The units are reasonably priced and I felt that myself and my belongings were safe at Sentinel Self Storage in New Castle.

Very competitive storage costs compared to all the other options out there. Shop around like I did. Very clean, locked gate and security cameras.

Very friendly, and extremely helpful staff. They go above and beyond to help you get what you need. Rates are reasonable and im very pleased with the security for the site. I highly recommend this location. Joe and Donna are great!

I rented a storage unit from Sentinel Self Storage in New Castle for six years. I came to know the manager, Joe, and Donna during this time and was consistently met with courteous, knowledgeable and personable service. Everything in my unit was always kept safe and secure, and I could access it whenever I needed to. A good, reliable business is hard to come by these days, if at all, but I could count on Sentinel Storage at New Castle to professionally store my belongings and help in any way.

Clean good prices for storage

I recently rented a 5x10 unit for two months. Joe took very good care of me. He answered all of my questions over the phone. He is very knowledgeable about their policy. I would use this storage facility again! My unit was dry and clean. None of things were damage from the humidity during the month of August. I had a regular unit not their climate control unit. Keep up the good work!

Nice people but you can only use the truck for the first two weeks - even if you’re moving in after that date. One of the weeks was over a holiday (Thanksgiving) and they still wouldn’t be flexible. They came highly recommended but that experience was a bit disappointing.

Joe and Donna are very nice. I made a reservation online, received immediate confirmation AND a welcoming telephone call from Donna before I could get there. Joe was quite helpful - showed us the unit I reserved in advance and confirmed my trailer full of furniture would fit. Units are easily accessible with truck and trailer, clean, and secure.

I was a long-standing patron and Sentinel Self Storage consistently provided excellent service!!!!! Their quality of care is outstanding. The employees at this location are extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this company and would continue to choose this site for my storage needs!!!!!

I really appreciate customer service. I was stuck in the after 5 rush hour traffic so I called ahead. Donna waited for me so I could finally get my things stored that evening. Customer Service is really a plus. I have an inside space. Little things matter....like the door stop that holds the door open and a light that stays on for 30 minutes. When the light goes off, you can have light for 30 minutes more or for as long as you need it. No need to worry about forgetting to turn it off because it goes off automatically after 30 minutes. Also, praise God for a nice restroom for customers!

Having rented from Joe for the past 9 years I cant say enough about how helpful and understanding he has been. If you have a problem he is always there to help you sort it out. If I know of anyone that needs to rent a space to store their stuff this would be the place.

The staff was nothing but nice and helpful. My Father, Grandmother and I have all had units here over the past few years and we dont plan to go anywhere else but here in the future.

Joe, the manager, is friendly and helpful with any questions from reservation to move-in. He explained the paperwork and suggested using Budget truck rental, which proved the better option compared with using the free 12 foot box truck. Payment can be made monthly online or in person.

Very friendly customer service. If youre trading down to a smaller unit, make sure not to cancel out of the first unit before opening the second...to avoid paying the $20 administrative fee twice.
