Excellent service the guys that came to move my stuff were extremely polite and courteous.The office staff are amazing friendly and courteous, they made sure I understood everything and checked in prior to the move to make sure I had everything I needed.Couldnt ask for a better experience with moving.

Where do I begin? Strongly suggest you do business elsewhere. We were charged over $2,600 for a pack and move that was only partially completed, at best. The move was 2 miles away, a 6 minute drive. I ended up staying up ALL Night moving by myself so I could have the house somewhat empty before our sale closed. It took at least 8 trips back and forth in a Chevy Tahoe to move everything they left behind, and hours upon hours to pack what they didn’t. The week of the move they pushed us back to the afternoon with no ability to object but assured us ‘everything would get done’. The morning of the pack (the day before the move) the packers called while on their way to confirm they’d be moving us to a pod which was the absolute wrong information. I had to correct them and they went to get supplies to compete the pack. They did not complete the pack. There were MANY unpacked items which we were told would be taken care of the next day during the move. On move day, which as mentioned above was pushed from my scheduled morning start to the afternoon, they showed up with a truck that was not large enough to complete the job. We were very clear with inventory when scheduling, not to mention the same guys ‘packed’ (using this term loosely) the day before so they knew exactly what was at the house. I had to pack and move items from pretty much every single room in the house. I paid almost $3k and still moved myself. My wife called during the move to express concern and was met with conflict. Silly us for actually thinking everything would be completed. They even suggested we contact our buyers and title company and move back the closing. Very disappointing.@owner actions > words

August 5th was my move...still no help in replacing my couch that they destroyed. Dont use this company. Proof is in the emails and the pics. They admit fault but after 90 days have done nothing.

Two Men and a Truck, in our case, was actually 3 men in a truck! We had a LOT of stuff moving from Carrolton to Gentilly. They got everything loaded out in 3 hrs! The movers were very friendly, cautious, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them. The phone operator, Debby, also had the nicest telephone voice.

Two Men and a Truck are the go-to company for all your moving needs. They are prompt, their communication is exceptional and they are very attentive to customer needs. Unfortunately one furniture item of ours was accidentally damaged during the move (heavy antique going up the stairs), and Two Men set about quickly to send out their repair man to remedy the issue at no extra cost to us. Although pricey, the money is well spent and you know the job will get done hassle-free and with as little stress as possible. Highly recommended.

Ended up needing an additional truck. A separate crew came to assist after completing their previous job helping to complete out move. Our team of movers worked very hard throughout the day without any major mishaps.

STAY AWAY!!! Absolutely awful experience. I originally decided on this company due to the reviews, but it was such a mistake! How this place could even have a single star is beyond me. A zero rating would be a more accurate representation of what transpired.Movers were unprofessional and inexperienced, and it was a very apparent struggle for them to move heavy furniture (one of the men sent was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than me and Im 56 125lbs). They left behind most of my furniture scratched or broken. The doorway to my new apt was scratched as well during their struggle to bring in the furniture. They also were unaware of how to take the furniture apart to make it easier. Between myself and my dog I could have moved our items quicker and done less damage.Management (Jolene) is even worse. Besides the fact that she took her precious time to address these concerns in the first place, her excuse for why it took the guys almost SIX hours to do the move is that more boxes were there than reported, mind you the SAME number of items had been moved during my previous move by two (bulkier) men in no more than THREE HOURS, and she was only willing to reimburse up to 30 minutes of time! The quality of the ENTIRE move itself wasnt even worth 30 minutes of time!!And in order to get reimbursed for damages they have to come to your house (yet again) to weigh the items, otherwise they will offer for their repair men to come fix the damages. Why would a dissatisfied customer agree to take ANY recommendations for repair work from the same company who caused the damages?! So you mean to say the repair men you contract are of better quality than your own employees?? How about you put more effort into hiring better quality movers so you wont need to contract repair men in the first place? New management (if you could even call it that) is desperately needed.Just know youre better off hiring some friends and renting a U-haul. If you absolutely need a professional service, SKIP THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A MOVING SERVICE!! Not worth the headache, ruined furniture, and terrible customer service.If you need more proof take a look at their poor reviews on BBB...they have a history of ruining folks furniture. I wish I had seen that before.

