So I’ve been putting off setting up my new iPhone and it was just a simple transfer of data. Jen Wood (a.k.a. Woody) ended up helping us out. SHE IS FREAKIN AMAZING! She has the best personality and even got a couple up sells out of me too! Well deserved!! But I just need you guys to know she was hilarious and super friendly and made the transition to my new phone fantastic!! Plus all the laughs truly helped my soul feel better. Fitz was super helpful and answered all the questions that I had. Fitz also worked with me to find the perfect planned that fit my needs.He also was able to help set up my mothers phone included in my plan. I will definitely refer my friends and family to the Newington store.

I had to take my aunt to AT&T to upgrade her iPhone 6. I was truly dreading it. We went the Newington AT&T we had Jennifer W. because of her I give this store and experience a 5 . She made the whole experience pleasurable

AT&T has gotten so much worse over the years. The customer service is so bad. You call and constantly get ‘disconnected’. For hours! The phones usually dont work, and they are no help when my phone randomly says ‘no sim’ and just won’t work. I use my phone for work and it is so frustrating. Go elsewhere.

Jonathan, Steve and Craig were so very kind and helpful in getting a complicated issue taken care of. It took a long time but they never lost patience in fixing the problems with my phone. They are wonderful to work with and represent the best of ATT.

Sale Agent Fitz Freeman was disrespectful, he had asked for my number twice after I said No the first time and said that I was in a relationship and I was pregnant. Called the Manager and he just seem to take his side and didn’t find it disrespectful.

Quite possibly the best experience I’ve ever had buying a phone. My husband and I have been putting off upgrading our phones and finally got around to it this weekend. We were very happy with the service we received from Raquel. She was so thorough and patient. I was so afraid to lose some important things when I transferred my phone, but she walked me through the whole process and everything worked out perfectly. So grateful for her help.

I visited the store on the Berlin Turnpike on Friday the 20th of May. I was immediately greeted by John who made me feel very welcome Walking is difficult for me as Im currently awaiting a hip replacement, and I couldnt climb up into the chair so John had me sit on the sofa. He took time to explain everything to me and assisted me in setting up my phone. He even walked me to the door afterwards and held it open for me. Hes a real gentleman and very kind.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had with ATT since I opened my account years ago!!! I normally go to a store close to home but My store isn’t a corporate store so I came to Newington for assistance. Back on June 11th I came to the store to change my number and see if I could cut any additional extras on my 2&3rd lines as they aren’t being used. When I left I had a new number and was told he managed to save me about 12$ a month, which wasn’t much but he tried, or so I thought. My bill posted recently and had gone up almost 70$. I was shocked and confused. I then came to the realization that instead of canceling my old number and giving me a new number, he had in fact put it in as a “byo” phone and gave me a 4th line instead!!! So I went to the store today to fix it. I arrived and was told that by a female associate that because Jeremy handled my account originally I need to deal with him but because he was on lunch I needed to come back. She refused to help me or let me speak to the manager. So, I wasted sometime and came back. Jeremy then acted like he didn’t know what was wrong with my bill and proceeded to analyze it. By the end of it he told me I needed to change my number again or pay my device off today. So not only do I have a 30 “activation” fee IM SUPPOSE TO PAY due to HIS MISTAKES I will ALSO have a 36$ number change fee on my next bill cycle plus be charged for the 4th line from June 11th- today ALSO BECAUSE OF HIS MISTAKE. When I asked to speak to the manager he also refused to let me speak to one. If the store manager or district manager see this I would love to here YOUR thoughts on the matter and if att will rectify this injustice or if I’ll be going to a competitor!!!

Shout out to Cavana Carey who took care of me yesterday when I went in to the store on Berlin Tpk to replace my old iPhone SE with the latest SE. She was great! The experience was great! I was expecting to be in the store for several hours and it was maybe half and hour. She got the new phone all set up for me and as soon as I got home and got onto my WiFi everything worked perfectly. Cavana was very efficient and highly professional.
