They have a good variety of stuff. Itd be nice if the people who worked there knew about the products they sell. I had to get a replacement piece for a vape I bought there and the person helping me had no clue what I needed. I pretty much left on a guess. Not their problem. Likely bad training. Still a good full stock. Everyone was friendly.

Let me start by saying Lindsey is one of the most sweetest and non judgmental person that I know. Most importantly she does her job and she does it well. I look forward to seeing all the employees there when I shop. You couldnt ask for a better staff. My advice for all you haters... Simply went to browse and before i even walk in the employee doesn’t ask for my ID she just yells “sorry we don’t allow children in the store” and my friend is confused and asked if she’s joking and she repeats herself and proceeds to ask if i am offended. i am petite but my figure and face are not child-presenting at all. i have decided to take my business elsewhere because you could have just asked for my ID lol i am an adult who works full-time

Great prices and great customer service! Always super helpful when I have questions. They also are super cool to just chat with. They are also following covid restrictions and require mask! The staff is great at wearing their mask properly.

The Ra Shop on Magazine is much better.I used to visit this location all the time, and have been a fan of the chain since I lived in Hattiesburg. The reward system is great.The last time I went here they tried to deny my ID, and told me it was fake. To be fair, it is a Mississippi license, so I understand the confusion. When I asked if they had a scanner or any way to actually verify if my ID was fake or not the cashier replied that I should show them my real ID.Eventually I convinced them it was real, and that I had shopped here several times before. The other cashier behind the counter grabbed my papers and rung me up without offering assistance. I dont really know why either of them were upset at me, but the entire time I felt really unwelcome.0/10 would not recommend (to anyone without a Louisiana ID)

It was my 1st time vising the Ra Shop. I was definitely impressed by the inventory. Alotta great glass with variety, vapes, accessories, and cigarillos. However, the customer service was incredibly dry and lacking. I mentioned it was my 1st time in and wanted to explore the store. The salesperson seemed disinterested in whether or not i had questions or wanted to browse. It seemed as if they were rushing me out of the store. Dont think id recommend unless youre going for something specific. But even then i could name shops that would give you a better experience.

An amazing selection of everything!!!!! Cigarettes, merchandise. Prices are a bit up there, but the quality is amazing.

The only one Ive been to, this Ra Shop set a great first impression. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, I was very quickly and kindly assisted in looking for a quartz nail I couldnt find anywhere in my home city. The item was cheaper than expected, and the sheer massive size of their inventory is worthwhile. I do wish they had more heady glass.

Justin and Ashley are amazing people and you should probably give them both raises because of their amazingNess. Im not joking. Two of the nicest, most genuine people I have ever met. The RA in the quarter is WAYYYY closer to me. But I wont be going anywhere else anymore. Every one of your locations is great. But this one not only has the best selection but the most helpful employees. And no Im not getting paid to write this. Nor did I know either of them before my visit today. The staff are friendly, and if youre a traditional tobacco smoker, theyve got you covered! Not a smoker? Me either, but I found my favorite brand of incense and plenty of related supplies. Be sure to check out their discount room for wall hangings and novelty gifts.

This is the worst of the Ra Shops Ive been to based on customer service. The staff seem too stoned to care about your presence. The thin woman with brown hair in a ponytail and glasses in particular is so rude, and has been the last 4 times I have gone in. A customer shouldnt have to put work into purchasing something, beg to be noticed for service. Im done.

These people knowing that neighborhood pets used the common alley behind their store, purposely put out rat poison that killed a dog that was the mascot of business next door to the building. When notified they still refused to remove the poison. Animal Lovers get your head shop products somewhere else.
