My reputation spread through word of mouth. I hold myself to a pretty high standard and expect the same from others. That being said, I cant stress enough, the up most professionalism, speed, knowledge, and attention to detail I got exceeded my expectation. This is how you run a business. Well done. Dropped off my 2nd IPad for a screen replacement. (Kids...). It was supposed to take about a week to get repaired. They called me two hours later to say it was done. My Son couldn’t have been happier! Great service and super friendly.

Guy was incredibly rude on the phone when I called about getting my screen fixed. When I said Im not sure what kind of phone I have give me one sec to check, he said with the worst attitude, You dont know what kind of phone you have..? Then gave me a ridiculous price. So Im going elsewhere. Horrible service.

I walked in, greeted politely, while it was lunch hour and I was helped right away. He was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done and how the process would go and gave me an average time span to let me know when to pick up. They were quick and sufficient due to taking less time than originally told (Which is wonderful!!). I would gladly go back again, if there are any other damages to my phone or other devices. Would highly recommend this company!

Whats the point of making appointments if when you tell them you have one, they get upset at you and take walk ins before you? What a waste of time. No reason to disrespect a customer who made an appointment with you. Especially when they stress that you need to be on time or you have to reschedule.

I recommend this company if u need computer repair. The no charge diagnostic was what initially attracted me, however they repaired my laptop is less time than was quoted, the sales person was very polite and professional. If needed I will return to repair my electronics.

Dropped the phone off at my scheduled time and was given a completion timeframe which was very accurate, by the way. I had a comfort level with these guys because they are authorized by Samsung to make these repairs. Phone so far looks and works good. Happy camper.

I took my Dell Latitude 3500 to get it checked out and see what the problem was since it wasn’t charging. They told me that it was a motherboard problem and it was unfixable. Well I just opened up my laptop and had my boyfriend check it out, all along it was the power port that was broken, which I told them might’ve been the problem but no they told me it was the motherboard. Now I bought the power port and fixed the computer myself now it’s charging great 😊 thanks for nothing I guess ubreakifix 👍🏼

Unprofessional.. scheduled an appointment for 1030am got there 1020 conversated with the 10am appointment customer and we ended up leaving because they simply just dont follow the business hours.. had to reschedule waste time and fuel

Brought in an HP laptop that had failed after 3 months and was still under warranty. Because of that, they said they had to return it to HP for service. After one month, they were still waiting for a shipping box from HP to use for the return. That may not be their fault and all the people I spoke with there were helpful and forthcoming about what was causing the delay. But no one could say when a shipping box might arrive. As an approved HP service shop there should be better coordination between the two companies.An addendum to this post...I took the laptop back from uBreakiFix and contacted HP directly for the return. They sent me a box overnight and within less than a week I had my repaired laptop back.

Drove an hour to get to this location to get my scree fixed. Less than a half hour before my appointment they call me up tell me that they didnt have my screen in stock. I asked the gentleman if he was going to get more in. He told me to call Samsung?! They are the ones that told me to go to that establishment in the first place. Was not pleased with the lack of professionalism. Two stars, because at least he called

It wasnt good honestly, I made an appointment to get my camera fixed and I get there and wait to be serviced only for them to say oh we dont have the camera for your phone. Maybe they should confirm what you need done and confirm they have the parts, before booking an appointment, so people do t have to drive all the way there and leave without getting their problem solved.

One of the few places certified to fix samsung galaxy phone screens. Went in with a galaxy s20 with a cracked screen that went black and in a few hours they had it back to brand new!

Was helped by Pierre. Customer service was friendly and explained things well when I asked questions. The time estimation for work completion was exact.The business could improve on perhaps asking for another number to contact instead of calling the number attached to the broken device. Its a small thing I realize I could have just pointed out if I had remembered in time. Not sure if they call when its ready because we showed up right at the time they told us it would be done.I advise all to call the shop before you put an insurance claim in with your phone company to make sure they think its reasonable to bring it in and to get an accurate quote for turnover time. Phone service companies always underestimate how much time it takes for repairs. Actually asking the shop about what they do best is the way to go.Phone received in great condition, the repair was for screen replacement and the screen is now in working order, so far (within hours of receipt). Touch and responsiveness and color and brightness look just as good as new. The screen came with a free screen protector put on to protect from scratchesAll in all decent experience!

The day I went it was very poor service. The gentleman that took my phone was unprofessional. I had to bring it back and the manager Pierre was very helpful.

