I went yesterday to inquire about getting a storage unit. Ray made an extra effort to call me back and get me the best rate possible for the storage unit. He was friendly and professional and explained all the details in an easy to understand way. Outstanding service!

I have been struggling to find storage and was so glad to find this place. Its in a nice area of town and was easy to find. The security of the place is pretty good too. I had to be let in. So I know my stuff is safe while I store it there. Ray was a helpful employee and took care of me right away.

So nice, very friendly. Very clean, well lit, everything went well warm thanks to Ray he was a pleasure to interact with and addresses concerns immediately.

After experiencing issues at another facility in town I was forced to find a unit for same day rental. I booked with this facility using eRental and when I showed up 10 minutes later the manager greeted me at my vehicle and had my unit ready. This was an extremely pleasant experience that made my moving day. Highly recommend - great customer service

I came to the Saint Charles Public Storage and was unsure of what to do. Monique the person working there was one of the most incredible patient and helpful people I have ever come across she took incredible time to help me find and figure out what storage unit I needed for my needs. she even did follow up and was incredibly kind and gracious and sweet. I was not prepared for someone to be so helpful I was very stressed with moving and needed a storage unit but with Monique’s help at least part of moving was stress free. My experience was phenomenal. I received confirmation of my reservation both online and through a phone call. As my reservation date came closer I received a complimentary reminder call as well. Upon arrival, from start to finish I enjoyed being there and giving Monique my business. The temperature controlled units are a must here in New Orleans. She was great at finding me a bigger unit because I reserved a unit too small initially. They also provide you with a lock, so you dont need to buy your own. There is ample security as well. Front door access for new customers and security gated access for existing customers. Really great experience.

Pretty easy to get in and out. Our storage space is on the second floor, thank goodness. The ground floor had a little bit of water pooling in a couple of places. Glad our space is upstairs

Monique has been very welcoming and attentive to my storage needs. When I came in to down size I could not find my lock and Pop A Lock was there for someone else she went and found the guy and had him to cut my lock while he was there, after he cut my lock we moved my chairs to a smaller space, I told her it want even be a week, and she said well you will be getting a refund for your balance when you move and you can take and treat yourself with the refund. And just the other day she called me and stated I will be receiving that refund. She is outstanding and professional. Awesome job Monique. When you know a person who works hard at what they do and can tell she loves her job. Id recommend this location to anyone. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TEAM

Had a space from July to October. Two beds and two rugs. When I got them out of storage there was NO funky smell or anything amiss with my stuff.Monique was very friendly, helpful, and all around amazing when I was checking in and out.A big thank you to them for helping me out!!

I absolutely loved my experience here mostly because of the amazing customer service I received from Miss Robbin. She went above and beyond to make sure my lease and rental space were all set. She was left to manage multiple customers on her own, but still managed to leave everyone smiling and fully satisfied with her customer service.

Needed to find a storage space close to the house and this location appeared to provide convenience at a good price. The service agent working Friday (11 Oct) was very friendly and help. She provided a good overview of what services they offer and the options I could choose. The location appeared to be clean however the gate is broken in the back. Not that persons fault but that needs to be fixed. Someone could get stuck inside the gated area. However, the service agent provided excellent service and I would recommend this location to others. However, the gate is fixed along with the roll up door.

Monique was super helpful Just rented a unit today and had an exemplary experience. All of the ladies in the office were nice and very friendly; Ashley and Robin. They made this process super easy and stress free:) I will be renting here everytime I need storage space. The prices are good too! 😀

I walked in the Storage Place to get a couple of mattress bags, and this young lady Monique was helping a customer and what I liked is that she acknowledged that I was there, and continued what she was doing whit the person ahead of me. When she got to me the phone was ringing and she said excuse me and answered the phone professional and put the person on hold and came and took care of me this young lady has excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills 5star rating from me.

Ashleigh was very friendly and very helpful! The process was smooth as butter. The elevator is nice and big for the move, and the parking is covered, so no need to worry about that afternoon rain impeding a move. Word for the wise: the gates lock at 6pm, so make sure youre on the right side of them!

