For the past few months I’ve been so excited about buying gold/silver. I did my own intensive research, and I finally decided to move forward. So, I called Bullion Trading to get further educated, and find out about their policies. After being on the phone with the associate for 4 min I can only find one word to describe their service, “TERRIBLE.” The associate was very rude and Impatient. Instead of educating me he hung up the phone. To all future buyers beware of dealers like this do your research and work with someone that understands customer service.

Very Nice people. They are honest what they have. Their Gold and Silver are Real and pretty good quality, therefore, you dont need to worry too much about scam on other dealers located on 47th street. However, price is similar or (not compatible at all ) to major legit websites price, which is a downside. If you need to buy or sell gold right away and dont care too much about the best deal, I would recommend them, they are better than others on street.
