Nathan was wonderful! My mom and I had gone to two other Verizons that day in the hopes of getting a new phone. I totally understand the supply chain issues, but nonetheless, we were a bit frazzled by the time we got to NL Wireless Zone. Nathan was kind, patient, and so knowledgeable. Jeffrey Stone is the most knowledgeable associate I have ever dealt with. He was personal he took time with me he solved my problems and I would go back to him for anything at any time The majority of the Verizon associates I have dealt with in the past 2 years have not been comparable to him in any way whatsoever. Theyre in so big a rush to get you out of there or to sell you something they dont really hear what youre trying to say to them. Jeffrey didnt try to sell me something and in doing so he did. I went to another Verizon store before going to this one, they didnt even acknowledge that I walked in the door. I walked out after 10 min of being ignored. When I went into this Verizon, I was greeted right away. And Mark, who helped,bwas very nice and knew his products. At first I was still going to order online, because I had received a better deal, but because of Mark, I went right back to the store and ordered through him! Good Service makes all the difference!

Marc, at Wireless Zone, was awesome! My phone died during a Christmas promotion so I had a longer than usual wait. When Marc was able to help me, he was apologetic. He did not rush any of my decisions on a new phone, even when there was a line again. I got home and had a small issue with a cord. When I went back, Marc handled it by quickly replacing it rather than having me wait again. He was very professional, courteous, and did not try to sell me on other add-ons for my phone. I walked out very happy with my purchase!

This was my first time entering a Verizon store. Before I had was biased and did not like Verizon simply because of there prices. In this world everyone knows you get what you pay for, Having said that I can state that I have never been happier with my current cellphone service which is is now Verizon. Yes it Is a bit more expensive than most carriers however myself one service has never been better!!. Not only is my cellphone service better I was so impressed with the customer service inside the Verizon store. JP our sales rep. Was extremely friendly and professional Yet he connected with myself and my partner in such a way as if he was just the neighbor next door and a good friend. I went to Sprint to see if I could get a better deal and I could not. I honestly was surprised. Sprint would not even match Verizon offer which very surprising for me. So basically I leave you with this do your research ask around and go with your gut always go with your gut. I am fair to say I am now a very happy Verizon wireless Customer
Sam and staff at the New London store are amazing! I always receive top notch service and they really listen to me and are never pushy. I always leave there having a satisfied and happy experience. They never seem bothered when I stop in with the pettiest of my user error questions! I highly recommend them!
I have been a customer of the Wireless Zone in New London for almost 15 years. Matt and his staff are always professional, courteous and knowledge about all of the latest and greatest products out there. Recently, I stopped in to upgrade my IPhone 6 Plus to a IPhone 6S. Matt and his team are wonderful and just like family. In addition, my sister was visiting from Virginia and she upgraded her daughters cell phone with Matt and his staff because where she lives, there is a corporate store which she frequents but did not receive the customer service that she did at Wireless Zone New London. The personalized treatment that Matt and his staff provide their customers is impeccable. This is one of the primary reasons I continue to do my business with Wireless Zone New London. I will always refer my family and friends to Matt and the staff at Wireless Zone New London.
They said they would dazzle me and they did. I have never been happier with the customer service or a cellphone. The Google pixel 2 XL is amazing. They set it up and transferstr the data and showed me the cool features.

This store gets a 5-star rating for customer service. Over the years Ive never been disappointed in getting the help I needed and then some. Questions get answered with thoroughness and in a friendly and easy to understand manner. In this day and age, this kind of service tends to be exceptional. My current favorite associates are Derek Fauntleroy, Gabriel Benjamin and Joshua Myers.

Came from another store very aggerated. I walk in to the New London store and an employee by the name of Jess comes up to me greets me. We sit down I go over everything I wanted to accomplish. I left in 30 minutes when I thought it would be hours. she was friendly and caring. Offered me great items that Im going back for Christmas time and she WILL be the one I deal with from now on!

What perfect timing shopping for cell phone carriers. Chris not only got me two smartphones for $60, but he also saved a picture of my late mother. That sentimental picture I thought I could never save, but Chris was able to move it, and he saved it in the cloud. I was having camera problems on my phone. Chris Kingsborough took it upon himself to help me with Verizon rep and have me be comfortable with Verizon logging in as tech coach. He held my hand every step of the way. It included tech support, saving phone info, reloading and transferring info to the new phone. His help, my comfort level, and the many hours spent on me it beyond the call of duty and very much appreciated by me as a customer. I will see him for any future sales going forward. He us a great asset to tti our company and irreplaceable.

Had the pleasure of being helped by Chris W., though that is not to say that any of the other employees there are any less wonderful. Had an issue with my LCD screen on my phone; sudden problem, and needed it fixed as soon as possible. Not only was Chris extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but his attentiveness and empathy throughout the process is something that has become rare not only within the retail world, but even more so when specifically speaking to Wireless Retail. Not only did he take the time to assess the issue and keep me informed with the process, but also took into account all of goals/needs and helped come up with multiple plans of action to not only resolve the issue at hand, but also resolve it in a way that made the most fiscal sense for me. At no point did I feel as though I was being sold to, or up-charged, but rather was given the sort of attention youd expect from a friend who was trying to help you out of a jam. Really great location, and staff, and even with the magnitude of my issue, I was in and out in a timely fashion. I will say too, everyone at that location (those I have experienced, and those I have witnessed) have been just as great. In fact, it is not uncommon to see an irate customer walk in extremely frustrated and (in my opinion) being extremely rude to one of the employees, to then leave with a smile on their face.If I could give more stars I would. I have been using this location for a little over 3 years now, and can say without hesitation, that I will continue using them for as long as they remain open.

I had to purchase a phone a couple weeks ago and did not have any of my information from my previous phone because I had lost it.I came to the store today in hopes of seeing I could get my contacts and photos. Chris was the gentleman who had helped me, he ended up getting my contacts, photos, and all the previous apps from my last phone. I am so happy I came by, Chris was a huge lifesaver!

Yet again, fantastic service and attention by Matt and staff when in the store recently to upgrade my phones. I worked with Stephen who was a lot of help. Despite there being a long line of people, he never made me feel rushed or pressured about what I was buying. He ensured that those waiting didnt need anything and were comfortable while also attempting to answer any of the quicker questions or problems.