Its not often you find a great, clean secure storage facility in New Orleans. I wanted to share my opinion about my experience. I have had the pleasure of renting two large units two years ago, and last month I rented an additional unit upon downsizing from the larger two. This facility made it easy and effortless for our movers to get our stuff moved. Wide halls, large elevators, secure and clean. The staff is extra friendly, and have been a great pleasure to know that they care about safety and security as much as I do. Sherri who assisted me is extremely knowledgeable about how the building is laid out, and trying her best to secure the best possible unit for my needs was a treat for me. For this I say THANK YOU!!

Tasha was very knowledgeable of the units that i looked at. I was a little kinda undecided on which unit would work best and she did a walk through and told me about all the codes and entering process. And she also made sure to accommodate me with getting this new unit. The service was quick and she was very helpful. I will refere her to other family, friends and co workers.Thanks Tasha

This office does not keep its published hours. The gate frequently closes earlier than posted. I was there on Saturday at 3 pm and the gate closed. It is supposed to close at 5 pm. Ive been to the office several times where there were due to open and did not for over 15 minutes. The code for the gate frequently deactivates and it requires someone to be in the office to reset. As soon as I can I will be moving back to another storage center where the staff are personable, knowledgeable and there is a 24 hour assistant for issues.

I just rented a storage unit at Public Storage and so far so good. The kind and friendly Miss Sherri checked me in. I was shown my unit before paying for a thing to be sure it was the space I needed. The facility was spotlessly clean with secure yet convenient access. Sherri did an excellent job of explaining the lease terms in a clear and concise manner. Thanks!

This location is clean, courteous and efficient. Tasha provided excellent customer service even on a busy Saturday (we moved on busy days both times) with several customers to help. She was polite, quick and even thought to see if I might need an extra box or 2, which I did for last minute items I didnt have already packed. Ill be back if I need storage again.

Tasha at the front desk was absolutely amazing:• I was having trouble entering the code for the elevators and she must have helped me AT LEAST 5 or 6 times and was extremely polite even though Im sure I was being annoying.• She even called me to let me know that my unit wasnt locked 100% correctly - I didnt slide the top part all the way over so that all the holes were aligned. Talk about attention to detail and exceptional customer service! Without her letting me know that who knows what could have happened? And what other place would have noticed this, much less cared enough to let me know?• She also got me a unit as close to the elevator as possible so the move would be as easy as possible.I really cant say enough about Tasha. She single-handedly made my move much less stressful & much more easy than it would have been otherwise.If she worked for me I would consider trying to find a management role for her, but she really excels in customer relations so maybe she would be a better fit training new customer service employees.Additionally, the unit was clean, there was plenty of space to unload my stuff, there were plenty of hand trucks (or whatever theyre called), and the place seems secure so my stuff seems safe there.*****I have only used Safeguard for my storage units in the past (probably over 5 times), but because of my experience Im switching to Public Storage if I ever need a unit in the future.

Robbin & Monique are awesome. It never seems to amaze me, everytime Im there at my unit one of the ladies is always walking the felicity checking and making sure everyone is ok. I feel safe this is and awesome place.

I chose Public Storage cause they seemed to have the best prices. What they dont tell you anywhere on their website is that if you dont have home owners insurance, its an additional $11 - $15 per month. They also sell their locks for $20. So I felt a little hustled when I went there - not a great feeling. While I wish that Sherri and Sherri had given me a heads up about the price of the lock, they were super sweet and helpful.

Absolutely great place to store my items that I dont have room for at my apartment. Great, friendly service each and every time I walk into the location. The employees always greet you with a smile which is something I truly enjoy about this location. If youre looking for a storage place in New Orleans, this is without a doubt the place to do business.

Tasha helped me yesterday and today, and she was great! She was helpful and friendly and helped me understand the varying fees and charges, so I never felt like I was being ripped off or anything like that. Tasha even gave me advice on nearby places to visit in the city.As for storage, I wish the gate access had later hours, but the unit itself is climate-controlled and close to the elevator, so Im pretty happy with that.

Public Storage on St. Charles is very conveniently located, clean, and the customer service is awesome. I just rented a storage unit from Tasha here - she was really helpful and fun to chat with. The door on the unit (10x7) is nice and big so you can move your bigger stuff without too much hassle.

Ended up with fiberglass shards all of my stuff. It was horrible. It was all over the facility on the floor I was using. Insurance denied claim, facility was unconcerned.