They were able to fix my Samsung s21 ultra, but the back cracked durning the repair and they ordered a replacement for me and are fixing it so im happy with that. The reason I gave it 3 stars because there was an asurion rep who said my service could be done within 3 hours if I paid a $25 rush fee, I declined and he continued to insist saying it was an asurion plan that covers all electronics in the home. I already have protection plans on the items that I feel need it (hence why the phone was there in the first place it was an asurion claim) and I feel like he was unethical the way he offered it saying it was a rush fee to get the phone done quicker. The phone was done in 3 hours anyway since when I talked to the tech he told me it was a 3-4 hour repair anyway so that rush fee wasnt a rush at all but a push on the home protection. I understand companies have goals they are supposed to reach but that was definitely not the way to go about it and they need to be realistic and realize not everyone wants or needs the extra services

Waste of time and energy. Called in two days ago and they said it would take 2 hours to fix a cracked screen on my Galaxy S9+, when I came into the shop a little after 12:00, maybe 12:30, they said 4-5 hours, which is fine because I had things to do anyway. I called around 5:00 to see if it was finished, and was told they ran into troubles and it wont be ready until the following NIGHT. So thats more than 24 hours to fix a cracked screen. They said they had to run a diagnostics test on it first to see what the issue was, which takes an hour to run.I ended up picking up the phone and will be getting it fixed elsewhere or have someone come to me to fix it. Not only where they not able to fix it, but when I got there to drop it off, the person working the front desk went in back and started yelling at his coworker making me feel extremely uncomfortable. I almost left at that point and went somewhere else. Im seeing now that I should have gone with my gut.Very unhappy.

Pierre saved the day for me. Stopped in because my new Galaxy s20Note Ultra screen stopped working for touch only S pen worked. I was stumped as I did all the normal rebooting. Pierre fixed the software in 5 minutes and I was the door. Great place and super clean!

I was directed to go here to get my phone repaired instead of getting a replacement. Just a few positives, the store is small and clean. A limited amount of people are allowed in the store, so people wait outside, masks are worn and I thought there was plexiglass at the counter. You can buy phone accessories here. The employees were working in the back when I entered so no one was at the counter. When a gentleman did come out he was in a hurry. I said hello. He asked what kind of phone I had and I said it was a Google phone. He motioned for me to give it to him and said they didnt have the material to fix it and I would have to come back... I had to interrupt as he went on and said Excuse me, excuse me the screen is not even cracked. You didnt even ask me what is wrong with it. I told him that I can only use the selfie camera and was told by the online phone tech that would properly diagnose it. He looked at it and muttered something about not having what is needed to fix the phone. He didnt even look at the camera. Well, maybe that was his diagnosis. I got my phone back, thanked him and left. They seemed busy. I felt it was a brush off since they were busy AND I wasnt going to have to pay. One star for anything positive mentioned..but NOT for the customer service. Glad I wasnt going to have to pay because I dont spend my money where customer service is poor. So I will just have to keep taking pictures using the selfie phone🤦🏾.

I dropped my phone when I arrived at work for the day. I do have insurance through asurion and I went online and completed their form one of the options was to have the phone fixed at a center I looked it up there was one approximately 5 mi from me. So I figured I would give it a chance. The two gentlemen working behind the counter were excellent, my phone was ready within 2 hours of it being dropped off and it works as good as new. It was a great experience and I would recommend using them for any of your damaged devices.

Top notch service! I have an iPhone 8 that was charging intermittently. The Apple store claimed to have cleaned the charging port, and they said they dont replace them. A new phone was the only fix they recommended (of course). I booked an appointment here to have the charging port replaced. I brought it in and the technician said the port was dirty inside. He cleaned the port out real good in 2 minutes, tested it, and the phone has been charging like new. He didnt charge me and just told me to come back if it needed to be replaced. He couldve easily just replaced the port and charged me for that work. This is how you earn return customers!

This placed warranty repaired my Pixel 4XL with a new motherboard and I was impressed with the outcome. They sealed it back up perfectly and you can not tell the phone was opened up. My one recommendation is to make sure the phones are cleaned/sanitized before handing them back to your customers (mine was not).

My old phone screen wasnt working, so I was unable to access my apps. UBreakiFix was able to replace the screen and move all my apps & info from one phone to another. Seeing the old phone was being sent back, I now have all my contacts, apps and other things on my new phone. Job well done. These guys are fantastic. I will be back if I have any other problems.