The movers obstructed the bike lane alongside civic apartments by parking there in spite of 3 truck lengths of appropriate space right beside them for over an hour after the time stamp on the parking ticket. this was during rush hour traffic. the phone number listed on the truck was listed partially as letters and therefore unable to be dialed from a solely numeric keypad on my cellphone. searching for local company numbers online returns several incorrect numbers. when i finally got through, the receptionist was apologetic and assured me that i would receive a callback shortly. i never received a call. the movers didnt return to move the truck even after the call. i am disappointed with the unprofessionalism of both the drivers and customer service of this company. they recklessly created a dangerous situation for cyclists and drivers for an unreasonable amount of time. i decided not to use them for my upcoming move because of this experience.

The team I was given to help move did an outstanding job. The younge men were professional, well spoken, detail oriented, and punctual. They not only gave me great service, but were fully aware of their surroundings and always made sure my new neighbors were never inconvenienced by the move. There were no shortcuts taken, but the speed they worked at made me question how long they had been movers. Sure they all looked under 30 but worked like they been on the job for 40 years now. Not a single item was damaged or lost amd they even insisted on helping me with even the small furniture. My wife was so scared about the process because she couldnt be there, but they made everything so fast and easy i didnt even think to call her and tell her how it was going. When I move again, this will be the first company I contact for help.

At 8:41 am on November 27, 2020 a moving truck with two guys in it pulled out of a parking lot, across three lanes and right in front of me and my family while we were doing 45 miles an hour down hwy 190. Cutting us off, causing us to slam on the brakes and swerve to avoid hitting the rear of the truck. Mind-boggling as all they had to do was wait another 3 seconds for us to pass as there was nobody behind us for about a 1/4 mile. After I honked my horn at them, in each Side rear view mirror on the truck we could see the guys in the vehicle yelling at us. Absolutely unacceptable. Not the brightest idea to drive like that when the company logo is all over the truck. Horrible representation of the company.

My first experience with Two Men and a Truck was above and beyond my expectations. From the lady providing me the quote (VERY ACCURATE) to the 3 men securing and moving our contents all were very professional and amazing to work with. I imagined in my head that I would have to be on top of them pushing them to keep moving so we can stay within the time line quoted. No need at all! These guys were motivated to get the job done and done the right way. I did not see any short cuts going on and they handled my contents like they were their own. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone that asks for an opinion on who to use.

We had a great experience. We contracted them to just pack our 3 bed/2 bath. The guys showed up within the contracted window. They were very professional and got to work right away. The were efficient and packed our belongings with care. They went over and above to be helpful, especially Ken Smith. They packed everything in about 4 hours and did a great job. Roy, Parnell, and Ken were fantastic and Id hire them again in a minute.

Showed up on time and called to let me know they were 20 minutes out. Worked hard, even in the hot weather, were professional and got my move completed stress free. The call center/receptionists were always available if I had a question and made scheduling the move easy, even with the tropical storm they were able to quickly reschedule.

Came out to do a visual inspection and still tried to charge us $400 over the quote. We paid the quote amount and they ran our card, without permission. We resolved it with AMEX.Additionally, they offer no repeat customer or veterans discount. Ridiculous!Never again!

Ken and Patterson were great. They were very polite to my wife and mother-in-law.They very easily could have cancelled because of the severe weather, but chose to perform the move. They did not drag their feet moving items to run the time up. Also, no damage in either house.

Both young men Roy and Malcolm (even though Malcolm is a Falcons fan) did an awesome job with the move and were very professional. Aside from a broken Television (they are so fragile) which is being handled by management as we speak, I couldnt have had a better moving experience. Use this company to move if you need to move.
