After hurricane Ida, mold and mildew now fill this building. The smell is rotten and no one from management will follow up or provide any updates. Our rent is over 500$ for a small room with a leaky window and window unit. Cant use the bathrooms bc they are a biohazard (even before Ida). Unsafe conditions and should be reported.Edit: we have already emailed that email, another email, and called the front desk. We have received zero response from management.

Best storage Ive ever used

Light was out in the unit i was originally assigned, but was assigned a new one very quickly.

This was an excellent business to work with. I had to store apartment furniture on short notice, and John was easy to work with and even gave me a discount. He was very helpful with selecting the right storage size, and when I did retrieve my furniture everything was a snap. After almost nine months, everything I left was in perfect condition. This was a very good storage business.

When headed offshore my van broke down. It was parked in the Outback Steakhouse close by. I called the number for fountainbleau storage and the lady looked up the specs by year and model then set the reservation. Shen I called the next day they said they wouldn’t take it (despite the reservation) this was 7 hours before I flew offshore for 45 days and my van is parked in a place it’s guaranteed to be towed and impounded. It all worked out thanks to the fine people at ETI services but these people can drown in the next hurricane for all I care. They made a stressful situation more stressful than it needed to be

They were good.

The place is dirty and dilapidated. The bathrooms are consistently disgusting, and NEVER have soap or paper towels stocked, and they dont have air dryers. You can actually see what appears to be black mold behind the sink on the 8th floor. The designated parking area keeps shrinking because it appears the facility has sublet or sold some of the lot to IV Waste. Getting something from the vending machines is like playing a slot machine. The gate is often jammed wide open - so much for security! When there are hand carts available, at least 2 of them are in deplorable conditions (broken wheel, hard to control). Yet, the rent has increased twice in the last 5 or so years. This place takes advantage of a struggling music community because it knows it has a unique corner on the market; there is nowhere else for us to go for storage AND rehearsal that is climate controlled. When I first got my storage unit it was very reasonably priced. That was over 6 yrs ago. Now I guess the price is going rate. It is a climate controlled storage unit which is important to me. However they just announced that we all need to have the same locks which will be available at the main office at no charge. I dont get there often (office hours are when Im working) so this could potentially be a problem since if I dont pick mine up by a certain date then the new one will automatically be applied to my unit and I dont know when Ill ever be able to stop in the office to pick up a new key. Another thing, when entering the facility, one needs to get out of their vehicle to put in the code. Several times Ive arrived to find the gate already open which does not sit well with me. The same goes to when I leave. Sometimes the gate is closed and secure, other times it is wide open. Its a dark warehouse kind of area in the back where one enters and exits. Potentially scary. Another thing, I often access my storage unit on weekends and there have been times when there are not any carts around for transporting my boxes. For what I am paying, I do expect a consistently secure facility and there should always be carts around for use. I cant image there are so many people there also using the carts. With new units going up all around the metro area, Im inclined to look for a better deal.

My furniture was RUINED IN THIS STORAGE. Remind me of Hurricane Katrina. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They say it’s climate controlled, but it’s not! My things were MOLDED, mildewed, and full of BUGS. To top that all off it is expensive. Of course, the insurance you take out does not cover mold, mildew or bugs...BSI wish I could give it no star.

This place is to be a cool spot to set up a music studio, now they shut the building down at 10 o’clock. I currently rent here, but I’m looking for new spot. The maintenance people don’t fix anything, and trust me, EVERYTHING BREAKS!

Best studio spaces in the city

This camera spread out throughout the buildings and for creating good security theres a 100 music studios in this building therefore they have a lot of traffic around which would discourage the breaking of your unit. There seems to be a cold around this place with everybody who says there that you dont bother anybody else things. they have climate control, they have RV parking, they have U-Haul rental. the only way to enter into complex is a coded gate a Gates. and a very good location. It just one storage complex that I was amazed with is 8 stories high it was at one time a Hotel Blue. the Fountainbleau Hotel. Now the Fountainbleau Storage.

NIce folks. Always friendly. Kind of a fun environment with all the rehearsal studios onsite.What can you say about a storage unit that offers parking for RVs, food trucks and band trailers? Seems secure. I plan to be parking my rig here for a long time.

Absolutely would not recommend. There is no freight elevator, so anything bigger than a full size mattress wont fit on the elevator. You cant call the office with issues. You get a call center, which only deals with billing. You cant get a hold of someone if you are having trouble getting in your unit. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I have used fb storage for their music practice rooms for the last 10+ years. The new management is light-years ahead of the old and they are finally investing in the building. The new elevators are fast and THEY WORK. Parking is no longer limited to the 7 spots. Its all awesome!

Been with this company for years. Best in New Orleans. Very flexible and customer focused. Front office people are like family.

Have a music studio there last 14-15 yrs. Under new management who is putting serious $ money into a much needed bldg. Problem is that the tenants are paying for it. In 14 years, rent went up $50 each time a total of 2 times. Last year it went up $50 01/01/16 & another $50 6 months later. Building my own studio in my new house soon.

Amazing band practice spaces with a decent line of famous bands passing through its halls, such as Goatwhore, Autotomii, On A Fox Hunt, and plenty more. Unbeatable prices, have kept my room for years and years.

Love the location and easy access to my unit at this storage facility. The staff are very nice and accommodating.

The oldest and most reliable place to rent a rehearsal studio in New Orleans.When it was a hotel The Beatles stayed here. Its been storage spaces and rehearsal spaces since the 90’s and most New Orleans musicians have made music here at some point.

If I could give no stars, I would. The storage I rented had rat droppings and if anything is open rats will get in it. Everything looked old and needed repairs, the halls smell of urine and feces. its absolutely disgusting. Will not recommend or go back.

This place has culture. I got a loft here and I love it. #HOR
