John provided great service and was very helpful when we added a new line to our phone plan. You can tell that he cares about his job wants to help people make their trip to AT&T as easy and efficient as possible. But I was immediately greeted by David with a smile. Person who helped us didn’t told us full coverage what I had to pay. I asked multiple of question about switching and everything they inform was not true. I was planning to pay $170 monthly but I’m now paying 300. Costumer service is terrible here. And do not trust what they say or answer. They only care for their business and not costumer satisfaction.

Will helped me on two separate occasions. He went above and beyond to help me both times. First, he went out of his way to find the exact model and color phone I wanted and ordered it for me from across the country. While doing so he set me up with a variety of features with my new phone, including HBOMAX, which I’m thoroughly enjoying.During my second visit I had several questions about features on my phone and Will was thorough and patient while he made sure all of my questions were answered. I live much closer to other AT&T stores, but I will come to this branch from now on just to work with Will!
