Worst boost store I ever been. They hardly had no phone selection. And the ones the had were way over priced
I was there with a friend and she bought a new phone and she likes the service she received there.
Dont listen to none of these reviews. Im convinced they make bogus profiles and write these reviews. I live in New London Ct about 1.2 miles away from the store. they dont ever have any phones, their never open all day or at lease the time it says it suppose to be open. great service...thats an overstatement. never have iPhone...all they have is accessories. nothing else. I should write boost headquarters and let them know, your tainting their brand.
If i could give no stars i would. this store is useless. i have an issue with my phone and guy at this store said we do not fix or service phones we only sell them. and told me to call the manufacturer. my phone is still under warranty.stay clear of this company they will not help you if your phone has issues

I do not like this particular Boost Mobile store. The location is terrible and the franchise is not very friendly. He lacks customer service skills and is quite rude. It seems that helping customers is a bit of a chore for him.Avoid this location for any reason. Purchase your Boost phones at Best Buy, Walmart, or any other big chain store.
