Very good and well stocked occult store. From potions and cauldrons to books and brooms. They carry NOLA made voodoo dolls - different varieties for different occasions. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The altar is amazing, make sure you stop and check it out. A little on the expensive side but its one of the tourist places. Highly recommend to include it in your places to visit while in New Orleans!

Got a palm reading from Trace on Halloween night and we had a blast! He was very easy to get along with and even went a couple minutes over at no extra charge just to finish explaining what he saw. Trace is super knowledgeable and explains everything he finds thoroughly 🧿

My wife and I had been dying to finally go to this store & we were not disappointed! We found so many things for our altar and other things as well! Definitely one of our top favorite places to go in the French Quarter now, my witchy wife is in love with the whole place. We will be coming back all the time when we move there in a few months! This is not really a supply store. Not for someone who truly practices their craft. This place is interesting though. Full of prepared bags and spells that cater to a variety of human wants and needs. Fun to walk through but not what I was looking for in an occult shop.

Every time I visit New Orleans I love to hit this shop up. The energy inside is so calming and the workers are very kind . They have a diverse range of witchy items. Today I got a lovely Celtic Faerie deck from there. The prices are decent and affordable if you are on a budget or dont have much cash. They also follow COVID-19 regulations which is nice to me as well. If you get the chance visit their sister store! (To the left ◀️ of the store front, full of Egyptian gear you cant miss it)

Went here for a Tarot card reading for my son, its his first ever read and the guy who read his cards was amazing unfortunately I dont remember his name, but I highly recommend coming here if its your first read reserve an appointment just to be safe

The store itself is very nice, well organized, and clean. However we thought it was a bit pricey for us. We did buy a tarot deck. The staff seemed kind, and answered a few of our questions.

Average witchcraft store in French Quarter. Best of the stores in the area however it is not excellent as an occult store. Feels very much like it’s catering to the Anne Rice / Tourist market.I did like they had an alter you could place offerings at (for a price). Staff were attentive. Varied selection of books.

We had a couples reading by Carrie Evers and it was fantastic. She was very informative and knew pretty much everything about us. Everything she said from the tarot cards pertained to us. We had a great time and will definitely go back!

Hadnt been in a store like this before, but Marci was super helpful and informative and made sure we were told about what we were looking into. The shop itself has an absolutely lovely feel, and Id definitely recommend checking it out if youre in the area.

The employees were all incredibly friendly and knowledgable! Sam was very helpful in helping me and my friend find what were looking for. We both did 15 minute readings and were amazed by the accuracy and helpfulness of our reader (I forgot her name, sadly, she had dark wavy hair, green eyes, early 30s). Loved this store! I will definitely shop with them in the future and hope to someday visit their 2nd shop in Salem, MA!

Good little cramped shop with friendly staff. The selection is limited, you really have to leave downtown if you want a botanica with lots to choose from. Its more geared towards tourists, but its the best spot in the Quarter for what they sell.

I was really excited to go here while in NOLA. Found some great finds, however, I purchased a money ritual kit (pictured), and was planning to do it with the New Moon (tonight), and to my surprise opening it, it was missing an item-a crystal, Aventurine, that clearly states is in the kit. So, it may not have been on the store itself but rather the packaging company, still disappointed though.

Probably the best occult store to visit in the french quarter. They have a bit of everything you may want to find or are looking for. The workers are very nice and helpful aswell! My only issue is that some things are a tad more pricey than other locations but its not an issue at all.

We went to Hex for my bachelorette party and searched for a great tarot reader. Hex did not disappoint, Levi did our readings on the summer solstice and it was phenomenal. He was intuitive but not intrusive or fake, he explained the cards really well and showed his years of experience through his interpretation. I’d recommend going to Hex and making an appointment with Levi ANY day! :)

The gentleman at the register was so great!!! He was really helpful, informative! Highly recommend this shop! I am upset I didnt get his name but he really made the experience to the store. We wanted a few books from the sister store and he walked with us over to the other store to get them so we could pay with card. The hurricane messed up their internet and omens system was down but Hex wasnt so that was really convenient! Customer service at its best.

I gave two stars because i was so excited to finally find another store with supplies i needed after Witch depot and F&F closed so im grabbing a bunch of stuff there are no baskets and I did not want to be rude and place all my items on the counter one of the employees saw i had a item folded in the crevice of my arm and thought i was trying to steal i even had my daughters hands full the worker she kept asking can i help you maam more than 4 times i ignored her and placed all my items to purchase. A wonderful shop, but their music volume is a bit too loud, makes it hard to hear if you get a reading. I recommend getting your reading at their sister shop a few doors down or one of the voodoo shops, cant enjoy it when you cant hear half of what is said.
