So my aunt needed a new phone this morning and doesn’t drive, so we went to Verizon and met Savannah. Savannah is so helpful and went over all the different options that we had for phones and what she feels would be best for my aunt. And never once did she try and push a certain phone, she went over all the phones and took as much time as needed to get to know my aunt and her needs. I highly recommend Savannah and this store. She is friendly and beautiful and so helpful in every way.

Awesome service by the manager Anthony today, went to store to add a line and it was busy and him and the girl there were multi tasking taking care of multiple customers at once and trying to help and get everyone in and out as fast as possible while still following covid guidelines.

Savannah helped me get a new phone last week and she was professional and quick and knowledgeable. And understanding that I’m not good with technology.I came back today just to thank her. If you end up going to this Verizon Savannah is the girl with amazing eyes behind that mask. Will be telling all my friends about this store.

My store was closed Due to power outage. And corporate wouldn’t take me and I needed a new iPhone so I went to this store and all I have to say is wow! They are amazing here Talia helped me on the phone figure out what phone to get and was super helpful, and the manager Anthony got my new phone set up just the way my old phone was. I went to the corporate store on the Berlin tpke and they told me they couldn’t help me without an appointment even though no one was in store besides 4 employees. Figured I’d try the Verizon on Fenn rd and glad I did.I’m a sprint customer right now and want to switch to Verizon. The manager there is amazing he went over all the plans with me and everything I get with the plan and promotions. He also went over all the fees and charges I’ll get. Very knowledgeable and friendly atmosphere. I will be coming back later this week when my phones come in and porting over 4 lines.I’m happy with the customer service and will not be going back to the store on Berlin tpke anytime soon.

I went in to the store with no intention at all on buying a new phone. I was just looking for a new case but after receiving such great service from a sales associate named Talia I just had to. She was very informative about the phone’s and knew exactly what I was looking for. She also went above and beyond to get me the best deal. I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends.

I then had the pleasure of working with Anthony. He was friendly, informative, and patient as he worked with me to switch over 5 phone lines. I came to this store because i was locked out of my phone because my grand kids put a lock code on it, and needed it reset knowing id lose all my info on it. The manager Anthony reset my phone and got back all my contacts and photos for me. I will definitely be going back to this store for all my verizon needs and when i need a new phone.

As a business owner I truly take notice of a well put together store, and as a Verizon customer I am incredibly impressed by the improvements Jeff has brought to that shop. Ive seen it at its worst. I’ve had my run ins with some displays of gross disorganization and incompetence from previous managers within those walls but what I experienced was neither of the two. Spot on! He handled servicing three of us at one time, and made it F.U.N! Being in that store is one hell of a good time. As old I am, all of the laughs made it a lot less frustrating trying out our new Samsung smart phones. I walked away from the experience with three new friends, Jeff being one of them. Take my word for it, chums. 5 gold stars! Stop by and feel the energy.

I had to go to this store when my phone 📱 refused to come back from the dead...the corporate Verizon store was still closed so I went over and was very impressed with them. They are taking social distancing and safety in their store very serious. They allow one person in and no one outside complained as they were efficient as they helped each customer in a timely fashion. They have hand sanitizer EVERY👏🏻WHERE👏🏻! So important as they were always using it themselves and allowed me to use it as well. Krystinee B was so pleasant (her smile showed through her mask in her eyes and cheerful demeanor) and helpful. She did not automatically go into sales mode instead making every attempt to revive my poor phone (side note: it’s dead....like never taking another virtual breath dead RIPIphone6SPlus ) Then she told me the corporate store happened to open that day -she did not have to offer this but it showed she was caring for customers and not making money- long story short she was giving me great options as I awaited my replacement phone (didn’t realize I had the option I guess insurance on phones IS important) I ended up buying the new tablet which she helped walk me through as it wasn’t an Apple product so I had to relearn Samsung. I truly feel they are a great team and take customer cate seriously. I didn’t feel worried about catching COVID-19 in the store that day as I saw how they were with safety.

The service was good, and the retailers here at the Wireless Zone knew what they were doing. They helped us thoroughly and successfully without any problems or issues. The retailers were knowledgeable when we asked questions and it overall was a pleasant experience. The only concern was time management and customer efficiency. It could improve a little in terms of getting the customer done sooner, but also the retailers knowing the computer Verizon software to get the job done faster.

I was very please with Krystinees service along with the manager Anthony! They helped me see what I was wrongly charged for and took care of it with no problem as well as helping me upgrade my phone and tablet. I will be coming back!

Been shopping at this location for awhile now and they always do a great job! I live a fair distance from this store but its worth the drive to get that level of service. Visited them for black Friday and you could tell people like to shop here too. If you need anything Verizon dont go online or to a corporate store...go here. You wont be disappointed!

Jason at the Fenn Rd. store is a lifesaver! Lost our phone in China, and he provided a great replacement in a matter of minutes to use until our new device arrived! Not only was he sympathetic to our situation, but went the extra mile to help us right away. I came in knowing nothing about my apple and left with no question. Julianne was helpful and mad me laugh and my probelms feel meaningful and not bothersome. I recommend her team to anyone looking for a god phone and services.

Sneaky people work here. Went in for a car charger and was offered a Samsung tablet for 10 bucks. I asked the kid 4 times what the catch was and he said nothing. He told me it would use wifi or my data, which was fine. He NEVER told me about a 40 dollar activation fee or that it would cost me 10 dollars a month or that it was considered a new line on our account. Sneaky dishonest and disgusting way to make money off of a customer. I will never set foot in there again.Update: spoke with the person who sold me this and he said that he was sorry and sometimes they forget to go over things. He said he would call me back in 10 minutes to find a way to lower my bill once his tablet started working. He never called me back.

Experience With my girl here atrocious. The manager of the joint Zac needs to be put in handcuffs. This person is a swindler. Look out. Got people money all messed up dealing with him. Don’t not enter!

The owner was very rude when we walked into the store and asked to have a screen protector put on. He demanded a service fee claiming that this was normal.This screen protector was a replacement provided by Verizon and two other stores we called said theyd put it on for free with no issue.

I recently had to have a phone number removed from a family plan and set up independently. Cheryl from the Fenn Rd Verizon store provided me with exceptional and personal service that made the change simple and flawless with absolutely no stressI would high recommend Cher

I much prefer the Newington Berlin Turnpike location.

Buyer beware the store manager Akeem D. For reasons that still escape me this man lied over, and over, and over again to our faces. The license Akeem took with his employers good reputation, and over the commission derived from a $200 sale. . .well, it boggles the mind. My suggestion, if Akeem starts saying things like, I am the store manager, this is why I can give you this special phone for thirty dollars, then you know its time to call Verizon and verify everything Akeem has told you-- and shown you on the screen. Even if the balance due and next bill amount show zero on his screen, VERIFY it with Verizon. Even if you vehemently state, I do not want to do this if a) My bill goes up, or b) an available upgrade will be used. I hope it was worth it Akeem. In the age of the internet, an unhappy customer no longer tells only 8 friends. In truth, someone as angry as I am for being so heinously lied to could tell 50,000, or more.
