I usually hate going to the phone store but todays experience was great. My old phone wasnt working great and I am.travelling tomorrow, but the experience of getting a new one was painless, everything transferred and the representative was very knowledgeable..Really grateful for the ease and professionalism.

I was lied to about a promotion and after numerous times talking with management, they continued to lie and say they would figure it out. Days, weeks, and now months have passed and still no attempt to rectify the situation. The salesperson Glen was very professional and tried to help as much as possible but the manager is the only one who could actually do something. Really disappointed with this store / manager.

No service. I do not recommend this company.

Nothing but issues from day 1

Absolutely the friendliest, most knowledgeable and welcoming employees. I went there with a friend who was paying his bill...i ended up switching services and buying a phone, just from viewing how they treated customers. It has always been pleasant when Ive accompanied my friend there. Now Im one of their customers.

Excellent people that work in the store and are willing to help you with any problems that you have with a phone that was bought at a Metro Pcs store.

I met Tannya Lovestrong when I went into MetroPCS to pay my bill. It was the first time my husband and I met her. We paid our bill and Tannya was extremely kind and outgoing. My husband was having an issue with his phone and he asked Tannya if she would be able to help him. Tannya was more than happy to tackle the problem even though phones were ringing, customers were behind us, etc. I have to say, I have never seen anybody multitask in such a way, with such a smile, under pressure as Tannya Lovestrong did that day. I continue to go to MetroPCS monthly to pay my bill and look forward to having my phone serviced and customer service with Tannya Lovestrong.
