My first visit to T-Mobile sinceT- Mobile and Sprint merged.The purpose was, to find the difference of doing business with T Mobile vs Sprint.The office we visited is located on the Berlin turnpike in Newington.Easy access with plenty of parking .We were greeted right away. Associate was professional, friendly, and informative.The store is medium in size, well lite, and clean.Im hoping that doing business with T-Mobile is going to be a better experience than it has been with Sprint.Today, we had a very good experience, and based on this, I do recommend T-mobile as your cell phone provider.

If i could give zero stars i would! I paid my bill down to zero balance. Then advised them i was leaving to another carrier, thank God, and the rep/supv claimed my bill was not paid in full afterall and added addl charges. Im so glad to be done w/ tmo-BULL.... Never again even if its free.
Upgraded a couple days ago! Ana and the crew were extremely patient and kind. And while waiting for my data to transfer we all had great conversation. Thank you!!
With only 3 customers in the store I waited 45 minutes for someone to assist me in making a payment on my Bill, Customer service very slow bad management recommend that you patronise That T-Mobile

Customer for a few years and was always happy with service, until recently. Must have had a turn over of employees because I paid my bill in person every month but when I went in last week didnt recognize anyone.I purchased a new phone with screen protector, case, etc. .The staff member didnt put the screen protector on correctly and 4 days later it began to slip off causing it to crack in the corner.Returned to the store looking for a solution. Woman working refused to help,trying to blame the problem on me.Told me couldnt do anything without the insurance,which I had with my old phone and should have been transferred to the new one. I feel it should not fall into the insurance since its the stores fault and it happened within a reasonable amount of time.Very upset with T-Mobil for not doing right by me especially when a lot of money was spent.I will be contacting their headquarters and filing a complaint.Just to let you know, be very careful and double check everything.REVISED REVIEWNext day I went back to the store and spoke with the manager. Heather couldnt have been any nicer or any more helpful. Problem was resolved with a new screen protector and insurance is on both phones! A very frustrating experience turned into an absolute pleasant experience to settle. Heather is a pleasure to do business with and the sales person who sold the phones is also friendly and accomodating.Customer service was excellent! Happy,once again, to be a T Mobile customer....Give both 5 stars and highly recommend.
My sister and I came over to T-Mobile and switched 😁😁 we love are new phones and the service A+++ but let me tell you the people in this store are the most amazing wonderful people we have ever had the pleasure of working with!! Great customer service. Dessiny was super helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions and resolve my issues.
My wife and I had been with Sprint for 7 years. We were 8 months into a new 2 year ball and chain. We has become extremely discouraged with Sprint...all of It! Especially their customer service...just brutal. So I began the journey of trying to find an affordable way to get away from the Sprint nightmare. After a ton of research I landed at T Mobile. They were offering carrier freedom. It seemed to good to be true. So we headed to the Newington Ct store to find out more. We met Camille. She was nothing short of spectacular!!! She explained the entire process to us and answered EVERY question. The switch from Sprint to T Mobile could not have been more seamless. She did ALL of the paperwork and we have already received our pre paid virtual card so we can pay off Sprint (that process took less than 3 weeks!!) My wife and I could not be more happy with the move to T Mobile and are even happier with the awesome job Camille did to make the switch completely painless. Thanks Camille!!!!

There just never seems to be enough staff at T-Mobile stores. I had to wait close to a half hour to be helped. If they good just deal with the wait times it would a perfectly good retail location.
Great customer service!!!! No matter where I live in Connecticut I take the drive to this Tmoblie location because they have the best customer service, they take their time to take care of all my needs and make sure that Im truly satisfied without giving me the runarounds . The store is always looking great and always has available what Im looking for so I have not had the need to order and wait for any devices so far. The communication between them (the staff) and with customers is great, witch makes everything move smoothly . Ive been a long long time consumer of T-Mobile and have been happily coming to this branch for all my needs. Id like to give a BIG THUMBS UP 👍for DESSINY J. and her manager great team, great personality, great job !!!!!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!I give it 1 star because it wont let me do 0.We went from Consumer Cellular to T-Mobile over 55 plan. First of all we were quoted by Shala at $35.00 per line but if we did autopay it would only be $30.00 per line. Also, upgraded my husbands fully paid Iphone 8+ to the Iphone XR and upgraded my Samsung to the T-Mobile Revvl. (They were SUPPOSEDLY having a black Friday sale) NEVER did she mention that we were committed to keeping the service for 2 years otherwise we would have to pay for the new phones. If I had known that I most certainly would have kept the perfectly fine phones we had. By the way... only found all of this out during the 7 times that Ive had to call T-Mobile Customer Service because my bill was wrong and ALSO found out that she misquoted the $30.00 per line and we have to pay $35.00.I would NEVER, EVER, EVER recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dessiny was very sweet and helpful. I had a lot of problems with my previous provider and device. She helped me find the right fit. She didnt try to upsale or dodge behind fine lines. She told me the fees straight up and got me a plan that I could afford. Please request her when you are in need of help. And be sure to go to this tmobile store! I certainly recommend it, and will return again.
They try but not always accurate in giving info so I always verify what I need online. They try not to have u wait and are organized well. Staff pleasant

As a previous Verizon customer, I had to change my service and T-Mobile was at the top of my list. Looking at the Google reviews, I saw that this location clearly had a higher rating then many of its peers nearby including the store in the WestFarms Mall. Reflecting on my experience here, I can definitely see why...Walking into the store in Newington, my family and I were accommodated almost immediately by a gentlemen named Dontres. He was incredibly patient, knowledgable and personable when talking to us. He gave us all the options in switching our numbers over including ways to save the most amount of money. To top things off, he spent his peak lunch time helping us move our lines over, exhibiting exceptional patience and an attitude of not resting until the job was done. By the end, my family and I were successfully switched over and had no regrets making the move to T-Mobile. Anyone in the customer service profession should watch and learn from Dontres how to handle and please customers. Very well done!
Went to this t mobile store in newington ct ...very slow just 2 people working...doesnt even say hi to anyone...stood there for half an hour ...didnt even bother to help ...
A very bad expiriens with a customer representative was informed wrong about the current promotion of Note 8 buy one get one free after we were almost done with it checkout process she tells us that the price was wrong that she quote us for she told us all we had to put down was 211 for each phone so that would have Ben 422 after all done and said towards the end of the checkout process she tells us that she gave us the wrong price we spent 2 hours in the store with our 14 month old then the amount when up to 840 mind u we where ready to switch over from AT&T to your company am I going to know I dont think so in less some ones is willing to make this mistake right .
Today before closing time i went in there i talked to both maricel and jackie they were both helpful and hooked it up definitely recommend this place the service was excellent top notch now im going to bring my family in for family plan. thank you maricel and jackie for all of your wonderful services! happy customer right here :)

I bought my phone here and it was an I 6. When I left the store I instantly lost service. I tried to return it and they gave me a hard time. Dont do business here!
