Omg!!!! I love life storage for 2 main reasons; 1 because it’s so convenient for my mom that is 78 to have a space to put extra things so her house don’t be full of clutter and 2. Because of the respect, patience, and professionalism I receive everytime from letecha! When I say if letecha ever leave I will have to take my business where ever she go because the understanding, respect, and professionalism she embodies is so hard to find these days! If anyone goes to life storage ask for the most beautiful and professional letecha! Usually if I go somewhere ppl lose patience with my mom because she is 78 and she takes her time to make up her mind and I have to report them but Ms. Letecha took good care of my mom and treated her like a family member! I will always chose letecha and request her to help anyone I know because they say “good help is hard to find” well, life storage, you have hit gold with her!

I was a Life Storage customer since your building went up on General DeGaulle (Uncle Bobs). I am a pharmaceutical rep and stored my samples at this facility for over 18 years. I always received excellent service and only ended my contract in 2019 because I no longer carry samples and didn’t have a need for a unit. In 2020, my college graduate returned home at the end of July and while she is awaiting an apartment rental, we decided to store some of her items to prevent damage and clutter. I immediately wanted to again patronize Life Storage. The customer service and professionalism are unmatched and I highly recommend this facility. Letecha, the manager has an incredible personality and is extremely helpful and willing to assist with your storage needs.

The best, no frills, storage space in algiers

Cheaper rates on the Westbank and its easy to access. Im really happy with this location. The only disappointment is the lighting in my climate controlled unit sucks and I have to bring a headlamp. But overall, Im really pleased and Ashley is great.

Letecha gave us the best possible customer service, she stayed late just to make sure we had our unit on time! I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service! Letecha truly went out of her way even though she didn’t have to! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

From day 1, I had the pleasure of meeting & working with Ashley at the General DeGaulle location. Every time I see her, no matter if it’s day or night, she is always extremely helpful and pleasant to me and anyone else she encounters. We could’ve chosen many available options for storage, but Ashley made the difference for me. With her being there it makes me feel at peace in knowing that when shipments come or anything important, it’ll be taken care of. Been here for more than 10 years and just received a level of customer service that rubbed me the wrong way. Lights are broken, door broken and when I requested to speak to a manger, I was blown off. Decided to hold my rent until I spoke with mgmt. bad move they completely locked me out!!!