Unprofessional and do not take responsibility for their mistakes! They broke a phone and refuse to do anything about it.My wife went to the store to have a charging port repaired under the Google Hero repair program which was advertised to cover any 1 repair for any reason. When she dropped off the phone, the technician told her that in order to repair the charging port he was going to have to break the screen which she would have to pay for. Not that it was a possibility or even likely, it was an absolute. After I called into complain about this, they agreed to fix the phone without charging us for the screen. In the end, the charging port was changed without damaging the screen, however when the phone was returned the microphone no longer worked. The manager and owner tried to give me several excuses such as it was caused by water damage, even though none of the water damage indicators were tripped. Additionally, the issue started at the exact time that they opened the phone to replace the charging port which is next to the microphone. After wasting several hours there on Memorial day weekend, the owner finally informed me that he did not care to fix the phone even though it is likely that his technician is the reason that the phone no longer works.The entire time dealing with this store was marked by defensive people who refuse to do repairs as advertised and admit any fault for mistakes they have made. I now have to pay several hundreds of dollars for a new phone because of a free repair they were incapable of doing.

Brought my Note20 Ultra after I destroyed the screen at work. UBreakiFix staff we polite and competent. Even after some technical difficulty with Samsung they were sure to make my repair as timely as possible. Less that 24 hours in total. So much faster than sending my phone out to Samsung itself. It was super super easy to get my phone fixed. I just made an appt and within two hours my broken phone with cracks everywhere and a flashing green screen was completely fixed. I have no complaints at all!

So I needed my motherboard replaced. They confirmed I had 128gb internal storage and they went and replaced it with a 64gb hoping I wouldnt notice. Was a warranty fix so no money changed hands. Now just a complete waste of my time. They are the closest store to me, over an hour away. I have no other choice but to go back and waste another day. Thanks for that.

This store was the only authorized Samsung repair in the Hartford area, so I came to get my phone screen fixed after it cracked. Repairs were paid for out of pocket and not through insurance. I made an appointment online but got a call to reschedule as they were understaffed the day I selected. No biggie.Brought the phone in on the day of the repair appointment and was in and out after a few preliminary questions. Pierre and his team did a fantastic job! I got my phone back in less time than was originally quoted and it felt like new! They did fully diagnostics and my phone is still waterproof even after the repair! Im very happy with their work!

Staff (Doan) was courteous and repair was prompt. Breaking the phone was unpleasant but the repair experience for was not.

The gentleman I spoke to and dealt with, Pierre, was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about. He also made sure to follow my request to not reset my phone and leave all my data intact. They gave me a 2-hour window for my appointment and the phone was done on time and ready for pickup as soon as they said it would be. Overall I would definitely recommend this place if you need your phone or any type of electronic device fixed that they may be able to fix for you.

STORE CLOSING UNEXPECTEDLY was the sign on the locked door when I showed up for an appointment on 12/9/2020. I had booked it a few days earlier and received an email confirmation in the morning.I had been there a week prior to have my screen fixed and was told they couldnt get it to work, they put my broken screen back on (is that even possible?) and they werent able to complete the repair until a part was delivered. Depending on who I talked to when I called to reschedule, the story about the part kept changing. I had been assured that a week would be long enough for the part to be in, but then the store was closed.I drove an hour out to the uBreakiFix in Brookfield, CT and they did a great job repairing my phone. Each location is independently owned.

My phone had a crack in it. They said they could fix it. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got a call back shortly after saying that the parts they had were faulty so I got my phone back. They didnt charge me. They ordered new parts and now my phone is working perfectly.

I broke the screen of my Samsung Note 10 Lite. Samsung refered me here. I brought the phone here 1/25/21. I was told the screen has to be ordered, so i should return on friday or saturday for the repair. I called in today to find out if the replacement screen has arrived only to be told whoever attended to be on monday misinformed me because they cant fix the screen. I asked if i could come in and get this info printed out so i can forward to the insurance company for claim. He told me no. Contact Samsung. I told him Samsung refered me here and he rudely cut the call. If i could give zero star i would have for the waste of time, rudeness and unwillingness to be of help

The Mgr(Pierre)was very nasty and unprofessional.

They replaced the battery on my pixel 2 and helped me with a go pro that I tried to fix myself but couldnt quite manage. The technician I worked with was incredibly nice and helpful and got the work done fast. I had originally scheduled an appointment over the phone and when I asked for a time estimate, I misunderstood the work time vs the amount of time Id actually need to leave my phone for. Err on the longer side when you plan, and end up surprised like me when they get it done much sooner. The price was reasonable too! I hope I dont need to get more things fixed any time soon, but if I do Ill happily go here.
