Worst car buying experience ever. Robbed my family. We trusted them with a vehicle safe enough for our family. They charged us extra to fix things that were already wrong with it, held our title, then asked us to meet them to park the car so they could deceive an auditor. I want to empathize with her story but it would seem that the same hustler-scammer mentality is still alive.

My experience with the company was great. They kept there words as a company/family and was able to get me a car at reasonable price without any problems. I’m already referring others to the company. Appreciate y’all!!

We never asked for a lavish vehicle. Simply somthing that would maybe you know last over a month! We are working with the agency that our loan is with and seeing if there is any legal action we can take.

No Refund!!!! Do not deal with this lady! She is a crook and a con artist. She buys cars from auctions and puts cheap labor into them and re-sells them for ridiculous amounts of money! You are better buying a car off Craigslist before dealing with Fox Richardson. She will take your money and deceive you! Also, if you are dissatisfied with her, she will Not offer you a Refund!!!! Do yourself a favor and do not transact any business with this person!

UPDATE!!!!!!! My family just had to pay 4 thousand dollars to replace the engine!!!!!!!I am disgusted! I’ve been in contact with the agency that we are paying the loan with and they are guiding us on what options we have. I was no where near “satisfied”My family and I were told that they were a family business that helped familys like us! When we saw the Suv we all fell in love it drove smooth. When purchasing we asked about a warranty twice and both times the subject was changed. After we took it home we could not drive it for 2 month bc we had no temp plate! They said they forgot about it. Once we finally received it I took my daughter to school only to almost get in a wreck from the SUV shutting off in middle of road. We could have died! We now have to pay for a SUV with a dead engine. My child goes to a special school and now has since been pulled out. I have cried non stop for weeks bc of the situation. They got us bad! I hope you guys read this realize how badly you have affected my family. You took away my special childs education and I now have to walk every where with 2 small children.

At this point honestly I would not even give you one star, however for me to be able to post this comment I had to at least give you one. To all you people who are reading these reviews just know that I purchased my car over two months ago and I have yet to receive my title. The level of unprofessionalism cannot be described. I have attempted to contact through voicemails through text messages as well as emails and all I have gotten was blocked or unreturned calls. At the current moment my temporary license plate is near expiration and I cannot register the vehicle or do anything without the title... after all of the shady and unprofessionalism that this lady has shown me I am starting to think that maybe my car was probably stolen and sold to me... despite this ladys history past criminal history I still gave her the benefit of the doubt and decided to give her my business. I plan on seeking legal advice as well as doing whatever I need to do to receive my title or get my money back. Not only has she violated my first amendment right she also has posted false information about my credit online for other people to see ... which was irrelevant to the fact that she did not keep her end of the bargain when she sold me this vehicle. I advise anyone who is reading this who has been through similar or anything with this lady to contact me so that we can do some type of class action lawsuit. Im not the only one shes done this to she has also done this to my sisters friend and were both in the same boat. I plan on calling the Better Business Bureau as well to report this lady.

My name is Michelle Jackson, I gave sibil Richardson aka Fox Rich of rich motors $6000 of my hard earned money to purchase a vehicle for me. We had no contract. I trusted her as a friend. We have traveled together, ive even welcomed her and her family into my home. Her and her boys have eaten at my home and fellowshipped with my family and friends. Prior to her purchasing the vehicle and Before I was to take delivery on the car, i pulled a Car fax on said vehicle. The vehicle had Been wrecked 3 times and the the car fax warned of curbstoning which is a practice used by shady sales persons to sell cars that are damaged for more than they are worth. I immediately called Sibil and asked her to return my $6000, as i was not willing to purchase a vehicle of that condition for the $12500 that she was trying to sell it to me for. I have not heard from my so-called friend in weeks. She claims she spent my money and does not have the liquid capitol to refund my money to me. This has caused much hardship for my family and me because not only am I still without a vehicle, i am also still without my money that I saved towards the purchase of a reliable work vehicle. Because this convicted bank robber and felon refuses to return my money to me that I gave her in good faith and also because I trusted her as a friend . All these 5 star reviews are fraudulent some posted by her and some by her shady ass sons. Never do business with this con artist. Please read before doing any business with these people!!! Dont do any type of business with these con artist. Fox had her son justice Selling cars for her Lying about the conditions of there cars and the payments. After you make a deal with Ms.fox she will block youre number and act like she never done a deal with you. I got a Volvo XC90 and the truck had problems from the jump and ms.fox didn’t want to fix the problems nor give me a refund. Ms.fox and her sons are full of B.S. ms.fox will sell you a car without even test driving. Ms.fox Should be in prison Like her husband bc she’s a criminal . Rude, unprofessional, and all around conartist! An however gave these con artist five stars are insane and probably Ms. fox employees.
