completely disgraceful.

This place tried scamming me out of money! They took 153 out of my bank account even though I should have only paid 122.. then blamed the bank for paying them extra. Didnt offer a refund of the 31 dollars even though they couldnt justify being paid extra.. wonder how many other people they scammed.. wish I would have read the reviews first!

Great customer service! Krysten was extremely helpful assisted my mother and I in finding the perfect sized unit. She was very friendly and funny, too. The pricing is reasonable and location is perfect for us.

The entire staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating!! Justin gave me a quick tour of the property and showed me the exact unit I needed. Everything fit just fine! The unit was clean with no issues. Check-out was simple and quick. Overall, I had a great experience. You can tell that these guys are total pros, and Ill be back for any other storage needs to come :) THANK YOU!

We were delayed coming from out of state to check in for our unit. Ciara was fantastic and very helpful even though we got there close to closing. She went out of her way to get us checked in and stayed late when there was an issue with the unit we had reserved. She even went so far as to get the District Manager Regina on the phone to resolve the issue. Highly recommend.

After a not so pleasant experience with my moving company I looked into other storage options and my first stop was at Public Storage. Great service but although they have had numerous break-ins they have not done anything about it and now our motor-home got broken into while in storage and we had at least $10,000 worth of tools stolen.You would think they will protect their customers by upgrading security after so many break-ins, which by the way, they do not tell you about when you sign up or inquire.

This place works perfect for me. I am only taking off a star because of their hours, which are 6am-6pm. Ive needed things from my unit after 6pm and had to wait till the next day! Still a quality business.

I came to this location to receive information about getting a storage and the customer service was great! Ciara provided me with all the information I needed to know in order to make the best decision as far as space size, merchandise I can use to protect my belongings and showing me the units.
